shigan just makes it so their fingers are super strong and hard, so they can literally puncture most anything with a finger, hence why its called the "finger gun"

no, its a close range attack, "finger gun" is kinda a wierd name for it, since the finger is more of a bullet then a gun, but its not like they detach it and throw it at em... thatd be wierd
