The Medical Rifle I created uses special bullets that look different from normal bullets, like any different gun, it uses different ammo.

weapon special abilities: The sleepyhead bullets are mid-speed working sedatives that sleep the foe for 15 posts. When the bullet lands and "stabs" the foe, the sedative liquid is automatically inyected in the foes body, starting to make the parts near to where the bullet landed feel numb and finally sleeping the foe down. It takes 5 posts to take effect.
