Appearance: Hexi has bee antennas coming out from his head and his short-semi-midlong pastel blue colored hair. He has blue eyes that are the color of his hair, a small nose and thin lips. In his back he has a pair of medium sized angel wings. He wears a zero-sleeve t-shirt that is very loose and not sticked to the body. His skin is pink (skin pink). This t-shirt has holes in the back for his wings, the t-shirt is colored white and has some designs in the back and the left side of it. The one in the back is like a curved line that goes all over, making loops, pretty looking figures, etc. The one in the side is like two waves going vertically and intercrossing each other, it has dots and stars. He wears black bermudas and a side pouch, where he keeps some dials. He likes to wear sandals, which are black colored. Hexi doesnt have much of a build, he is skinny and strenght is not his best quality. He wears his guitar in his back.
History: When Hexi was born on the island of Skypiea, his parents didn't have the enough resources to pay his life, even so, they tried and tried to get money, but when Hexi was 1 year old, they decided that the best for him was to live with another family. The island of weatheria, which is an island dedicated to the study of weather and moves around the grandline, was very near skypiea at that time, so they left him on that island when they had the chance. A man in his 60s called Rey from the island of weatheria found him there and decided to take him for him to live as his son.
Rey gave Hexi food, education and all the fun he needed to be a happy boy, and as the island of weatheria is dedicated to studying the weather, he started to do so too. But at the same time, he developed a great liking for music and instruments, so he learnt to play the guitar, a guitar that Rey gave him. Over the years that past, he leart a lot about the weather, he also learned that there was a "blue sea" below them, and that every some time, the island of weatheria went near the real surface of the planed to collect information about the weather down there. He heard stories from other people of Weatheria about the marines, the pirates and the lifes of adventures they had, the world government, and all the things that lived down there. "I want to become a pirate!" Hexi told Rey, and he laughes and told him. "But Pirates only recruit strong people for their crews!". "I am going to be strong! Im going to have a weapon that can control weather!" - Hexi told him, and he started to do his researchs, he combined the two things that he liked the most, the weather and the music, trying to invent melodies that would control weather, but it didnt work. Rey saw that Hexi actually did want to become a pirate, and decided to help him fulfill his dreams.
Rey, using dials and modifying the guitar that he had gifted to his son, created the Weather Guitar, a weapon capable of making small weather phenomenoms hapen, controlled by the dials that were activated and shot their power out of the guitar in form of bubbles. He let Hexi use his melodies that he had invented and taught him how the guitar worked. So Hexi trained more and more through all his adolescence and developed a lot the usage of his special weapon. He could summon thunders, he could shoot thunders, he could summon hail, rain, small tornadoes by mixing air currents and other incredible stuff by playing his music.
Rey and Hexi talked, and decided that the next time weatheria went near the ground to collect information, Hexi would be permitted to go to the world and explore as a pirate. So with all the research they did, the citizens of weatheria programmed going near the ground soon, with Hexi aged 20. Hexi said bye to all his friends and Rey, his father. With his guitar in his back, he stepped on the ground and water, feeling free and decided to explore the world.
Personality: Hexi is a very happy person, as he comes from a sky island, almost everything in the world is new for him and sometimes it is difficult for him to understand the reality. He socializes with almost everyone and is very innocent, but once he knows that someone is bad and wants to hurt his friends, he gives him all he can from his weapon. He likes to make people happy with his music and always tries to understand their problems. For him, everything is normal (or everything is not normal) because he knows too little about this world. He knows a lot about weather and can predict storms, rain, etc.
Hexi is a really simple minded person. He is really easy to manipulate and anyone that is intelligent enough will be able to set his/her ideals inside Hexi's mind. While he belongs to some kind of group, he is really loyal, but if he, for any reason, leaves it he can change of loyalty really fast if he's abandoned. Mostly because of the need to survive, but also could be because he doesnt really tell that much right from wrong, despite knowing what a bad person is, that knowldge is only relative to the allegiance he shares in that moment.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
-Sunlight Bolero. Hexi plays a simple and short bolero that makes the Guitar to shoot hot bubbles into the sky , heating up things, making water evaporate or preventing it from condensating, clearing the sky in a radius of 20 meters for 30 posts after he finishes playing.
-Precipitation Requiem. Hexi plays a simple, sad melody, that activates the guitar so it shoots cold bubbles, then heat bubbles, cold bubbles, heat bubbles, cold, hot, cold, hot, until a big cloud is produced over the area decided.
1. Rain Requiem: He does not play the any additional notes and waits till it condensates and starts raining.
2. Snow/Hail Requiem: After finishing with the normal melody, he plays some additional notes to the melody and the guitar shoots an Ice bubble, which condensates and freezes the water of the cloud, making it snow. If he plays tha additional notes twice, two bubbles are shot instead of one and with more cold, it starts hailing.
-Acid Rain Requiem. Hexi play a melody similar to the now for rain requiem, but this one shoots cool poison bubbles instead of normal ones. When it rains, the rain is acid, and it is extremely irritant to whoever's skin is touched by it.
-Thunder Sonata. Hexi does the same than with the Precipitation Requiem but it is another melody, that shoots two electric bubbles in the end, electrifying the cloud, which when Hexi throws a metal stick in, an electrical discharge falls with the stick, but not only one lightning, there is a rain o thunders until the cloud runs out. The cloud can be done small and concentrated, big and less concentrated, low or high, in front of the guitar or in the sky. Depends where the mouth of the guitar is pointing. (1 post duration).
-Airslaher Song. a fast song of 3 seconds causes heat and cold to come out of the guitar as wind, then with a final blow of wind and a movement of the guitar, the winds collide with each other, causing 3 strong airslashes to be shot from the collision of air in front of Hexi in the direction he sent the last wind blow.
-Bubble Beams.
Acid Bubble Beam: Hexi plays the chord A 3 times very fast and a group of 5-7 poison bubbles are shot very strongly the foe in front of Hexi and his guitar, this acid is very irritating for the skin.
Ice Bubble Beam: Hexi plays the chord C 3 times very fast and a group of 5-7 ice bubbles are shot very strongly to the foe in front of Hexi, when it hits, it freezes the foe in an explosion of icy freezing air. (good if previously cold bubbles have been shot, cause it freezes water near).
Heat Bubble Beam: Hexi plays the chord D 3 times very fast and a group of 5-7 strong and very hot heat bubbles are shot strongly at the foe, if it hits, it burns the foe, trees, wood, etc.
Electric Bubble Beam: Hexi plays the chord B 3 times and very quickly, making a group of 5 very charged electric bubbles to be shot at the foe, electrocuting him or her.
-Mirage Rhapsody: Hexi plays a short melody (that is like the guitar intro of the song Helena by My Chemical Romance) this releases a dense cool bubble. Hexi sticks it to the top of the head of his guitar (the part where the tuning keys are), he uses his guitar to produce cold air that will produce mirages to anyone that sees it, cloaking himself in cold airand refracting light, producing mirages of the size and form that he wants depending on how big is the slash he does with his guitar. All the mirages of Hexi do exactly what Hexi is doing, and their attacks are illusions, so only one of the attacks is real, the other ones dont deal any damage.
-Cyclone Pierce Song. Hexi plays a short song of 15 seconds, the result is heat and cold to be released inside the guitar, with more wind and twisting everything inside, then with a blast of air, everything is pushed out in the form of a narrow horizontal tornadoe.
-Nocturne of Mist. Hexi plays a short, nostalgic-sounding, song. When he finishes playing it lots of cold bubbles that increase the moisture in the lower part of the air in front of him, then he shoots hot bubbles that evaporate the moisture and unleashes a wall of dense mist that blocks sight from anyonein the other side.
-Rainbow Serenade. Hexi plays a song that unleashes a combination of the sunlight bolero and the rain requiem. The gutiar first releases hot bubbles that clear the sky above and then it releases cold bubbles that disperse water dropplets into the air, the light is refracted and it makes a rainbow appear. This will possibly distract foes and other people in the area.
Double Rainbow Serenade: It's a song that causes a similar effect, but unleashes cold bubbles in two directions, at the right and left side of a foe, this with the sunlight causes the refraction to make a double rainbow that will make the foe startle by the sudden colors and be distracted, possibly confused.
- Cloudburst Concerto. Hexi plays a song composed by four different power chords that start to shoot combinations of cold bubbles and warm bubbles, forming clouds around. He forms a number of clouds around himself, as many as he wants. The clouds are small but really heavy and they are back because of the amount of humidity inside them. When he's finished he changes to a different type of power chords (3rds and 4ths) which unleashes electric bubbles to everywhere, charging the black clouds and making them extremely charged. Finally, Hexi takes out the metal pole from inside his guitar, leaves his guitar hanged and quickly flies past the clouds, hitting them with the metal pole and attracting all the electricity to it, as he does this he builds up a deadly voltage in all the clouds and it being attracted by the pole. Then he flies near his opponent/s and as the elctrical discharges follow him, he attempts to make the attacks hit the foes, electrocuting them with a high current voltage.
-Tornado Symphony. This technique takes 3 posts of build up to use. Hexi has composed a song that uses musical scales and combinations with arpeggios that sounds like tragic and strong at the same time. Hexi starts to play it and during the first three two posts, Hexi releases different bubbles of heat and cold that change air pressure and shoots out wind blasts from his guitar flying around in the sky thanks to the use of his wings. In the third posts a change in the scales will finalize the creation of a gigantic tornado that Hexi can control by playing difficult cominbation of greek scales which shoots cold and heat to power up, lesser and change the direction of the tornado. This technique can be used a maximum of once per thread and dures as long as Hexi can keep playing the song without stopping, once he stops shooting heat or cold the tornado will dissipate. (so if someone manages to make him stop playing the tornado will instantly disappear)
Weapons/Items: Weather Guitar. Impact Dials, Fire Dials, Ice Dials, electrical dials, water dials, breath dials, ball dials, axe dials, tone dials, scent dials, (He has plenty of them to spare and uses them in battles, daylife, upgrading his weapon, etc.) metal sticks (for some of his attacks). A metallic pole that can be taken from inside his guitar, it is coated in an insulator material and can be used to attract electic discharges and direct them.
