Serious: The beggining of the order of the Black Rose ((This is a past arc, so you can join, but its going to be short and is mainly meant for me and Clearwater))

[[The city of Goldberg]]

The girl rested on her rifle aiming straight and true, her glasses were dropping but her eyesight was not. She could see perfectly, and could aim perfectly. Her target was sitting and sipping some sort of cocktail drink at a local bar. The girl was on top of the roof of a next door casino, with her sniper rifle. She eased her finger on the trigger, it was so quiet, and so silent, the thoughts in her mind were all blanked out, she just needed utter nothing for this few seconds. She clicked and then pulled on the trigger, sending a bullet straight into the temple of the target. Immediately, she grabbed her rifles before the screams ensued and slid down the other side of the building into a alleyway, something supporting her drop into the alleyway behind the casino. She clicked on her den den mushi "Mr Rijkaard, your target has been dealt with, i expect the money for this contract to be submitted in the orders account..." The voice on the other end spoke "Very good Ariel, i heard you were going to open your own sort of business... sad, the bounties of the criminals you have taken down have been very lucrative by the government..." Ariel opened her book and read something while the voice spoke "I wouldnt think so...i dont just do this for money as you know... anyway, lets skip to the chase cause im a little bored, is my final target in this city here? " "Yes my dear, he arrived today about 2 hours ago... be careful, i heard other bounty hunters are going for this one too. You are to meet our contact in a bar called the Green Man... all will be explained there, we want this one dead too..." Ariel adjusted her glasses "Consider it done already..."

The "woman" just smiled as she looked around the bar while she readied one more drink for one of her customers. She was really surprised that they had very few customers today, but it would change when it got later on during the day. While she served the drinks and took in the tips people would leave for her, she noticed one of the regulars already showing signs of drinking a little too much and asking for more. "Sorry Dan, but you know my rules. You want more liquor go get it from somewhere else," she answered in her calming voice and with a smile. "Come one, another drink wouldn't hurt me right Haru-chan?" the man said with a slur in his voice as he banged the empty glass onto the bar and gave Haru a toothy smile. "As I said, I can't give you more liquor Dan now head on home or go somewhere else," she answered again and went back to taking orders from people who wanted food.

The man wouldn't have any of it and was about to grab her shoulder to pull her back. As soon as he had placed his hand on her shoulder, his face was met with a staff and the guy was sent back and slammed against the wall unconscious. "Now, be grateful I didn't go full out Dan and didn't go into bashing your skull," she said casually as she took a drag from her cigarette, waving away as he left the bar in a shaky disposition. "Well, so much for showing your dainty side, eh Haru-chan?" an old woman taller than her came from the back, earning a twitchy eye from said "woman." "It's not my fault he doesn't know by now, and why in the name of Neptune did you call our new bar Green Man?!" she whispered harshly before serving more customers. "Eh, I was lazy," she answered casually, earning a deadpan from the young "woman."

Ariel walked over the street , she could see the bar now. She was still reading her version of this months Run ((A manga)) . She suddenly burst out laughing , and then stopped when she reached the Green Man. She looked around and saw a table which had a rough looking pirate. Ariel could tell this was a pirate due to her past experiences with their kind before. The guy had a beard and was drinking some strong concentration of whiskey. No doubt for some courage. She sat down on the opposite side from the man. "So your my contact... i thought you would be ... taller" The man then sighed "Oh my god, they sent a kid for this job? Do you know who your dealing with? Makrov Schivo!! Geez..... whatever, for some reason your supposedly really good with this sort of thing, here!!" He threw the envelope at her and she grabbed it while not even looking at him. She looked around and noticed how clean the place was, this place was new? She then opened the envelop , it had maps, and photos. Makrov was a crude man in a suit with a goatee, he didnt look particularly strong or anything, but the other two pictures were the ones that caught her attention, the pirate continued " He stays in his casino mainly and is guarded by the Dojima brothers... both are supremely dangerous......he also has a mini army in there...." Ariel was looking at the map to the casino, this was definitely a tough job, the sort of job that made you a legend in this business, no wonder Makrovs bounty was so high. Ariel then sealed the envelope "Well, youve done your job... thank you for the info..." Ariel got up and the guy muttered "Good luck, youll need it.."

As Miharu was passing around orders of both food and drinks to the customers at the tables while Elda handled the bar, he noticed the girl enter the bar with an arched brow as he set down a drink at one of the tables. 'What would a woman like her be doing at a bar?' he thought to himself as he got closer to where she was going, which was a table inhabited by a pirate that had come in earlier. Miharu had kept an eye on him while working because the man had been acting suspicious all the time he was here. As he kept his appearance and tended to the other tables near the one the girl and the pirate were, he kept an ear for what they were saying and what was happening.

The glass in his hand almost slipped when he heard the information, everything pertaining to Makrov Schivo, the person in charge of a casino in this island, and was even able to take a peak at the maps and pictures as he passed the table once to see what was in the envelop. He really was lucky for having photographic memory. Since there was nothing more to hear or see when they finished their meeting, Miharu just casually went back to waiting on the other tables without slipping that he was eavesdropping on the conversation, smiling and laughing at what some of the regulars would say while thinking of what he had just discovered.

Ariel walked out of the Green man, she had to get ready, it was going to be a bumpy night that was sure. The casino was called Glory, that wasnt too hard to find, still the security looked quite tight. She also could have sworn someone was watching this meeting. Well, Rijkaard did tell her that other bounty hunters were looking into this bounty as well. She didnt use her devil fruit ability before going into the bar. Another thing she considered a mistake. She went back to reading her manga as she walked to the casino.

[[Casino"Glory"]]
The machines were ringing and the people were yelling. Here in Goldberg the city of sin, it was not unusual, gambling was one of its star attractions here in the city. However above the playing of the common folk , lay a door which was plaid in gold. Behind this door lied the owners suite. The owner was of course Makrov Schivo. He took a whif of the product he had bought. Powerful stuff, but when a man can afford such pleasures, the potency was bound to be to his liking. Of course he knew about the bounty on him, but who would dare cross him in this place, his city? His secretary knocked and entered , followed by two figures who were rather mysterious looking, well mysterious was kind, more like dopy . Makrov knew who they were though. "Ah, the Dojima brothers i presume...." The first one was wearing a cape with a greek vest underneath and jeans. He sat down on the floor cross legged. The 2nd one was clearly a buffon of many kinds, but he was very vicious looking and muscular. The first one spoke "Well Mr Makrov, we scanned the area and there have been no threat as of yet, oh yeah, since we didnt tell you before. I am Ken, he is Koh, thats kinda all you need to know. Anyway, no threat, so i think we are good..." The one named Koh then yawned "Aniki... im sleepyy...." Ken sighed "Please shut up in front of the client Koh?" Makrov cleared his throat, "You lot better be good, or im going to call for heads, im paying a lot of money, you understand?!" As Makrov said that, the lights went out, it was complete darkness, he could hear the customers down stairs screaming. Makrov turned on his den den mushi "WHATS GOING ON?!!" The guard responded "Someone cut the power sir, dont worry, we got 11 men at the front , there is no way anyone is getting in, we evacuated the customers..." Makrov then turned to the Dojima bros "Go and do your job, cause you wont get paid, if you dont!!" Ken grinned "good enough for me...."

[[Outside glory, at the entrance]]
Ariel walked up to the door and adjusted her knife at her hip. She straightened her suit "No need to hold back.... its showtime......"

Miharu sighed as he took a drag from his cigarette while he thought about what he had told Elda after leaving the bar to follow the woman and her reaction to his decision. She had whacked him with her staff and called him an idiot, Kohaku barking in agreement, but had given him the staff and told him to come back in one piece after he was done with whatever he was going to do.

Now he was inside the casino taking a sip from a drink he had ordered. True he had left a while after the woman left, but he wondered why she wasn't here yet. He just shrugged it off and continued enjoying his drink, flirting with the bartender to give him a freebie and smiling as he did. The staff was right beside him and was really grateful no one has asked him about it. If they did he could always say that he was holding it for someone. As Miharu started drinking from his second drink he frowned when the lights went out, leaving them in complete darkness. During the commotion and the evacuation, he was able to slip away and hide himself in one of the bathroom stalls. Again he was thinking to himself why he had even come, but of course just shook his head and when he thought the coast was clear he ventured out and started to sneak around the now empty casino.

[[At the entrance]]
The guards were nervously holding their rifles and cutlasses at the ready. But they could hear her entering. Ariel had arrived. She then snapped her fingers "Ok, its simple, let me have your boss, i need his bounty." The guards didnt wait, they opened fire and ran at her. Ariel moved her fingers, the bullets were being cut apart by something invisible and sharp. It was also flowing across the room.Ariel sighed "I did tell you.... let me have your boss, but its always the hard way..." Ariel flipped into the air gracefully and dropped down, a few guards were cut and went down. She kicked two of the guards, before twirling her bowie knife blocking the attacks from close range. She moved her fingers and more guards were being cut and strung up. It was wire which was doing all this, courtesy of Ariels devil fruit of course. Ariel was now in control of the flow.

[[Office]]
Makrov watched the whole battle ensue, he was pursing his lips, he didnt like this state of affairs. It angered him very much. He spoke to Ken and Koh "Guard the stair case with your LIVES, UNDERSTAND???!!!!"

[[Eastern staircase]]
Ken sat crosslegged on the floor and nodded into the den den mushi "Of course, no problems, you got that Koh?"

[[Western Staircase]]
"Ok aniki, no one gets past this place......" Koh was just standing against the stair railing.

"Hmm, this is interesting," Miharu murmured to himself as he noticed two stair cases, each on the opposite end of the casino. 'I wonder if this is where I can get through to get to where Makrov is' he thought as he twirled the staff around his hand with ease. "Might as well take one," he said with a sigh as he started to play eanie meanie to see where he was going to go. Since he couldn't go outside because of the fight he had noticed before with the guards and the woman from the bar while he was roaming the casino, he might as well go up to where the prize was.

When he finished and his decision was to take the western staircase, Miharu just took a drag from his cigarette and headed towards it, arching a brow when he noticed someone there already. "And who might you be?" he called out as he placed his staff on his back.

Ariel finished crushing all of the guards, she clipped her wire and then walked foward. Looked like she needed to use the staircase. She thought she saw someone, but that was out of her mind quickly. Ariel walked near the eastern staircase as planned. She saw a man sitting cross legged "Ah, a girl? You made quick work, you have a accomplice ? I think my brother met him.... its always the pretty ones....." Ariel flicked her fingers, the wires being set "Save your breath... im here for the target.

[[Western staircase]]
Koh scratched his head "Ohh.. someone is here already... aniki wont be happy, immm, im Koh Dojima, im 30 years old, i like playing pool, walking on sand and being a pirate is fun tooo, whats your name??"

Miharu just blinked as hi took another drag from his cigarette before answering the man with a smile. "I'm Haru, 21 years old, I work as a bartender, and I like messing people's heads for fun," he answered back with a smile. "Now, it would really help me if you moved out of the way without me using force Koh, because you wouldn't like it as much as I would if I did," he said in a serious manner but with the smile still in place.

Koh looked at his den den mushi and then back at Miharu and then twirled his hand back. He smiled broadly as he announced "No way Mr Haru, we have orders from the... umm.... customer, and we arent going to let anyone reach Mr Makrov, this i promised to aniki!!" His hand slowly turned to diamond, Koh was getting ready to defend.

[[Western Staircase]]
Ariel was having trouble. She already figured this guys ability and that was the problem. How the hell was she suppose to fight this guy. She ran across, this time for arm to arm combat. She hit a kick at him from the side, Ken held the sole of her feet steady as he got up and back flipped kick Ariel to the ground. Ariel wasnt there long as she spring her self back wards and then kicked foward. "You do realise.... the longer you do this, the longer the chances of me winning......" Ken grinned as her punch was aimed at his face, not realising the underlying trap she was setting.

"The hell, when did I ever say I was a man?!" Miharu called out angrily as a vein popped in his head while he glared at Koh. He then took deep breaths and tried to calm down, his staff twirling in his hand as he looked back at the other with a serious expression. "No matter, I'll just have to beat you to get through then," he answered calmly, watching in slight surprise as Koh's hand started to turn into diamond. 'Damn it, a devil fruit user? Oh well, no turning back now,' he thought as he started to charge at the man, staff aimed at his head while keeping a lookout for any body part that would turn diamond.

[[Koh vsMiharu]]
Koh held his hand in a cross upwards blocking the staffs attack on his head "Isnt it obvious that you are a guy? I mean you look like a guy...." Koh then turned his leg into diamond and lunged a kick at Miharus stomach.

[[Ariel vs Ken]]
Ariel was lying down. Ken was panting now standing fully "Man you are super tough.. even with my devil fruit like this... you still found a way to trump me, still its over..." Ariel gleamed from her eye "Who said it was over eh?" She twirled back flipping and pulling down on the edge of the area, she now had a noose over Kens neck, but Ken had aimed a sharp piece or broken metal against Ariels forehead. they were now at a deadlock.

That's it, that dumbass was going down. "You are either smart to see through my disguise or dumb enough to say that!" he exclaimed with renewed anger as he pulled back his staff when the other blocked it and grunting in slight pain as he went to protect himself from the other's kick to his stomach with his staff, eyes widening when he heard it crack and pushed away from the other. He hissed and staggered back as he landed on the ground. "Not bad Koh, though I'm not done yet," he called out as he charged again, now aiming for his neck as he waited for the right time.

[[Koh vs Miharu]]
Koh took a deep breath and then dashed into close range, holding both his hands up, he turned his hand into diamond to block the staff and aimed a punch, however when he did this, he left the other parts of his body exposed . But then before he could punch, his den den mushi rang "Koh, thats enough, we are Leaving" Koh Dojima stopped mid way and then sighed "Ok Aniki..... well goodbye Mr Haru, i gotta go now" Koh left for the entrance

[[Ken vs Ariel]]

Ken grinned as he flipped the cash that was in his hand. Ariel sighed as she straightened her hair. Ken then looked to her "Well, if you had just shown this earlier, we might have skipped the unpleasantness just now, ahahaha" Ariel held her book up "My job is to get the target , not you, but i have to say , you arent a man to be trusted Ken Dojima, at the end of the day, what is it that you will believe in when your crimes catch up with you." Ken walked to the entrance area "Save the speech, this world is for making a profit just so you can survive, and ill continue to do that till i die, dont lump me together with some do good crap, cause at the end of the day im a pirate, goodbye, Dark Rose........." Ken left the casino with his brother at his side. as Ariel headed up.

'Damn it, not again!' Miharu thought as the other blocked and the other was about to punch him again. He was ready for this and was going to let Koh punch him so he can land a hit, but then stopped when he heard the ring of the den den mushi, blinking as he stood back on the ground while the other left. "Alright...I guess," he said simply as he sighed and headed up the stairs while taking out another cigarette and lighting it up.

Ariel walked up the stairs , it was to be simple this time, no problems. Or so she thought , as soon as he reached the top of the stairs , she saw a girl, who was smoking a cigarette. Ariel prepared her wire and her knife at her side. Who was this? Another merc protecting Makrov? No it cant be, there was no one else in this building. or was there? Ariel then spoke first "Who might you be?"

"Hm?" Miharu hummed as he looked to where he had heard the new voice and wasn't surprised to see the girl from before standing there. "Oh, My name's Haru," he said casually as he took another drag from his cigarette. "I saw you in the bar before I came here, but I never got your name, so what is it?" he said calmly as he strapped the staff to his back.

Ariel judged, she liked to take a look at times at the people she came across, but this one was absolutely confusing. It turned out, the more she looked this person was a man. This sort of thing made her sigh "Ummm, hi, im Ariel... and you are kinda in the way of my bounty..... unless.." Ariel strecthed her arms "You want the bounty ..... do you? cause the answer is soooo no way in hell..."

The young man scratched his head idly as the cigarette flicked in his lips before waving lazily to the girl. "Yo Ariel-chan, and about the bounty..." he chuckled at her antics before taking the cigarette from his mouth and flicking away the flaking part. "I didn't come here for the bounty, I was just interested in coming here to see what's up," he said with a grin. "Or...I might have been interested in the bounty at first, and then lost interest...pick any choice and it will still be right," he said in a thoughtful manner as he placed a finger over his chin in a very lady-like pose.

Ariel didnt know how to feel, this guy was creeping her out a little. But then she heard a clicking noise and then instinctively ducked to the side while shouting at Haru "MOVE!!" Then suddenly there was a burst of machine gun fire, sprayed all over the area, aimed at both Ariel and Miharu. "YOU'LL NEVER TAKE ME ALIVE!!!!" It was Makrov with his gattling gun which was in reserve, he blew away the door in the process.

Just as he heard Ariel he moved away from where he was and from the onslaught of bullets from the gatling gun that Makrov was using. "Great just great, why didn't you tell me that this guy was already armed?!" he exclaimed to Ariel in a very accusing manner, like if this was her fault in the first place.

It was a nice sunny day. On the beach a little boat was shored, next to the boat a young guy was lieing. He was a little injured and seemed exausted. He had middle-long hair and some riped clothes. He was lieing there for about 15 minutes then he stood up, and went back to the boat, and from the boat he took a green sword sheet. In the sheet there was a katana. The guys name was Nathan and was a swordsman. He took the sword and queitly said

Can't afford to get beaten again..

So he started to swing with his sword around. He started to train even though he was exasuted and injured. While he was training he heard a loud noise it scared him at first time and he felt on his back. He was lieing on his back for about 3 minutes, then he got up and suprisingly said

What was that!?

Ariel was hiding on the other side and yelled "I didnt know he was armed, can you please like chill out!!!" Ariel then thought , she grumbled and then spoke over the gunfire "We'll have to flank him, ill draw away his gun fire and you charge him, got it?" Ariel was preparing the wire in the area, it was spread all around like worms as Makrov kept firing.

"Don't tell me to chill out, you're not my boss!" Miharu called out over the gunfire as he gritted his teeth in annoyance. He then heard Ariel call back with a plan and even though he was still reluctant to trust this woman he was willing to do anything right now to survive this onslaught. He gave her an okay sign as he took out his staff, getting ready for when Ariel drew away the gunfire so he could attack Makrov.
