3 Pirates Meet: The Birth of a Pirate Crew (Serious)

Cat noticed the mans movement, but before he could counter the man slipped and hit his head, effectively knocking him out. Cat was debating weather to let him on the floor or leave him on a chair... then again he might have money.. no no, Cat wasnt a Smuggler. He took the body and moved it towards the chair, where he laid him down slowly to make sure he wasnt hurt. Cat then turned around to face the man with guns. Cat walked over towards the man that pointed to a wanted poster, Cat had a low knowledge rate and overall street smarts so he didnt realize he was being chalenged to a battle, Cat walked over to Emilio. ".. Nice to meet you.. i guess.." Cat then walked backwards to lay on the closest wall, 7 feet away from the gunner. He watched Ikens body to confirm he was indeed passed out.

A rather load snore came from Iken as he sat in the chair confirming he was asleep. However his body had different ideas it sheathed his sword then went motionless an instant later. It seemed Iken was a sleep walker, or a sleep sheather.....Whatever you call it, he did and with out even having to look. A loud screeching sound was heard as the chair was suddenly push back from Iken standing up.

It appeared the man had awakened, well awakened in one sense of the word. Yes Iken was technically awake, but he wasn't really all there at that point. It was all the booze had drank not all that long ago, it made his face a deep red from his chiny chin chin to his ear lobes. His eyes seemed to sag and he had a stupid tooth grin. The next moment with the same speed he had attacked Thor with in the first place he was now trying to hug the man.

"I...Ii...I loooooveeeeeee yoooouuuuuuuu mnananananaaaaannnnn." Iken said attempting to leap up onto Thor's head and lay down like some type of cat.

Iken landed on Thor's head, making him collapse in a confused manor, and there was now a man sitting on his face. Praying to god the man hadn't eaten anything spicy Thor grinned a bit.

"Hey" he said, laughing a bit "Have a lil' much ta drink have ya?" he asked, alcohal kicking in on himself as well, slowly weathering away any sanity he had, starting with his grammar and reflexes.

Sloppily swinging his head back and forth until it was free from the mans backside, Thor stumbled back to his seat, sliding on the porsylin booth seat and off the other side, crashing to the floor. Getting up, he then realized what the bartender had given him earlier had much more alcohol than any normal drink, of course, the bartender saw a man in a bad mood and tried to cheer him up, not knowing it would affect him like this. Stumbling to his feet Thor giggled.

"Soosap wit you ga's?" he asked, slurring more now

Cat could not believe his captain had gotten into a situation where his sanity has been lost, although this would mean that he was a definite invite to his future parties it would not help the current situation, there were many angry pirates downstairs by the sound of things, one wrong word out of Thor and it might end up as a brawl, it has happened many times while Cat was visiting islands. This time would be the 5th IF it happened once more. He quickly walked towards the back of the captain, and attempted to hit the back of his head with his handle. The impact would only put him uncounscious for a few minutes, but it was better then leaving him as he was. Maybe after he woke up he'd snap out of it. Cat then looked back at the man with the sword, the dark one. It seemed as though he would indeed be helpfull in their cause.. he certainly had the skill for it. Cat left thor on the Chair he was sitting on gently laying his head on teh table, making him look like he was sleeping. Iken in the other hand was sleep walking, "How much trouble could he possibly make while sleep walking? ill leave him walk around the second floor.", he was obviously too Lazy to go and try to do anything and was of course not worried at all that a man sleep walking would cause yet another brawl, since in the other occasions it took a fairly large amount of Liquor and an AWAKE person. It was now a waiting game.

When Iken seen Cat hit his own captain this again threw him into a drunken rage. Hitting nakama was a big no no around Iken just about no matter what the situation was. With rage in his heart and fire in his eyes Iken pulled back his muscle bound arm and threw a powerful punch. The punch had power but no style behind it. No matter the case it would have never hit Cat in a million years unless he actually jumped in front of it. With Iken's punch being a mile away from it's target it hit the bartender with an eye patch over his left eye.

The man flew from his punch rolling down the stairs ass over apple cart. When he hit the base of the stairs he bounced at a weird angle and flew into a group of tables. Sitting at the tables was a rather large group of shift looking individuals. Some looked to be bandits and the others were pirates, the group seemed to be making some sort of plans. That was until they were interrupted by the body of the unconscious bartender slamming right into the middle of the group.

"HA, THAT'LL TEACH YA!" yelled the drunk man.

Iken smiled in satisfaction as though the bartender was his true target all along. He crossed his arms, which seemed to caused his smile to only widen with half drunken satisfaction. Just then the group of bandits and pirates made it to the top of the straits looking for the cause of their disturbance. They numbered about 10 altogether, six pirates and four bandits. The groups attention was immediately drawn to the smiling jackass in the middle of the room.

Now one such as Cat, Xaldin, or Emillio may have tried to sneak out at this point, however there was one problem with that idea. The group of bandits and pirates secondly noticed the group standing around him in shock of the drunken mans actions. Now if Cat's plan to knock out Thor had worked it certainly would have became apparent that it indeed did backfire. Even with Thor awake and fully sober it would have been a two on one fight from the beginning. Normally the smaller group would have gotten their asses kicked with little resistance. Good thing for Iken, Thor, Cat, Emillio, and Xaldin not one person in their group is what your would call normal. Each in their own way was a fighting monster.

"BASTARDS! BRING IT ON!" Yelled Iken in a semi drunken rage pulling out his mighty sword.

Cat watched the drunken man punch the waiter to the ground.. and then roll down the stairs till he hit a few Bandits and pirates. Once he heard some mumbling and the Dunken mans words he new there was going to be a fight. "DAMN IT!! MORE WORK!!" Cat thought that if this man could punch the bartender down a few stairs maybe he could help with the fight as well, Cat Ran towards the Drunk man. "Hey give me your name after this battle, believe it or not i need your help on this.. and i want to thank you properly afterwards." Cat readied his Cutlass as the men grew near, their footsteps growing ever closer towards them. He unshiethed his sword, and prepared to slash the first person that came his way. -this has turned into too much work for someone like me-

Targeting one of the pirates in the middle of the group Iken charged at him. Being so fast the pirate didn't have time to dodge or block the sudden lunged. His reaction even seemed slow to Iken's movements at the time. However to everyone outside of Iken's mind the view of things were much different. Instead of one of the middle pirates Iken had actually charged a bandit on the far left. However despite what Iken though it was still effective, before the man could even draw a weapon Iken was upon him.

"Dark Stab"

With a mighty thrust Iken drove his heavy black blade into the man's stomach. Feeling the sword enter the man's body, Iken twisted the blade while inside him. This did extra damage adding to the initial wound making all the more likely of it being a mortal wound. Pulling out the sword caused the man's wound to spout a bit of blood before it began to come out in a slow but steady stream. Leaping backwards Iken fell on to his butt nearly stabbing himself in the process. Looking at his sword covered in the blood of the man Iken remembered all the fighting and death back when his village got caught up between a war of pirates and marines.

"Huh...I haven't killed since that time.....That time I killed the man because I hated him." Iken said with a sudden sad and drunk hiccup.

Emillio watched the drunken chaos unfold. 'How the hell did I get myself into this mess?' He wondered when the group of bandits showed up. The second floor of a small tavern wasn't the ideal place for Emillio to fight in, for he was a gunner and needed his space. Secondly, the group Emillio was hanging around already caused enough damage to the poor bar that actually served good food and drinks, Emillio didn't want to damage a nice place like this. But action was needed and he couldn't rely on three people to defeat ten pirates without his help.
With a few metal clanks coming from under his poncho, Emillio drew 2 out of his 4 revolvers, one in each hand. The revolvers weren't loaded in the first place, but Emillio, who had what he liked to call Gatillo Loco fever, could reload a revolver in three seconds while using a single hand. The revolvers remained hidden under Emillio's poncho, with only the sound of metals bumping into each other hinting what was under it. And so he waited, trying to fins the best way to overpower the attackers while leaving the bar in one piece. "You guys surrrrrrrrrre know how to throw a fiesta!" Emillio said, making the bandits and pirates twitch with hatred when they noticed his foreign origin.

It was indeed tiring to Cat, he had been dragged into doing actual work in multiple times thanks to this man.. this was not just annoying to Cat now, but personal. Cat moved towards Iken attacking the Bandit beside him, one he was too dazed to have seen. Cat took out his sword and Slashed him moving at a speed equivalent to Ikens. With his perception he saw from the corner of his eye yet another Pirate attempting to attack him from the side, the pirate attempted to plunge his sword down Cats shoulder, cutting it off, but instead Cat ducked just in time for the Pirate to have missed, having seen an opportunity Cat slashed upwards effectively beating him. Including the other pirate that meant Cat had defeated 2 Pirates before they made it up the stairs, having defeated 3 of their men already the bandits and Pirates were starting to move more cautiously at Iken and Cat. The foreigner was talking behind them, he had a bounty and aparently it was for guns, he was waiting for something, while Cat and Iken continued to fight the problem he might be able to help by finding the right oppurtunity.

Cat witnessed the drunk man defeating a pirate quite easily, making Cat think about how useful he might be if he wasnt so drunk. Cat was getting ready for the second wave of pirates, this time they were all going to charge at a time. Cat prepared himself for a very Deadly battle, this was not going to end well. The seven men charged towards Iken and Cat, each swinging their swords rapidly, getting ready to cut anyones heads off. Cat took out his sword and held still, preparing for them in case they got near.

Thor, who had fallen unconscious when Jack hit him, woke up on the second level of the bar confused and hung over, looking around and groaning, Thor sighed and looked at the men eating on the floor

"What....happened?" he asked dazed and yawning, then hearing a commotion near him and ran to it, stumbling and sighing as he reached the place

What were they doing? Fighting these men he didn't even know, he couldn't even tell who was winning, all he knew was that he was going to help. Shooting a blast of energy at one of the men that weren't known to him (one of the bandits) Thor looked at his first mate and groaned in pain

"What in the name of god happened here?" he asked, groaning more

Cat was getting prepared to fight, he noticed a blue energy beam shoot past him only inches away from his face, it hit a bandit and was seen fall backwards into the ground. It seemed obvious what had happened, his captain finally woke up. Cat was relieved, when Cat was asked what had happened he looked right at the drunken man/Iken . "This Guy punched a bartender.. I dont know how he did it but in seconds defying all logic, a Drunk half asleep man managed to make a Brawl happen within Seconds." Cat was suspsised at how quickly this man got them into this situation, there were still 6 pirates charging at them, by this time they were only feet 4 feet away, and still charging. Cat readied himself for a very Bloody fight, many will be wounded he will try for none of them to be him.

"Get ready captain, theres still 6 more coming, you too drunken man." Looking around Cat noticed he was the only sober one in the front lines.. this didn't make him feel any more comfortable.

Thor sighed, shooting another blast at one of the enemies. He wasn't THAT drunk...at least that's what he though. In reality he was still buzzed, but had his senses back. He then looked at Jack, a little off balance but other than that okay. He then looked at everyone else fighting for them and smirked lazily.

"Alright, lets kick some ass" Thor laughed, drawing his Jutte and coating it with energy

Emillio was frustrated. He didn't want to damage the bar, or accidentaly kill any of the diners, but he wanted to fill the pirates' heads with bullets before none of them remained standing. And then, an idea reached his mind and he had the famous 'AHA!' moment.
With a swift move, he picked up two glasses off of a table. He then threw the glasses into the air with elegance, making them travel in an ark, reaching the heart of the group of bandits. It was then time for him to show his skills. He aimed his revolvers into the crowd of attackers, making their barrels show outside of his poncho. "Adios, Muchachos!" He shouted before he fired. The crack of exploding gunpowder echoed around the room as two bullets made their way towards the group. The first one went under one the pirates' armpit when he swung his sword, and the other went next to his neck, making the shots look like they completely missed. But then, a second cracking sound was heard when each bullet pierced a glass he was aimed at, breaking them completely and firing dozens of glass shards around. Brilliantly, the glasses were located in the heart of the group, making the shards run into the bodies of all pirates without damaging any costumer or friend. As the pirates screamed in pain from their new wounds, Emillio grinned, "Bullseye". the pirates weren't killed or knocked out, but they were significantly weakned and were bleeding from various wounds.

As Iken laid on the ground on his back looking up at the ceiling still thinking of everyone he had killed. Just as he was about to sit up one of the pirates attempted to stab him in the chest. However with Iken's level of perception and all the time he had to sober up he was able to see the attack coming. Pulling his sword over his chest Iken put it in front of the pirates attempted stab.

"Cursed Block"

As the man's sword smashed into Iken's, the blade on his sword crinkled from the impact with the far superior blade. The recoil from the block resinated a small shockwave up the foes back causing him to drop it. Thrusting his sword upwards Iken jammed it into the bottom of the mans jaw and up into his brain. Picking up the dropped sword Iken slashed it's own across the face causing him to fall to the ground. As the second pirate grabbed the sword sticking out of the bottom of his jaw Iken grabbed his blade back. With the handle of the sword in his hand Iken ripped the blade from the man's face. Leaving a gaping hole in the man's face Iken let the body hit the floor.

Iken threw the buckled blade onto the ground near the two blood bodies laying at his feet. Spinning his sword Iken turned to the remaining pirates and bandits they totaled in number at three. That was 3/10 of their original force, while 7/10 of it had already been taken out by only four men. What made the situation even worse for them was that their was one other in the group that hadn't even bothered to dirty his weapons. Now the weaker group was undoubtedly the three remaining pirate/bandits.

Cat witnessed the glasses being broken in the middle of the group, although glass normally doesnt shatter in such a way that it hurts the people sorrounding it, the bullets the other man made surprisingly made them Split and aim at different parts of their bodies, although it did injure them none of them were defeated, but their wounds would at least slow them down. Cat took advantage of them stopping and charged at teh group, they were only but a few feet ahead of them. "Quick Slash"He ran 20 mph and swung his sword at one of the 3 remaining ones on the side, the man was too struck by the glass to have noticed Cat next to him. Cat emmediatly swung his sword effectively slicing his chest. One other enemy laid close to the one that was cut next to him, Once he saw his fellow Pirate friend Defeated he swung his sword downwards, Cat not having enough time to counter with an offense was forced to use his sword as a cover, effectively blocking the technique. Cat new that if the other other man turned around and saw Cat he would surely kill him, he immediately used his strength to push the man back by a few feet.

"Strong slash" Cat raised the Sword upwards and swung it down with all his might, effectively slashing the man while strong enough to make him fall to his knees. One more men was left, it seemed simple to kill him while being stunned by the glass, but it was his captains kill, and he had done enough work. Cat walked back behind his captain, and sat down on a chair not to far from him. "I think ive done my amount of work for today, I'm finished with my part."

Thor watched the two swordsman and gunner fight the bandits and laughed. What if they all joined his crew? It would be the best day he had had for awhile now. Thor sighed and then realized he was to take out the remaining men. His legs then began glowing blue as he concentrated energy there, building it up and the men ran at him. Finally having enough, it was time to jump into action. Thor then shot his leg into a sidewards kick, almost like a slashing motion if his leg were a sword. The energy on his leg then shot off in a rankyaku type way at the first man and left a deep gash in his stomach, making him fall back and hit the ground. He then used the leg he had just used to balance as his other leg did what his first had done, taking out another man.

"Konki Konki Slashing Kick!" Thor yelled as he did this, then looked at the men, waiting for a reaction.

Iken now with a skull splitting headache staggered trying to regain his balance after his last attack. Blinking his eyes Iken's vision became clearer only to be blurred once again by the pain from the headache. Putting his hand to his face Iken covered his eye blocking them from the light in the room the best he could. With his free hand, Iken cleaned off the blade on a nearby table cloth before sheathing his mighty black blade. Taking a deep breath to try and shake off the headache Iken looked towards the group of men in the room.

"What now? Does anyone have the money to pay for all of this? I can tell you one thing, I'm sure as hell not. Ah shit if we stay in here any longer I'm sure the marines will show up sooner or later. As for me I'm going to get the hell out of here before they do. Are we going to stay in a group making us one big target or split up and be picked off one by one withe chance of one maybe two escaping" Iken said look at the stairs.

Thor sighed at how pessimistic the man sounded, like there was no hope for survival. He turned to him and grinned, this man obviously didn't know about the fact that Thor had a decent sized ship just waiting to carry them off this rock

"We're not doomed at all" he sniggered "Your friend over here happened to have a boat that can ship us off this rock" he said pointing to himself

"Doomed? No I never said we were doomed, just trying to make the fact that we need to get out of here more apparent. If we don't we'll have to deal with the marines and personally I do not. With this little mess you can be sure someone has sent for them by now. So I believe we should get to your ship and leave this island before the marines decide to get their asses in gear. If they get here before we can escape they'll sink us like rocks." Iken lectured.

Iken seemed to be near or completely sober at this point and was able to think much more clearly. He even seemed a bit taller than before now able to stand up straighter. With his hand never leaving the handle of his blade Iken watched everyone in the room closely. Despite the fact it seemed like he trusted them, Iken knew better. His master was at one time a powerful pirate and told Iken all of the tricks in the books, marine and pirate.

Cat was looking at eh conversation while sitting down, he didnt care if marines came, but he did care if they'd come for HIM in specific. The damage done to the area was severe, the blood spattered throughout the walls were not helping either. This situation no matter how you looked at it involved them going to jail if not paying alot of money, None of which Cat wanted to be a part off.

He looked at the now Sober man, "So does that mean you'll join his crew then? " Cat was not as intelligent as most people in street smarts, which led him to ask the question before leaving with him towards the ship, almost like a child. He was still sitting down, after the Captain would give the word, he would run towards the ship with his Captain leading the way.

"You have a ship mi amigo?!" Emillio asked with excitement before composing himself. "I mean, so you have a ship huh?" He said, this time much more calm and collected, he didn't want to seem desperate. The fact that he could finally cruise with a crew once again was like music to his ears. He took his flask off of his belt buckle and opened the cap. After taking a long sip, Emillio passed the flask to Iken. "Here, this might help ya through the headache" He said, without any scientific proof behind his words. The flask was filled with one of the spiciest tabasco sauces in all of the blues, forcing anyone who wasn't used to eating foods in that spice level to run for water. He figured that in Iken's case, it might get useful.

Cat turned around to see Emilio, the man with a bounty due to his gunner skills, and for a good reason. He managed to hurt a group of Pirates thanks to his quick thinking, it was thanks to his gunner skills that Cat was able to kill 2 extra men very easily. Looking at Emilio Cat couldn't help but wonder how it would be like if he joined their crew, he would be more of an Asset then anything else, his future as a gunner seemed very well. Cat smiled to himself while laying down on the ground, it seemed only natural since he didnt have the energy to stand up without a reason for it. With Emilio on the crew though.. getting the sword would be alot easier.. the sword he would name after he witnessed it with his own eyes.

Looking around the rubble there seemed to be a bartender with a mushi mushi, muttering something. You'd need a perception twice as much as a normal person to see him hiding under the seat, luckily for Cat they were on top of the stairs, still he was hiding pretty well. Hearing int eh conversation was hard with all the commotion so Cat could only hear a few things. ".... GET O-.... TH-.. PIRATES WRECKING THE BA-.. 10 MEN DEAD!!....... MARINES!!" Cat was still unwilling to move. He was simply going to sit until his Captain had told them to leave. (yes he's that lazy)

Iken looked at Emillio as he offered Iken a flask containing some mysterious liquid. Taking a step back Iken didn't know what think at the moment, he didn't know if the man was trying to be nice or poison him. Taking a small smell of the contents of the flask, Iken's nose hairs curled. The liquid smelt like it was some type of powerful acid. Iken then gave the foreigner a "like hell I'm going to drink out of a flask that a dirty pirate just handed me" look. In all honesty Iken wasn't trying to offend the man, he just didn't like nor trust pirates.

"Uh...no.....no...thank you..." Iken said not knowing what else to say.

After turning down Emilio Iken looked toward the bar. There was a noise coming from behind it, with a fix on the noise Iken listened carefully. It sounded like the bartender remaining was on a den den mushi talking to someone. However Iken couldn't tell who at that vary moment, at least not until he heard some specific words. Such words included, pirates, murder, damage, rampage and marine, with that Iken knew exactly what was happening. The cowardly bartender was calling the marines instead of solving his own problems. Iken looked at Thor with a slight bit of panic on his face before yelling out.

"The bastards called the marines, we need to make a run for it!" Iken exclaimed.

Thor watched his new crew converse, they all seemed like fun good people. He smiled and sighed, taking a drink and sitting back until Iken ran back to them with startling news. Marines? how the hell could the get a hold of them so damn quick?? Thor looked at Iken intently then looked at them

"Lets run, my ships at the docks, hurry!" he said, turning around and looking back to see if his crew would do the same.

The bar tender than began yelling at them, which was the least of his worries, his main worry was obvious, marines.

Cat heard his captains order, to leave the bar and escape into the ship. Cat was still gazing around the bar without a worry in the world. It seemed almost unnatural how relaxed he was at that moment, even if he had found out about the Marines after Iken spoke they were coming, he still seemed to not care. Once his captain started running he ran behind him, making sure to stay close, simply following him wherever he was going. Once he started moving he noticed on the Ocean a single ship with the sign of Seaguls as its flag.. the marines were coming. The amount of marines inside would kill them in an instant, they had to flee, quickly, If not NOW. He was trying to hold his swords hilt, Calming him down from the fear of getting killed at a place like this.. wiht no dream.
