The perfect crew

Now we have some pretty awesome chars around here, but I always wondered if you could design an perfect pirate crew what chars would be it it? Like if you take chars out of individual crews and design a unstoppable crew who would be in it and what positions would be filled? The only I ask is not to have two of ur own chars in one of the slots.

Swordman: A cross between Afro Samurai, Goemon from Lupin III, and Ruroni Kenshin
Sniper: Kevin Rotelno (second best gunner on this site, second to sano)
Navgiator: A GPS Unit named Lauren
Cook/Fighter: Rebecca Kuragin
Doctor: Turk from Scrubs
Shipwright: It's a combination of all the people who manage to rebuild the Leaf Village within a day of each destruction within one person

Marine Edition!

Captain: Jukuri Sangetsan - He can, and will, kill you extraordinarily easily. Besides this, he's extremely nice, laid back, and personable, able to get along with almost everyone all the time.
First Mate: Nishki D. Rock - He's a fucking Admiral, what do you want from me?
Second Mate: Martello Young - Rear Admiral with a SERIOUSLY bad attitude, and with leadership skills enough to quell the riots and spur the troops onto victory if the first two leaders fall.
Swordman: Carlos Vivo - With dual swordsmanship and the ability to disarm any dumbass who chooses to engage him, pretty sure Carlos stays up here... also, he throws your air blades back at you... how's that for being awesome?
Sniper: Quintus Verronus - A damn good sniper with a neat box of tricks (also known as bullets) and a pet rock that turns into a Roc. He's awesome-in-a-can.
Navigator: Enma Zen - Predicts the weather, is a lazy bastard, and has awesome pets. What's not to love?
Cook: Darallan Simon - Anemones for boxing gloves, fishing, presumably good cooking skills with said fish... man's damn interesting, and you better like fish too.
Fighter: Kuchula Bathory - You see her, run the fuck away, concede, whatever you have to do, or else she WILL murder you.
Doctor: Ioric Hieford - Germaphobe, and has a laser implanted in his back, along with an assortment of other goodies to murder people with. Plus he's got disinfectant!
Shipwright: Stephan James Smith - Stephan's the only one on the ship who even has the slightest idea how the SS Rightful Justice even floats, let alone moves. Best run and hide, little kiddies, when Stephan comes out to play with the SS Rightful Justice.
