Appearance: Giovanni stand about eight feet tall with a lanky figure. His hair is black. Giovanni greased up his hair and combed it back. He wears a black with golden stripped captain's coat. His attire includes a gray vest, a long sleeved white shirt, a red tie, long black pants, with silver socks and black expensive shoes. He wears black circular shades over his gray eyes at all times. He wears three gem stone rings on his left hand. Giovanni is a well known somker always with a pipe in his mouth. Giovanni also carries a cane with him to show off his wealthy status. Overall his clothes give him a business man appearance, but this is just a trap to let attackers drop their guards. His cane contains his hiddent katana which he can bring out at any given situation. His pistol is carefull placed inside his jacket. Nina stars are kept in his vest pockets, and all his weapons are covered in poison.
History: Giovanni was born in Drum Island where he studied to become a doctor, since the country was famous from its medical knowlede. Giovanni grew up under the apprenticeship of Dr. Heli. Unlike Dr. Heli who wanted nothing more than to heal the sick never charging them a dime, Giovanni wanted a job where he could earn lots of money. As a child, Giovanni hated working with Dr. Heli always talking about how a doctor's duty is to help people. Goivanni was often cruel when alone with patients. He would charge them outragous prices, and break their bones if they couldn't pay his fees. Needless to say that this put Giovanni at odds with Dr.Heli. After his 8 years of apprenticeship, Giovanni quit his training at the age of 19 to join the royal army of the kingdom. He wanted something more exciting than become a doctor. Giovanni soon found out he had a knack for killing people rather than saving them. The adrenline and excitement of battle was better than saving some poor sap, but hid medical knowledge did come in handy when fixing up his wounds. At the age of 22, thats when all hell broke loose. The shadow pirates took over the island, and with that all the pirates stop attacking the island. Giovanni became board staying on the island with nothing to do, since Wally's protection scared away all the bandits and pirates. Giovanni then decided to become an mercenary working for anybody that could afford his fee of 50,000,000 beli. He spent many years traveling the grand line getting hired for politcal assassinations and even hired as a bodyguard for nobles. He gained a bit of a reputation giving his name "hound dog", because once he got his teeth into you nothing was going to get him off. This was the description of the obession that Giovanni had in battle toward his enemies. He would chase his targets relentlessly never giving them rest until they were dead. His skills got him the attention of the world government who wanted to make him an agent. Giovanni worked as agent for several years, but lost his job for using unecessary force toward criminals. Basically he would kill them before the government had a chance to interrogate them. Giovanni was dissappointed that he lost his perfect job. He began to think of ways to overthrow the government. One of the few ways he thought of was to fight an ancient weapon.
Personality: Giovanni is a serious person at all times. He rarely smiles and hates jokes with a passon. Everything to him is just business. He doesn't seem to go by any form of justice viewing anything from piracy to slavery as a business perspective. Nothing to him is without cause and reason even if the situation is horrible beyond belief. Giovanni's motivation and goals has always been for money and greater power which tends to have leave or abandon many jobs or occupations throughout his life(expect for being a government which he loved doing). This makes him a top quality mercenary doing anything his clients ask as long as they pay up his money. He can also be quite ruthless as seen when never lets his targets go or show any mercy. In fact he often kills his own clients should his target pay him enough money, or his clients can't pay him at all. Giovanni doesn't kill or attack anyone without good reason. When not on a mission or job he usually likes to spend time on the beach relaxing. Giovanni is also not greedy, but rather puts principle above honor. Money is a sign of status and is what makes the rulers different from the followers. This is the reason why the world nobles rule everything while commoners are ath the bottom. Giovanni is also very sensative to rejection seen from being revoked as a government agent.

medical knowledge: Giovanni being an experienced warrior knows many wounds and strikes a person can sustain in battle experiencing many himself. He learned the anatomy of the human and how it works during his many battles. After becoming an apprentice to Dr. Heli for eight years, Giovanni became an unoffical doctor never actually finishing his training.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
1) Red Dawn: The user secretes magma out of its body providing a type of armor protecting him/her. Any physical blows will only result in the opponent getting burned. This however doesn't protect the user from long range attacks like cannons or other explosions
2) Eruption: The user fires mamga out of his arm creating a fist increasing the user's reach. The attack works like an fiery fist melting through objects and people with ease.
3) Firestorm: The user fires volcanic rock towards hit opponent similar to Eruption except the user fires them rapidly.
4) Meltdown: The user uses his power to melt underground and activate dominant or extinct volcanos underground. The magma will then erupt above ground intending to hit or trap multiple opponents
5) The River Sphinx: The user grabs the lava from underground throwing toward the opponent as if the magma was of cloth
6) Rocket Inferno: The user fires arm covered in lava into a fist, but explodes upon impact with the target covering them in volcanic rock and magma
7) Net Surfing: Roberto surfs on magma as if it was water. This helps covers more ground while also drowning people in his way with magma.
Cerbures: Roberto releases hellhounds shaped columns of lava that acts like whips twisting and turning toward opponents.
