M&M Pirates Chapter one: DON'T TOUCH THAT CHILD

Leah walked down the town, she had been bored and with no luck on finding new crew members, another way to saying finding crew members at all, she really needed to find some if she wanted to have some kind of family, if she wanted to be happy, worry about people and everything, but with no crew, she could do nothing, and that wasn't good, at all.

While walking Leah noticed a crowd of people, wondering what was happening, since she was like that, if someone needed help she would try to help them, if someone was hurt she would try to heal them, or take them to someone who was capable of doing so, because Leah was like that, she really liked helping people, and maybe she was indeed weak, at least against a man who knew martial arts and stuff, but she was still strong as she could be, for now.

She made her way to the center of the crowd and saw a group of men hitting some children, of course she would do something, Leah pouted at first and stepped in the crowd, stopping one of the men's hand from hitting a child, "could you be so nice as to stop hitting this child?" she asked nicely.

She waited for the Man's answer to it, she also hoped that someone else would have the decency to help her stop these people mistreating the children, this was not ok, at all.

Grady sighed, walking around the streets he was near on the island he had entered. He had his boat docked on port and hoped no one would steal from it. He looked for shady characters as he walked, so he would know if he boat would be stolen. He knew SOMETHING bad would happen to him soon, as he didn't have much hope in his luck...ever. As he walked, he saw a women calling for help as a group of men were hitting a child. Grady, forgetting about his boat, felt bad for the children. He walked up to the men and stared at them.

"Will you stop by yourselves, or will I have to do it for you?" he asked, acting cold and hoping this would work.

"Think your strong, eh, well lets see you cry like this kid, huh" said on of the men, who then ran at him

Grady smiled, and quickly shot a right hook at the mans face, shooting him back and onto the ground, chipping his teeth and making his jaw bleed slightly. This was all the excuse the other men needed to run away. Grady then turned his attention to the boy.

"Are you ok?' he asked, concerned

Alex also stepped forward and approached the man. Thank you for doing that, he then gave him a reassuring smile and looked at the kid and noticing he only had some bruising. "If you need anything I'll be more than glad to help you." He said this in the direction of the kid and then looked around noticing the girl who also helped out. He smiled at her and turned his attention back to the kid with concern in his eyes.

A large, burly man noticed Leah talk to him and replied, "Could it be so nice as to piss off?" The other two men were laughing and shouting, "Yeah!" or "Don't mess with our boss Craig, girl!" and "You should piss off!" Obviously, they needed to be taught a lesson. Craig's cohorts were tanned to a part where they were looking orange, they had moderately sized muscles and look like 100% douchebags. Craig, however, stood at 7 foot even, had no tan, but had muscles of two bodybuilders. Everyone was turning their heads from the scene because of Craig and his gang. They practically owned a fourth of the town. The local authorites haven't even dared to step foot into his land or into the ring cause whenever they did, they ended up in a bodybag.

"Look here missy, if you don't get out of my face in the next five seconds, the next bed you'll be sleeping in will be a casket! You too, skinny ass!" Craig's words were harsh, and scared off the children in the process. "Craig doesn't take orders from anyone, he GIVES orders!"

Ulysses was drinking in a bar near the scene of the crime but was totally oblivious to it. He was sipping his sake formally but was interruppted by a kid bursting in and calling for help. Ulysses was well known in this town for being the peace keeper, seeing as how he kept Craig and his gang out of trouble by kicking his sorry ass. Ulysses ran out and saw Craig give Leah a strong shove. "Hey Craig! Remember me?"
"Crap! It's Ulysses!"
"Shut up! I can handle him! Whaddya want now?!"
"Stop harassing that woman and these kids!"
"But it's fun!"
"Sigh...Once a brute always a brute."
"I'm gonna mess your face up now." Craig said as he threw a punch at Ulysses but was dodged.
"This is gonna be a short fight."

Cain had been sitting in the seat of a nearby food stand. He chewed his food as he watched a crowd near the center of town continue to get larger and larger. Taking a final bite and paying the vendor, Cain walked toward the middle of the street. He touched his sides with his hands to make sure that his chain sickles were still in their sheaths around his waist. This was the first island Cain arrived on since he left his home village; it would be embarrassing if he was already robbed. The chains hanging from his wrists to his sickles gave those who looked at him an ominous feeling of dread, fearing that he may take his weapons and strike out at any of them whenever he wanted. Cain, however, didn't want to.

"First things first. If I want to make money as a pirate, I need to find a crew." Cain, instead of heading toward the large circle of people nearby, began to walk toward the village's harbor, not knowing whether he would make friends or enemies.

As alarm bell where ringing and people we're on the floor and Marines were on the way, Antiko was stood in the middle of a bank holding a large bag in his left hand whilst he was filling the bank with gas using his Death breath technique, he could hear all of the people on the floor coughing violently as he continued pointing his finger at people who seemed to pose a threat. As Antiko backed out towards the door her heard a cocky voice he'd heard many times before "Antiko Remuss, we've been looking for you, now drop the bag and raise your hands, or we'll be forced to shoot." Antiko turned around and looked the marine in the eye then dropped the bag. He didn't mind dropping the bag as he knew the gas in the bank would prevent them from entering for a while as they had no gas masks and when they did enter he would easily be able to disarm them as the gas made it fairly difficult to see clearly.

As two marines entered a few minutes later with gas masks they had some sea stone cuff with them, Antiko waited till the marines got closer then the familiar marine called out into the gas. "Be careful of him, he's a slippery bastard. We can't lose him here, we've been following him for the last 7 islands." Antiko's breathing could be heard, he saw the marines approach him from either side and knew how to escape, he threw both of his hands to the side pushing his palms up into the bottom of the gas masks knocking them off of their faces. As the marines stumbled back screaming a little from the pain of the gas mask being ripped from their face Antiko used his finger poison technique to fire poison into their mouths then fired a barrage of poison bullets towards the door. He then waited a little bit as he picked up the bag and ran out of the gas and burst through the door leaping over the many marines who we're lying on the ground to avoid his bullets.

Antiko could feel and hear bullets from the marines coming close to hitting him but he knew if he kept running it would be harder for them to hit him. He turned to looked back at the marines and wanted to attack them but knew none of them were the marine he was after, and continued running. Antiko saw that he ran to a dead end and looked around to see the only way to go was up. He looked behind him to see Marines all pointing gun at him. Antiko wasn't in the mood for killing these guys so instead he used his strength he'd built up from being a juggler when he was younger and threw himself into a handstand, he then pushed off the ground into a wall then with his feet kicked off of it propelling himself up high enough to reach the top of the wall. He then dropped over the other side and continued running to get away from the marines. "That cheeky bastard, right men, quick get around there we have to catch this guy, he has a 10,000,000 beli bounty on his head and he's becoming a nuisance for us all." bellowed the marine.

Leah couldn't be more annoyed everyone's attitude, except from the men who actually helped the children, which was something really nice coming from people she didn't know, and that the children didn't know, although she herself had been risking herself because of saving children she didn't know, but that was just the way Leah was, she liked helping, even if she got in danger, or even died in the process, and she was too loyal and honorable as to leave after trying to help someone, that was just not in her standards.

Leah thought that running away was the lowest of the low, one could avoid problems but not run away from them, specially if the problem was because of helping someone, which was something really honorable and nice thing to do, she thought that if you were as strong as to help someone then you should also be strong to fight against the problems about it.

Then man called Craig, who seemed to be the leader of those men, tried to shove Leah to the side, although Leah being Leah, and having had classes of martial arts and everything, she dodged jumping to the side, although she was really annoyed by the men's attitude, she wasn't going to fight him, since it looked like the man called Ulysses was going to fight him, she turned to look at the frightened children, she didn't want them to be there, she turned then to the two other men who had been helping out, she was thinking about asking them for some help again.

"Uh sorry but would you be so kind to help me take these children to a safe place?" she said in a calm voice, low enough for Craig to not hear, and also enough for the two men who had helped her before to hear.

Grady looked over at the women who had been calling for help before. He then nodded to her and helped the child he had been helping before onto his feet, then brought his out of the crowd and to the side of the square. He then motioned for the boy to stay put, and then did the same with the other half beaten boys and girls. He then walked back to the crowd and held his hands up to fight the men, and stood next to Ulysses.

"Need any help?" he asked, looking at the man

Antiko heard the familiar marine order his men and smiled beneath the mask with the bag of money still hanging from his body. Antiko encountered some marines as he landed on the other side. He saw them look at him then realised that these guys were about to attack him. Antiko awaited an attack from them as a sword was swung towards him he took a step to the side avoiding the blow then elbowed the marine in the face followed by letting his hand on that arm fall down and swing into the marines stomach. The marine let go of the sword and stumbled back as more marines came Antiko chose not to use his powers but his fists. As the next 3 marines headed towards him he caught the 1st ones sword between his hands and used his rebound technique to launch it back at himself, the blunt side of his sword hit him in the face and knocked him unconscious, the strength in his swing was powerful. Antiko then saw another marine swing for his head and he grabbed hold of his wrist as he ducked to avoid the sword, and redirected his momentum to the other side of the street as the last marine swung his fists at Antiko he caught his fist in his right hand and used his rebound technique again launching his own fist back at his face. The marine landed on his ass when Antiko looked down at him he saw he had a nose bleed then continued running again. He ran past a crowd of people and children and as he did so the familiar marine saw him and began chasing him. Antiko heard a few shots fired in his direction and saw the holes we're being shot in the bag of money. Antiko used his technique for getting up into high places again and managed to reach the top of a building shortly followed by the marine who missed and landed on his stomach he then got up and said to Antiko "You've become a massive pain in my ass boy!" Antiko stood still looking at the man waiting for him to attack like he always did.

The marine pulled out a small black ball and threw it at Antiko, the ball exploded into a smoke which temporarily blinded Antiko. the marine had disappeared and Antiko was struck at the back of the neck, he knelt down then felt hand pulling off his mask. Antiko turned to see the marine holding his mask and exhaled poison gas into his face before snatching the mask back and leaping from the building and hiding in a small dark alley way. the marine was left coughing on the roof top having slight trouble breathing.

Ulysses was surprised someone in this town was actually going to help him fight instead of run and/or watch. "You go fight Craig's cohorts, I'm handling the boss fight." Craig threw a heavy kick that was blocked but slightly hurt Ulysses' arm. He jumped away to create a distance between them. One of the bartenders from the bar Ulysses was in came out and approached the fight but didn't go too close. In his hands were two bottles of fine alcohol, which Ulysses needed to fight. "Mister Ulysses, catch!" Ulysses turned his head and caught the bottles of alcohol that was thrown at him, uncapped them and began to chug it all down. "Oh no you don't!" Craig rushed at Ulysses to attack him and to stop him from getting any more drunk cause he knew what would happen when Ulysses was drunk. Ulysses stopped drinking and began to quickly dodge whatever limb was thrown at him. A lot of the alcohol was spilling out onto the ground every time Ulysses dodged. Then he gave Craig a strong push which created another gap between the two fighters, and used that time to drink whatever was left of the bottles. "Whoo! Craig....Git ready for the beatin' of yer life-hic!"
"Dammit! No more playing around!" Craig shouted as he pulled out a pistol. "I'm sick and tired of you beating me! Now die!"
"As if you weren't playing around the last fitty times I kicked your ass."
Craig fired the pistol only to find it a lost cause because the next thing he knew, Ulysses gave him a sharp jab to the gut causing him to drop the pistol.

100 Striking Fists

Ulysses launched an onslaught of punches that were murderously powerful. The last punch sent Craig spewing out what he had eaten earlier all over the ground before he fell onto the ground unconscious. Ulysses dusted his fists before staggering back to the bar and said, "You all-hic-handle the rest...I'm gonna...go drink s'more."

Cain had now arrived at the harbor. There he noted several things. First were two marines ship docked at the harbor. Presumably they belonged to the marines that were chasing the poisonous man around town. Besides that ship, there were several pirate ships. One that stood out the most was a schooner with the strangest pirate flag he had ever seen. While he was admiring the small vessel, a voice behind him shouted, "Hey! You! You there with the glasses!" Cain turned around to find a small posse of thugs standing behind a thin man with his hands behind his back. "You there, nerd! You're in the territory of the Nelson gang, one of the four strongest gangs on this island. I just so happened to notice that you haven't payed your dues for entering my territory." The thugs began to surround Cain, forming a semi-circle around him. Trapped between Nelson's gang and the sea, Cain began to slowly reach for his sickles...

"You there! Nelson! This is marine captain Taylor. I hereby arrest you on charges of unlawful extortion and acts of violence against the people of this village." They all turned to find the voice. It was a well dressed marine standing on the bow of his ship, a small squad behind him.
"Pssh... fools. Shoot him down." Instantly, one of Nelson's snipers fired his pistol at the captain. The bullet passed through his chest and captain Taylor fell. "Arrest him!" At once, the remaining marines on the ship had a stand-off with the Nelson gang. Only Nelson and Cain were left out of the fray.

"So... where were we... eh?" Turning his attention back to Cain, Nelson saw that Cain had drawn his two chain-sickles from their sheaths and was spinning them rapidly, one in each hand. Nelson just smirked. Behind his back, he had his fingers ready on the semi-automatics he was holding...

Alex laughed at the beating that the drunk gave to the large man and did as he asked. He pulled his rapier out and ran over than in an instant. These were low level gangsters and they were very weak. He dodged effortlessly almost looking like he was dancing around his opponents. He only used slashes on them not wanting to hurt them seriously. He cut three men up who fell to the ground in pain but with no serious damage. He pointed his sword at the rest of them and said "Do you want to dance to?"

(Back at the harbor)
"Please be gentle. This is my first time." With that, Cain gave out a slight laugh. It was, in fact, the first real duel he had since he left the island. Saying that much, Cain had almost little to none combat experience. He did possess, however, a strong will to learn as well as an active mind that allowed him, since the day he chose to become a pirate, the ability to run countless combat scenarios in his mind. Cain threw his right chain sickle directly at Nelson. It was a slow throw and thus, Nelson dodged it even before it would have reached him. At the same time Nelson moved away, Cain quickly withdrew the chain sickle. In the blink of an eye, it was back in his right hand. Cain did a sideways throw with his left chain sickle. It too, was slow and its flight path was anticipated by Nelson once again. Same as the first time, Cain quickly withdrew it, once again having both weapons in his hands before Nelson had finished dodging.

This continued several times; Cain would throw a chain sickle, Nelson would dodge, and just as Nelson dodged, Cain pulled the chain sickle back into his hand. Nelson, however, began to catch onto what was going on.
"Don't you dare F* with me!!!" In all honesty, Nelson was running and dodging at full speed the whole time and by now, was completely exhausted. Now, he was pissed by the fact that he was being toyed with. He pointed his semi-automatic pistols at Cain and began to shoot...

Grady looked over and nodded to Ulysses. He then walked up to two men who were ready to fight. They smirked and Grady and got into a terrible looking stance. One of them looked up at him and smirked, then got in front of the other one, as if to say he would finish Grady off before the other had the chance. Grady smiled and looked at the two, the perfect shot! He ran at the man, and proceeded to knee him in the ribs. The man, having an extremely poor stance, fell backwards onto the ground. The other man, behind the first was brought down be the man in front of him. In the end, the two men were on the ground, panting. Grady then kicks both of them in the stomach and then saw the lady who had called for help in the first place. He walked up to her and smiled, reaching his hand out like nothing had just happened.

"Hi, I'm Grady" he said, smiling, although feeling a bit shy

Antiko sat down in the alley way and counted his money, it took him a while but he stacked the money up in 100s after counting it he placed the money back in the bag, he had exactly the same amount as his bounty 10,000,000 Beli. Antiko smiled then headed back out into the streets he sat at an outside cafe table and ordered a cocktail. As the cocktail was brought out to him he handed the waitress a 50 Beli note and told her to keep the change. He was loaded he did't mind letting her keep the change. Antiko lifted the bottom of his mask up and took a sip of it then lowered it again and said to himself quietly "Mmm tastes perfect." Antiko enjoyed the drink and watched as people in the streets wondered about in their everyday lives.

Angella was watching the huge crowd with her head cocked she hadnt seen this many people get together she had never seen this many people before. Angella was cooking a slab of deer, she was trying to hide the smoke of the fire she then she ate the deer and then kept watching the crowd she wanted to know what was going on she then saw some people fighting she then left to fight she then pulled out her spear and watched and listened and hoped to understand something but she watched because it was interesting.

Ulysses had more trouble getting back to the bar than he thought it would be. He was staggering so much that he was practically moving sideways. People were looking at him funny as he staggered by them and snickering because of how stupid he was looking. He was stopped when he crashed into the local pharmacist. "Ulysses....You're a bit clumsy when you're drunk....I've been looking for you anyways. I've developed an experimental remedy to cure drunkenness instantly, more or less. Here's a bottle, please give me feedback on it." The pharmacist set a bottle of pills in Ulysses' hand before running back to his store. Ulysses uncapped the bottle and took a pill. He was cured from his drunkenness! Sadly, he still felt a bit uneven while walking. He wondered around town before he realized he had gone back to the place where he had his latest fight with Craig. At least no one innocent was hurt. "Are any of you injured from fighting Craig's gang? Doesn't look like it though. Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Ulysses. I'm the town's only reliable source of peace." Ulysses tipped his straw hat as he introduced himself then took it off.

angella saw a man sitting near where she was. she then saw antiko he was off guard she hadnt eaten a proper meal for days so she grabbed him from the shadows no one saw her and she then covered his mouth and held his mouth shut with her arms. she then pulled him back to where she last had a fire she then shot out her stinger into a tree pulled it out and wrapped antiko with vines so he move his arms or legs and readied herself to gut him she had left his mouth open so he could say any last words.

(Still at the harbor)
Cain watched closely as Nelson pulled out his pistols and began to shoot. Cain initially dodged the first 3 or 4 bullets but soon realized that the shots that he dodged were hitting the ship behind him. The bullets were of a low caliber but still left a mark on the ship's hull. Cain began to spin his chain sickles round, faster... and faster... and faster.

Cain was spinning his chains so fast that Nelson could feel a slight current of air moving away from Cain. Nonetheless, Nelson kept on firing his semi-automatics. Cain, now switching to the defensive, brought his right hand forward and spun the chain sickle vertically in front of him. Any bullets that Nelson fired at him were deflected by the spinning chain sickle. Normally, Cain could deflect anything powerful as a rifle bullet and fast as an automatic. The weak, infrequent shots from Nelson were much too easy for Cain.

Behind his back, Cain began to spin his left sickle faster and faster; preparing to throw it at Nelson...

Antiko felt himself dragged away from his delicious drink and wrapped up in vines. He looked at The hornet woman who had tied him up and rolled his eyes he couldn't remove his gas mask but didn't need to, he simply wriggled his glove from his hands and fired poison from everyone of his fingers at the hornet woman. It would a difficult attack to avoid but he decided as his poison was shot towards the hornet woman he used his strength to rip the vines and break himself free. It took allot out of him ripping the vines but he still had enough strength to take down this hornet. Antiko looked at the hornet woman and removed his gas mask from covering his mouth then used his Death Breath.

Antiko picked his gloves up and put one one and laced the other in his pocket then called out, "I don't know who you are or what you just tried doing to me but by the looks of it you were going to eat me, if you want food I can buy you some, I have plenty."

Angella flew out of the way of the death breath and poison and thought out loud "prey wanna fight" she didnt understand a thing this guy said to her though she then pulled out her spear and readied herself to attack she then fired down a stinger and then started to use the hornets dance.

Alex put his sword away and walked to the previously drunk man who looked fine right now. He reached out his hand and smiled "Thanks for the help with that giant oaf, my name is Alex nice to meet you."

Antiko saw Angella fire down a stinger and avoided it using his circus talents, he when he saw her pull out a spear he smiled then he noticed she was waiting for him to attack. Antiko couldn't be bothered with this right now and used his no feeling and death armour technique. As his body was coated with poison and his feeling slipped away he looked up at Angella and used his poison cloud technique. Antiko was watched the cloud rise and smirked at Angella then said to her "You don't seem to understand the fact that I can't be bothered with this fight right now." Antiko placed his hand on the tree he'd been stuck against and forced scorpion venom which would paralyse whoever it touched up the bark of the tree to its branches. which dripped down over himself and Angella, Antiko didn't mind being hit by his own poison and he was immune to it but as for Angella she would be paralysed.

Angella saw all the poison and didnt know what is was she then dived down Antiko and then threw her spear down at him and pulled out her stinger and used it as a dagger as she started to slash as antiko , dodging past the poison cloud to get to him and didnt know he was so skilled she then tried to punch antiko behind the tree.

Antiko caught the handle of the spear as it came down towards him, he coated it in the poison which covered his body then let it impale itself into the ground. Antiko's poison cloud spread throughout the area in a 5 metre radius and anyone within that area would be affected by the poison except Antiko he watched as Angella came at him with her stinger, he saw that she was trying to attack him with her stinger like a dagger. Antiko managed to narrowly avoid the jabs nut he only needed to do it for a little while as his poison cloud would soon be taking effect as he was stood in the middle of the radius of the where the cloud had spread to. Antiko's poison dripped down from the tree's branch. When he felt the presence of Angella behind him he turned to see her throwing a punch at him and decided not to move, he knew that she would suffer much more than he would. Antiko smirked and awaited the impact from the punch.
