weapon special abilities: When activated, two bright flares of light shoot out, blinding those within range depending on distance. Those within 20 feet are blinded for two posts; others within sight of the burst are blinded for one turn. If the target has their eyes closed or protected by special eye-wear they will not be effected. Two-turn cool down for ability.
