Is it hard to be the head administrator of an rp?

yes, but it helps if the other admins are on as much as you and pull there waight, these admins are very hard to find and most dont take there job seriously if the cheif dosnt take it VERY seriouly the site can and will die, I've seen it. This line of work is demanding but rewarding as well, I dont have much time for RPing and sometimes this feals like work but I wouldent trade it for anything

You've got to have people on your site, otherwise it'll die like mine and buried in an unmarked grave like mine.
I gave up on my site because the admins weren't approving stuff, all they were doing was roleplaying.

I know what you mean.

I ran countless rp's throughout my life. They ran pretty successfully until I had to quit for some reason or another. It was sad cause the other 50 admins(I used to hire ALOT of Admins and Mods) did not work hard to keep them alive and they died.

You also have to know not to over administrate. On my favorite RP creation, there was so much time spent administrating and creating new things that eventually it became overwhelming. No RPing was done because of lack of advertising, the sheer mass information, and having a far far too high standard. You have to find the perfect balance of time, law, and fun.

when choosing a subject it is best to pick one that isnt so poular that you are one of a billion sites but isnt so rare that no one logs on, find a balence!

ah see most of my chars power lies in shikai and above so he needs something to work with in unrealsesed because there is no active ability there ((the zampackto is called Jiten Ruikei and I compleatly filled out the sheet))

Though even a level 4 spell: Hado #4 Byakurai(White Lightning) Can be very strong if used by a strong Shinigami. Moves fired point-blank are obviously stronger. Also most if not all moves generally come with a incantation. It takes considerably longer to say the incantation then to fire the spell then fire it without the incantation. Though when you use the incantation you gain power while losing speed. Without the incantations its vice-versa. Note: Only powerful shinigami can use very high level spells without incantation. At least according to the anime/manga.))

There are 4 Categories for Shinigami:
1)Hakudo - Hand to hand combat abilities
2)Zanjutsu - How good you are with a Zanpaktou and Zanpaktou related abilities
3)Kidou - Obviously Kidou spells
4)Hohou - Footwork/speed moves such as Shunpo(Flash Steps)

well he was a great lutennent but got betrayed and died, ending up as a kid in the human world with no memory of being a shinigami, the as a middleschooler he was able to return to the spirt world and found his zampakto, which triggered his memorys of how to use it, so I dont know if he know how to use anything he knows yet ((allso my excuse for not knowing bleach to well ^_^")) as for the stats hes a kind of "jack of all trades"
