History: raymond always expected much from his sons.he always tought they would become good marines,but 2 of them left the house,leaving cast.he intensly trained cast and cast began working under him.but some time ago cast also left for a life of piracy.lately he assembled a small crew to hunt down every pirate they meet or see.thanks to his sons taking a life of piracy he shows no mercy for them.many of his crew mates knew he had some emotion issues as he would get easily mad and crush the ship.years of training in the marine HQ contineud.he already had super human strenght,but he knew his sons had devil fruits so he would not stand a chance like that.he began learning rokoshiki and all kind of destructive moves.he also readed many books concerning devil fruits.he also learned rokoshiki(or however you call that)..now he looks not only for his sons,but also for every pirate with a high name.

Personality: he has very little control over his emotions(and with that i mean he can get mad very quickly).he also is somehow laid back most of the time.Known for getting annoyed if there isn't something to do.likes to have a good fight.he also hates smartasses and people who think they are better then the avarage people..he also get very quickly mad,he could just shoot someone for walking against him. he likes it the most if he is in a quite serounding,and he hates big crowds.he also like cold seroundings,and cant stand hot seroundings.

The Geppo (月歩, Geppō?, literally meaning "Moon Step") allows the users to actually jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual.
