3 Pirates Meet: The Birth of a Pirate Crew (Serious)

As Thor gave the order to his crew Iken followed behind them since they had a ship better than his to get off the island. However Iken wanted insurance that the marine wouldn't harm them as the left the island. With his right arm Iken threw the bartender over his shoulder. Taking a hostage would surely prevent the marines from attacking them if they did catch up. With Iken's free hand he kept a firm grip on the hilt of his sword just in case something were to happen.

As Iken and Cat made it out of the bar with ease, Iken looked towards the see. In the distance he could see what looked to be a marine vessel, which was a horrible sight for any man with a bounty. If the group didn't hurry to the ship, they would all be killed. Forming a small smile across his face Iken was glad he grabbed a hostage, at least it would provide a bit of safety from their ship being sank at least right away. Still for some reason Iken had a rather bad feeling in the pit of his stomach.

"Ugh shit we need to go fast!" Iken said looking towards the ship.

Emillio was slightly ffended when his special sauce got rejected, but it was nothing that anotehr swig couldn't fix.
Hearing about the grim news of incoming marines made Emillio excited. He felt the rush of being a pirate once again, his guns were tingling with excitement on his belts as he ran after his crew, slightly slower than them thanks to the amount of led and metal he carried on his person. Seeing Iken take the bartender as hostage wasn't something Emillio liked to see and he wanted to get out as a good guy, even tough he was about to be chased by marines. Before he left the door, he threw a bunch of coins into the tip jar on the counter While yelling "Sorry for the glasses" at one of the waitresses, a task that took single seconds with his advanced aiming skills. The tip wasn't huge, but it was enough to pay for the two broken glasses and a few drinks.
He ran after the three guys he just met, this was surely a weird day.

Thor looked at the men following him and smiled, he had a big enough crew already. He then ran at full stride. They finally reached Thor's ship, but the Navy one was getting closer as they got there, which made Thor's heart pound. Even with the four of them there was no way in hell they could take on that many marines at once. Thor then looked at his ship, the ship was a medium size and could accommodate all of them easily enough. Thor jumped onto the ship and yelled to everyone.

"C'mon, we have no time to lose" he said, motioning to them to come and looking at the marine vessal

Iken followed the man to his ship trying to justify kidnapping the man in his head. However Iken couldn't think of any reason how he would be any better than the pirates. For one he was the one that grabbed the man and he was getting odd looks from the foreigner pirate non the less. Slowing his pace as the ship came into view Iken dropped the man. His conscience wouldn't allow him to commit such a horrible crime anymore. With the man off of his shoulder Iken was able to catch up with the group as the captain began to board the ship.

"We better get going soon." Iken almost seemed to order.

Iken jumped onto the plank of the ship that led upwards onto the ship. Looking around Iken could see the ship was nothing impressive, just an average sized medium ship. It was certainly nothing that would outfight nor out run the the marine ship closing in. That reminded Iken, he looked out to the sea to see the marine ship getting closer and closer. The only thing that was going to get them out at this point was luck, with good luck they could sail off before the marines realized they were the pirates.

Cat followed his Captain into his ship, it wasn't anything special.. but it wasn't anything bad either. The ship would be enough to get him to the island he needs to get to. It seemed natural to him, he was actually ecpecting worse off a ship, this one would be more then enough, Cat sat down bellow the Crows nest, it seemed like the Marines were only getting closer to the ship. Cat was relaxing himself, putting his feet crossed while laying down, he didnt care that there were marines close by, he was too lazy to care, at this point if they did catch them they were certainly going to die either way. The marines were too much at this point. Cat didnt notice the marines were slowly turning away, further into the oppositte side of the island, it seemed as though it was the crews lucky day.

Emillio arrived at the ship last, as he was in the worst shape and was carrying a few respective kilograms of lead and metal with him. He climbed aboard while breathing heavily. He wasn't sweating since the heat on this island was nothing compared to the hit of El Espaninto, so he was simply tired.
When he spotted the marine ship, he immediately realized what he should look for. He turned to his new captain and mumbled a few words in spanish before realizing his captain couldn't understand them. "Cannon, do we have a cannon?" He asked between his breaths that were slowing down now thanks to the short rest he got.

Iken's eyes widened as Emilio asked Thor if there was a cannon on the ship. If they started to fire upon the marine ship they would surely parish with out much effort on the marine's part. It would take a ship much larger and with many more cannons to take down even one marine ship. Plus the marines were heading away from them, so shooting at them would only serve as a death sentence. However if they did come across the marines again would it really be a good thing to fight? With no way to win, wouldn't in just be less deadly to give up at that point? Iken shook his head, he simply didn't know at that point. Dying a pointless death would be...well pointless, while they would be taken to the first maybe second level of Impel Down at least. Was Impel Down really the better choice or would the loss of freedom be to much.

"Foreigner, I would hold my fire if I was you. The marines obviously don't know we're pirates yet." Iken warned.

"They don't?" Emillio asked with surprise. He was too winded to notice anything over his need to defend the ship from the marines. He clearly didn't think that firing a cannon can possibly backfire, he just wanted to shooting something at someone as soon as possible.
"Then how can we leave this island without getting spotted by them?" He asked. The truth was, Emillio wasn't the sharpest tack in the hay stack.

Iken looked at the man in utter disbelief, he didn't think someone could be that barbaric. His solution to getting out alive was smash and make yourself look bigger to scare the enemy away. Even when that enemy didn't know they were the enemies at that point. Iken lifted his hand of the hilt of his sword smacking his palm in to his forehead. With this action Iken had completed the legendary face palm.

"Y..yeah...leave the cannons be until they start firing at us fist..." Iken said without even bothering removing his hand from his face.

Thor sighed, the ship wasn't very big, and only had one cannon for some reason, which Thor didn't understand at all. I mean, one cannon was uneven and illogical. I mean, how would only one cannon be useful in a fight? You would have to reajust it every second to....he was getting off topic. Shaking this off he turned to Emilio and sighed again

"One cannon Emilio, but he's right, don't fire unless fired on, also they seem to be losing interest" Said Thor

Iken was relieved that the captain of their crew at least had a bit of common sense. However it seemed the other two were a bit slow when it came to these kind of things. With the marine getting farther off from their location Iken knew this could be their only chance to escape. Running to the helm Iken pulled out the sails which caught the breeze. Turing the wheel Iken steered the ship out towards the ocean. He knew he wasn't the captain and hoped he wasn't over extending his welcome, but they needed to go and Thor was just standing there.

"We're out of here!" Iken exclaimed.

Thor smiled at his crewmates enthusiasm and beamed. He was about to embark on a journey with the rest of his new crew. He was excited to say the least, and he already had a plan of what they would do next. He looked at Iken, the swordsman who had taken the wheel and decided to drive the ship. He then looked at his marksmen Emilio, who was still baffled by Iken's comment, making Thor suspicious about his ability to think. Finally he looked at his first mate, Cat, and walked up to him

"Well, lead the way to this island, we'll get your sword" Said Thor, looking at Cat, smiling.
