History:
Brought up in a touring circus, her parents died when she was 17 when a trapeze act went awry. The ringmaster, benevolent, dropped her off at Logue Town and along with the money of her family, allowed her to keep a few of their props. Since then, after equipping herself with various commodities she has travelled East Blue, seeking out adventure.

one piece has a habit of calling out techniques "gumu gumu no..." ect. but thats not really a necessity, but techniques don't have to be for combat, the difference between special abilities and techniques is that techniques are actively used where as skills are always on, your char will always have those reflexes with out have to activate them so there a special ability rather than a skill, anything that is actively used, such as lock picking or throwing your voice qualifies as a technique but again they aren't mandatory, but they are strongly advised, especially the rokushiki, but it is up to you weather you want any or not
