Appearance: Angelica is blonde with very long hair that reaches down to her waist. She keeps it conditioned so it's always silky and smooth. Her bangs cover most of her somewhat large forehead stopping right above her eyes. Her eyebrows are light blonde and thin, making it hard to see them unless on an extremely close inspection. Angelica has a rather pale completion with her rosy cheeks being the one exception. Her eyeliner around her sapphire blue eyes is the one piece of makeup Angelica wears. Angelica wears a black skirt or pair of jeans with a yell tank top. On top of everything she also wears a long white lab-coat. To finish off her wardrobe she wears black high-heels with a golden belt.
History: Ever since she was young Angelica was pushed hard in her studies. Her parents punished her severely if her grades slipped even a little. This caused her to gain a rather strong dislike for her family. They pushed her non stop trying to get her into the family business of doctoring. By the age of 15 the young woman was already considered an accomplished doctor. However the vary same year the village came down with a mysterious and seemingly incurable virus. Naturally the disease took it's coarse killing many of the village.
With the virus ravaging the village, Angelica's family began to make money quickly without much effort. Every desperate villager would spend everything they had for the treatment for their family and themselves. Despite how much the spent on the treatments, they often did little good. At the vary most the treatments only seemed to delay the inevitable. As the village grew more desperate they notice something. None of the Monterl doctor clan had died from the virus. This of course was because of their natural talents with life return. However the villagers without sufficient knowledge of life return really was attacked. They believe the clan of doctors were withholding some type of miracle cure.
After the entire clan was destroyed save Angelica, a squad of marines killed the remaining villagers. Taking their bodies to the center of town the marines burned the corpses along with the town. The plan was to rid the world of the virus, however burning the corpses only spread the disease through the air. Soon all of the marines and now the entire island began to die. Using the sickness as a distraction Angelica bolted from her families secret safe room. She made it off the island on a small ship where she floated on the ocean until she reached the current island. Since the events Angelica has set up a practice on the Grandline.
Personality: Angelica is smart, beautiful and compassionate. She is concerned about the well being of others and is adventurous and is always willing to try new things. Angelica has somewhat of a naivety and therefor thinks that she falls in love at the drop of a hat, however she will stand her ground if someone comes on too strong. Shehas a bright future ahead of her that has yet to be determined. Angelica also tends to be a witty girl that often tends to make unnoticed snide remarks. This sometimes tends to get her in a bit of trouble.

Witch Queen: Angelica creates a barrier of transparent poison around her of a poison with a jelly like make. From the outside she creates multiple tentacles to attack with. While using this she is able to manipulate her poison's states much quicker than normal.
