Appearance: Mitsukai Saizo Is 6 ft.10” 334 lbs muscular but not bulky He has iron gray hair and Pulled back into a ponytail His eyes are green and piercing. His face is solid and careworn for his age, He has an crescent moon scar around his left eye from his first fight with Captain Belladonna. He wears a white suit and open suit jacket emblazoned with his metallic paw on the Right breast pocket over an open purple shirt That reveals a large Metallic patterned paw print on his Left Peck he is always wearing the Vice admirals long Jacket with the symbol for justice on it as well a metallic paw print beneath. A black Iron Jutteblade hangs at his left side in a holster on his belt. On his right side is his 10 chambered pistol also in a holster he keeps no bullets for it. A Ribbon banner is tattooed across his shoulders reading Death Before Dishonor" In navy Blue letters On a Gold banner.
History: Mitsukai Saizo Started out in Louge Town in the east blue. He was a loner a kid growing up on the streets. As a teenager he trained himself night and day in order to grow stronger in order to survive amongst the pirates and thieves of Louge Town. He began continuously sticking up for those younger and weaker then himself he became a gang leader and gambler in order to protect and support the children he had gathered to himself. But everything went wrong In the violence between the marines and pirates during a pirate raid in Louge Town. Mitsukai’s gang was killed by the attack of a yami yami no mi user Captain Belladona. In his enraged state Mitsukai used his already advanced strength hurtling bricks and rubble at the pirate that had killed his friends finally severely wounding him. As the pirate retreated a small decorated box fell from her coat It contained a devil fruit. having heard the legends of such fruit Saizo consumed it determined to hunt down the pirate that had killed his “family”. This fruit was the Bomu Bomu no mi or bomb bomb fruit. With nothing left to lose and no family left to hold him to louge town after burying those who had once been his “children” he joined the Navy. Were he threw himself even deeper into training. Increasing his strength and Cultivating his Devil fruit powers He gained a Crew and commission as captain of a ship the KuroInu he devoted himself relentlessly to keeping the peace in the east blue eventually rising to the rank of commodore and gaining Him the nickname “Tekkan Ryouken: Iron hound” Both for his Will of iron and his bloodhound like pursuit of those who harmed the innocent. During his time as captain and eventually commodore he began to think of his crew as a family just like he had his gang they became his children and He became fiercely loyal to them even going so far as to jump infront of a bullet or a sword slash to save many of them. Though he has many under his control he kept only a select few at his side aboard The KuroInu as he devoted himself to hunting down the pirate that had killed his “children”. After beating and interrogating his way through Belladona’s scattered crew and supporters across the east blue her finally found her drunk and half dead in an alley way. Though determined that this once great pirate see justice he was unwilling to sink to her level and kill a woman in cold blood. He brought her back to marine headquarters for public execution gaining Saizo the promotion to Vice Admiral After avenging his children He now has only one pet project Hunting down the Yonkou’s if they ever cross over into what he considers evil these days he goes were he is sent or were there are incidents that catch his interest.
Personality: In many ways Mitsukai Saizo is the ideal navy officer Brilliant determined with a strong desire to protect the innocent, However his penchant for drinking flirting and gambling has made his name synonymous with scandal. This navy Vice Admiral is in all actuality one of the navy’s most observant officers in everything from strategy to the gauging of peoples talents He will only go after pirates in the area if they are harming civilians. He is willing to take a bullet or a blade for any member of his crew. He considers the officers and crewmen under his command to be like sons to him and is fiercely loyal to all of them even going so far as to intervene on their behalf in quarrels with other navy higher ups. A master gambler the man is said to have almost limitless luck and is almost always seen smoking a cigar. Saizo's known as a shoulder to cry on a man to raise morale always willing to listen to the problems of officer and enlisted men alike though he wont directly tell someone the solution their looking for hes willing to guide people to the path they need to be on and generally knows what to say to raise his comrades spirits.
