The Medical Rifle looks like the rifle in the picture, but it has been modified to shoot special bullets, and it has an electrical dial in the final part of the barrel, this can give electrical shots to his special bullets that dont explode with it. The rifle is has parts that are coated in seastone, which allows the user also to cancel out DF powers if in melee fight.
