Not seen: A pair of white, fur lined boots that reach to a few inches below her knees, and decorated with silver beads and belts like the rest of her clothes. Also, yes, her hat does look like it has a mouth. Don’t go poking it or you’ll find out that it really does the hard way.
History: Amanita grew up under a different name, as an orphan under the care of the World Government. Living on the island all Cipher Pol agents were trained on, she was exposed both the World Government mindset and their training styles from childhood, and felt obligated to join the people who saved her, and work to make the world a better place.
She willingly signed up for the CP9 training program, and endured the brutal training needed to learn the Rokushiki fighting style. More than just endure; she excelled, using sheer determination and training even in her off hours, to the point that after a few years, she graduated as one of the youngest full-fledged members in history. Granted, there were some concerns that someone so young would be unable to perform the tasks that might be necessary to protect world piece, and the Cipher Pol leaders found it a valid enough concern that they sent her on a solo mission to test her mettle in a real life situation.
Her orders were simple; she was sent to an island known to be a pirate stronghold, and she was to deal with the captain through any means necessary. The citizens were protecting the crew, and other more experienced agents were following her in secret to report on the results.
At first, it looked like the concerns about her ability to solve problems herself were accurate when she walked up to the citizens and asked where the pirates were hiding. That notion was quickly dismissed when upon the obvious refusal, she proceeded to charm them into believing that she was a messenger for the pirates. Then upon meeting her targets, the other agents were ready to rush in when she told the crew that she was there to arrest them and that they should surrender. The captain responded by shooting her. In the time it took the other agents to arrive, she had slaughtered every pirate to the last, even the citizens that tried to stop her. The utter lack of hesitation once she started fighting convinced everyone that she was more than qualified.
After that incident, the little girl was no longer the same person. She had experienced first-hand what would be necessary to maintain justice in the world, and even if she didn’t hesitate, it took something to kill a person like that. She took on a new name to represent the loss of her youthful innocence, and spent years working within CP9 as an agent, training herself to become capable enough to deal with the threats to the world, no matter who they happened to be.
So it came that years later, with a lot more experience under her belt, she was given a new order; to deal with the growing pirate threat, she was given free rein to travel and deal with threats however she deemed necessary.
Personality: Amanita is a kind, helpful woman with a large amount of patience. Even while undercover, what most need to pretend to be, comes naturally to her, as she truly cares about protecting the innocent and keeping peace across the world, and dislikes killing.
Her overall demeanour under normal conditions gives off such a calm and cheery air that most lower ranked Marines and government officials who meet her don’t believe that she’s the Destroying Angel when told. She acts childish at times, has a bit of an obsession over silver objects, as her clothing attests, simply cannot stand most hot drinks, and dislikes bitter things. She loves fuzzy things, again as her clothes attest, and is especially infamous amongst her superiors for using her access to devil fruits and high ranking people to get a scientist to turn her hat into a zoan, simply because she wanted a pet that she could take with her on missions. However, those who mistake that for being pacifistic tend to learn the hard way that Amanita is not a pushover.
She is unwilling to rise to most bait when there is no need to fight, but she does have limits, and once roused enough to fight, she is brutally efficient at it. She is a firm believer in her own Moral Justice; that as much as life should be considered precious, for the sake of peace, some people need to die. She will try her best to avoid unnecessary death if she can, but if she considers someone too dangerous to let live, she will kill them without hesitation, whether a violent pirate, wild revolutionary, or corrupt marines and world government officials.

Special Abilities: Rokushiki - (六式 Rokushiki?, literally meaning "Six Styles") is a special, superhuman martial arts style, and Amanita knows all six main branches, only lacking – for now – the Ougi.
She is incredibly fast and agile, even before actually using Rokushiki. Most of her fights begin and end with a speed-blitz strike, and people unaware of her capabilities assume that her normal movements are Rokushiki styles.
It doesn’t hurt that after years of gut instinct, barely noticed cues at the edge of her senses, and some remarkable acts of skill being the only thing between life and death, she has gained a great deal of perception and reflexes, enough that the high-speed battles she favours are quite easy for her to keep track of.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): Shigan “Madara”: A barrage of shigan so fast that it looks like a machine gun fire of attacks. Can be done with one hand or both as needed.
Shigan “Hoko”: Amanita arranges her hand and fingers like a blade, then jabs her opponent at Shigan speed. The resulting wound looks like an injury from a spear, plus the potential of running her target through on her hand, like a spearman at wartime, thus the name.
Rankyaku “Hurricane”: Using a combination of Kami-e and Geppou, Amanita twists through the air, firing Rankyaku at such a rapid rate that it looks like a literal hurricane of blades. She can focus this on a specific area if she’s not going for outright destruction of everything.
Rankyaku “Sen”: A Rankyaku fired in a straight line like a bullet, trading the wider range of the normal version for more speed and power.
Rankyaku “Karite”: Amanita launches an enormous, high speed Rankyaku in the shape of a scythe blade. This is currently her strongest attack in sheer force, capable of slicing through thick steel with ease, and if not stopped by something suitably hard, will keep going for quite a distance. This attack is tiring and dangerous enough that she’ll only use it if she’s forced to.
Tekkai Kempo: Amanita is capable of moving her body during Tekkai through practice and some application of Kami-e. Besides the massive defensive boost on Tekkai, her blows hit even harder, at the level of the tekkai she’s using.
Soru “Madoi”: Amanita uses Soru to move fast enough to generate afterimages, confusing opponents and making her strikes appear as if she’s attacking from multiple directions at once.
Soru “Saigo”: Amanita uses her full, soru backed speed to rush her targets, strike them with multiple shigan, and move on. The entire attack comes out so fast that it looks like she just walked past her targets without them noticing, the damage not manifesting until a couple seconds later.
