Who here thinks I should start making my own Ramen?

Okay, I know a lot of people thing "Ugh...another wanna be anime freak..."
But Its not so much as I only want to do it because I do love anime/manga..
Its because I have a passion for Cooking in general..
my actual dream, is to move to Florida,Japan, or Europe and open a Ramen, Burger, or Pizza joint..
I could easily pull of making some damn good burgers..
Pizza would be pretty tough..
And Ramen just looks flat out difficult.


Burgers can be easily well seasoned, and cooked medium rare and taste delicious..

Pizza, if I learn how to toss the dough..and make some sweet tasting sauce..I'll be set..

But Ramen...that just looks beyond difficult..

I have to make the broth well seasoned..Pick out the right types of meats FOR the broth..
Cook the noodles to perfection...and find out what flavors I should start out with...

Right now These are the meats I'm going to use:

Beef/Stake
Pork
Chicken
Shrimp
Fish (MAYBE)

we do have a cooking thread... oh well raman could work, let me know if you end up learning that "Raman kenpo"

I want to learn how to cook very tender meat first..then I'm gonna head for the broth...and try with the meat...then I'll add the noodles..

all in that order..
