Appearance: Very Tall(9'3"), Extremely Muscular, Wears a White Gi, White Pants, White Shoes with a Jet Dial and a Breath Dial(Stored with air-current) built inside both of them. A Jet Gauntlet located in each of his Elbows givings his punches super speed. 2 Gauntlets for his hands made of Seastone and an alloy stronger than Steel with an Impact Dial and a Reject Dial in each one.

History: At the age of 10, Cain and his parents went down from Skypiea into the grandline to live among the blue sea dwellers until one day his Parents were mugged by the Yonkou pirates because Cain's parents were very wealthy people but they refused to cooperate with the Pirates and attempted to use their Dial Technology to fight off the Yonkou Pirates. unfortunately for them. The Yonkou were one of the strongest Pirate Crews in the entire planet and easily overpowered Cain's parents and killed them.Cain tried to avenge his parents but he was too young and too weak to defeat the Yonkou Pirates and barely got away with his life. After that, Cain felt hatred and loathing for all Pirates and began Training his body non-stop day and night to Avenge his parents. When he came of age he joined the Marines and rose up through the ranks as a Marine Commodore! After 25 years of non-stop Training he had developed Insane Physical Strength, and confronted the Yonkou Pirates once more, and he did very well, but unfortunately he had underestimated the combined strength of the Zone Pirates crew and his own Brigade fell to the power of the Pirates, Until he was the only one standing. Then eventually, The Captain of the Yonkou Pirates himself had struck down Cain and Fatally Injured him, and left the Island they were on. Fortunately for Cain, a nearby Marine officer took cain to the Central World Government Island of Mariejoa, where Doctor Vegapunk, the legendary scientist, had saved Cain's life by giving him a new more powerful Cyborg body! Cain then joined Admiral Roy Alden's Navy brigade.

Personality: Believes in absolute justice, he completely despises Pirates and shows them no mercy!

Special Abilities: Super Strength: Roger was already Incredibly strong before(5000 Dourikis) but with a Cyborg body, his physical strength is off the scale!!! Super Endurance: His body is Stronger and Harder than Steel. He runs on Milk, drinking a glass of milk allows him to reach his full power of 100,000 Dourikis, on empty he is only 1/10 of his full power: 10,000 Dourikis. If he stays on empty for too long, he recieves a system failure and shuts down until he is forcefed more milk.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
Impacto: Roger uses either his left or right hand to absorb an attack, and Plants that hand onto a target and releases an incredible shockwave(equal to the amount of damage absorbed) at point-blank range. The recoil from the attack can hurt Roger a little(Minor Damage). An Impact Dial can easily kill an ordinary Human.

Double Impacto: Similar to Impacto except Roger uses both hands to absorb an attack and return double the damage that a single Impacto would do, Roger also recieves twice the recoil of Impacto himself, which might possibly hurt Roger considerably.

Rejecto: Same as Impacto except the damage dealth to the target is 10 Times Stronger! The Recoil from this attack can hurt Roger significantly. The recoil can easily kill an ordinary human.

Double Rejecto: Roger's strongest attack, Similar to Double Impacto except with Reject Dials instead of Impact Dials causing 20 Times the damage of a single Impact Dial and to balance it out, Roger recieves an incredible recoil that hurts him so significantly and cause so much Internal damage, that he must use this attack sparingly or face death. This attack is so powerful that It's recoil damage has a chance of killing Roger.

Megaton Punch: Unleases a devastating superhuman punch

Jet Megaton Punch: Uses the Jet Dials in his elbows to deliver a Stronger and Super Fast version of the Megaton punch (basically at Super Speed)

Jet Flight: Uses a mixture of the Jet Dials and Breath Dials in his shoes to fly and remain in a the air for a limited amount of time.

Megaton Kick: Same as Megaton Punch except with a superhuman kick

Jet Megaton Kick: Same as Jet Megaton Punch, except with a stronger superhuman kick at super speed.

Tackle: Charges at the opponent and uses his superior strength to tackle them to the ground

Jet Tackle: Same as Tackle except he uses his Jet/Breath Dials to Tackle The opponent at Super Speed, Significantly increasing the Momentum of the Impact! (In order words more damage)

Weapons/Items: Impact Dial, Jet Dial, Reject Dial, Breath Dial

Goals: To arrest all pirates and one day avenge his parents death by defeating the Yonkou Pirates!

Appearance: Very short for a Giant(10'), Has Long Red Hair and a Red Mustache and a Red Beard. Wears all Red: Red Sandals, Red Pants, Red T-Shirt, etc.

History: When Red Beard was 16 years old, he was very small for a giant just 9' tall, and all the other Giant Kids, who were at least two-three times his size(literally) teased him about it and bullied him. Max got sick and tired of it so he trained his body for two-hundred years, during that time he only grew a foot(10'), but he achieved incredible superhuman strength! During those two-hundred years, Red Beard joined the Marine and eventually worked his way up to Marine Vice-Admiral. Red Beard recently joined Admiral Roy Alden's squad to help bring Pirates to justice.

Personality: Very Barbaric and Destructive, Cold, Sadistic, Merciless, Cruel. Killing and Destruction are his two favorite hobbies.

Devil Fruit: Gomu Gomu no Mi (Gum Gum Fruit)
effect: Red Beard person can stretch his body like rubber at will (as well as to some extent, their clothes regardless of whatever material they are made from), and makes them highly resistant to physical force and immune to bullets and cannonballs, Red Beard however can still be injured to Strong Punches or kicks of sufficient strength. The user's ability to stretch and twist like rubber to extreme lengths not only makes them immune to injuries that originate from such, but it also allows them moves that can give them a great advantage in battle or otherwise. Owing to Rubber's insulating properties, the user is also immune to electrical attacks. By training his Gomu Gomu abilities, Red Beard has found unexpected ways to increase his fighting ability, such as the ability to stretch his blood vessels wider to allow more oxygen and nutrients to get to other parts of the body allowing him to become faster and stronger, at a cost of depleting his body's energy at a faster rate. Despite all the advantages Red Beard gets by using his fruit, he can however still be hurt by cutting or stabbing attacks, as well as non-physical attacks such as fire or ice. One major risk of Luffy's powers is that he is vulnerable to attacks in the moments when his limbs are stretched to their limit.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):

(1)Spirit Gun: standard straight punch, augmented with stretching. This attack can be used from short to long range.

(2)Spirit Missile: Red Beard's main method of traveling long distances fast. He stretches out his arms and grabs a handhold, then retracts them, projecting himself high into the air, over great distances, or even into an opponent.

(3)Spirit Mortar: Red Beard stretches both his arms far back, and then hurls them forward, striking his opponent with both simultaneously. This is usually used as a finishing move.

(4)Spirit Mini-Gun: Red Beard uses his stretching ability to bring his fists forward repeatedly in a blurry, rapid barrage of punches that creates the illusion of him having multiple arms, however he doesn't actually grow more arms so his arms can be caught by an opponent fast enough.

(5)Spirit Whip: Red Beard stretches his leg and kicks in a wide circle, striking multiple foes

(6)Spirit Shotgun: Red Beard stretches one arm far behind him, then snaps it back to deliver an short-distance, one-fisted blow to an opponent.

(7)Spirit Rifle: Similar to Spirit Bullet, except Red Beard twists his arm around as he stretches it behind him and hits the opponent at close range, putting a spin on them.

(8)Spirit Cannon: Red Beard builds up speed with a long series of quick punches, and finishes with a single double-fisted blow.

(9)Spirit Spear: Red Beard takes hold of his opponent with his hands, then spins, twisting his arms. He then untwists them, rapidly spinning his opponent, while bringing him crashing to the floor.

(10)Spirit Axe: Red Beard stretches one leg high into the air, then brings it crashing down on an opponent or structure, for massive damage.

(11)Spirit Stamp: Red Beard stretches his leg out and hits his opponent with the bottom of his foot, leaving an imprint, or "stamp", of his sandal.

(12)Spirit Storm: A extremely powerful move and is easily one of Red Beard's strongest attacks. With an opponent positioned high above, Red Beard first inflates his body like a balloon and twist his body around tightly, then blow the air towards the ground. This propels Red Beard spinning upwards towards an opponent up above, where he delivers a constant barrage of powerful punches, with power greatly enhanced by the momentum of his launch. This technique can also be used while Red Beard is airborne, allowing him to literally rain punches down upon his enemies.

(13) Spirit Kaioken: Red Beard pumps his blood rapidly with his legs kick starting the process, increasing his blood flow, thus providing more oxygen and nutrients to various parts of his body which makes him faster and stronger. In Roger's case, all of his organs are rubber, so they can expand and contract, allowing the blood to move at the increased speed without stressing any one internal organ, such as the blood vessels, and causing it to explode. This mode's enhancements to Red Beard's physiology gives him the ability to use a new set of attacks which are generally the same as his old ones but are so fast that even a skilled assassin would have a hard time actually seeing them. This form also enables Red Beard access to his own version of the Rokushiki technique, Soru, which would make sense since he used Soru's principle, which is to kick the ground multiple times to propel the user over to a desired distance at imperceivable speeds, as the basis of Spirit Kaioken by incorporating it with his Gomu Gomu No Mi powers. In other words, Red Beard practically uses his elastic body by compressing it and using it as the kick-off point when initiating Spirit Kaioken. As a result, he can not only utilize a much more refined form of Soru that is far superior to other Soru users, but the power of his attacks are also greatly enhanced by the high speed that they seem to break the sound barrier, generating sonic boom-like effects in the process. In this form his metabolism rate is so high that his sweat vaporises rapidly giving rise to a steaming appearance, and his skin turns slightly pink from the increased blood flow.

Major Weakness to Spirit Kaioken is that Red Beard can only use it for a limited period of time, and it shortens his overall life span, and His speed and power boost decreases over time, until it completely wears off and he reverts. Red Beard become significantly fatigued once this technique expires and must use this ability sparingly or he will face death.

(14)Jet Spirit Gun: Red Beard delivers a Spirit Gun so fast that the fist's movement is invisible, and it truly seems like he shoots his opponent, except that the resulting impact is not akin to an actual gun, but to a small hand-held cannon and powerful enough to propel the unlucky recepient several meters away. The incredible speed both makes the strike more powerful, and harder to dodge. Can only be used with Spirit Kaioken.

(15)Jet Spirit Stamp: Red Beard delivers a Spirit Stamp with the same effect as Jet Spirit Gun. Can only be used with Spirit Kaioken.

(16)Jet Spirit Mortar: Red Beard charges at his opponent at high speed, and delivers a very fast and very strong Spirit Mortar. Red Beard is able to use this move to propel himself from mid-air, allowing him to perform this attack continously. Can only be used with Spirit Kaioken.

(17)Jet Spirit Whip: Red Beard delivers a spirit whip so fast, that only the slipstream is visible. Can only be used with Spirit Kaioken.

(18)Jet Spirit Shotgun: An extremely fast close range punch. When attacking head-on, the stretching of the original Spirit Shotgun along with the resulting snapback seem to occur almost simultaneously at once, making it virtually inescapable. Can only be used with Spirit Kaioken.

(19)Jet Spirit Gun Double: Red Beard punches with both arms simutaneously. Visually, the move only differs from his bazooka in that instead of doing an open palm strike, he has clenched fists which leave two knuckle shaped imprints on his foe. Can only be used with Spirit Kaioken.

(20)Jet Spirit Mini-Gun: A move that is one of Red Beard's strongest techniques. Red Beard stands still, and moves his arms so fast that they become invisible, covering the enemy with punches (each with the force equal to a Jet Spirit Gun) in a mere split second. The hits land so fast that, after a volley, they seemingly connect simultaneously, while a circle of airbursts from the punches surround Red Beard. The circle resembles the many barrels of a real Mini-gun. However due to the large amounts of energy it uses, Red Beard can not sustain it for long, although the time it is used is considerably longer than the regular Spirit Mini-gun. Can only be used with Spirit Kaioken.

(21)Jet Spirit Missile: A Spirit Kaioken version of Spirit Missile. After grabbing onto something with stretched out arms, Luffy instantly propels himself forward with blinding speed. Can only be used with Spirit Kaioken.

(22)Jet Spirit Rifle: Red Beard delivers a very fast Spirit Rifle. The winding of the original Spirit Rifle along with its snapback happening almost at the same time as Red Beard speeds towards the target makes this move impossible to evade. Can only be used with Spirit Kaioken.

(23)Jet Spirit Spear: Red Beard delivers a very fast Spirit Spear. Can only be used with spirit Kaioken.

(24)Jet Spirit Grenade Launcher: Red Beardstretches and grabs onto an enemy's body. Then, he very quickly retracts, crashing into the foe. Can only be used with spirit kaioken.

(25)Jet Spirit Axe: Red Beard stretches his leg vertically and then crashes it down on his opponent, unlike the usual version however, rather than merely smashing his foot into the enemy the speed at which it is done is so quick that rather than attacking the area directly in front of him, his Jet Spirit axe strikes several meters in length thus increasing its range. Can only be used with spirit kaioken.

Goals: To rid the world of all Pirates!

Thanks, but what do you mean that it is not a rank, Marine Admiral Aokiji used to be a Vice Admiral, and Monkey D. Garp is a Vice Admiral, and the Buster call basically calls in the nearest 5 Vice Admirals and 10 Battle Ships to Annihalate an Island according to a One Piece encyclopedia the Marine ranks are as follows:

1)Fleet Admiral: Head of the navy - Example: Chief Admiral Sengoku
2)Admiral: Governors-General of the Navy; only three such positions - Example: Admiral Aokiji, Akainu, Kizaru
3)Vice-Admiral: Lieutenant Governors; only 15 such positions - Example: Vice Admiral Monkey D. Garp, Jaguar D. Saul, Tsuru, Komir, John Giant, Vice Admirals of the Buster Call on Enies Lobby, etc.
4)Rear Admiral: The members of this group are unknown.
5)Commodore: Example - Smoker(After he was promoted), Purin-Purin.
6)Captain: Example - Morgan, Nezumi, Hina, T-Bone, Very Good, Shuu, Sharingu, Smoker(Originally)
