Appearance: Nicholas has red hair which is spiky and green eyes along with freckles on his face. He also has goggles and a chain on his neck. He wears a feathered hat most of the time. His body is slightly pudgy but he has incredible body balance and speed. He stands at 6'0 and 80 kg. He wears a leather vest with a crest on the front. He also has leather pants as well. He has only a muzzle of facial hair, not too much, just a light beard. He has a Caucasian skin complexion.

History: Born on a distant island, Nicholas is the son of a marine and a librarian. Both his mother and father brought Nicholas up to be a good decent boy. However he had a dangerous love for history and story something his father as a marine while he didn't approve of it allowed it continue for the sake of his sons happiness. Nicholas never got along with other kids. They never made fun or bullied him, but they just didn't talk or play with him too often. Not that he minded. He simply enjoyed reading books and history. However, he also had another gift, something which was forbidden in this world. He could read the poneglyphs. he had deciphered many codes in the local library of the island something which was heavily forbidden.There were inquiries made as to who it would be. His mother knew it was her son, but refused to say out of love for her only son. When his father found out , he immediately knew the implications. He decided the best course of action to take. He told his son to take anything from the house and get out. He told Nicholas to run away and not return no matter what.

Nicholas didn't know how to handle this, he took it as rejection from his family. But he failed to see that his father had protected him by sending him away. He left and found that he had to scrounge for a living, it got worst as his bounty was introduced when the WG found out about his existence. They claimed that he had the power to end the world and that he was a walking weapon waiting to happen. Nicholas bounced about the West Blue for a long time, just really wandering around waiting for a chance to leave. He had trained himself in sword fighting using a book and also got his cross bow which was modified by a tinkerer in town known as Best Rylands who later left. He lived by himself for a very long time, getting his feather hat and cape and his vest. He was waiting , deciding to pursue his dreams in finding the poneglyphs and writing his book. He was waiting for the right sort of rumor or info, to try and find the poneglyph in the west Blue. and only recently he heard a rumor.

Personality:Nicholas loves history, legendary stories, and finding treasure. These are all his hobbies after all. He doesn't have any interest in preserving ruins or such, he instead moves more towards books and texts. His interests are that of the nature of books and texts that matter. He also likes finding treasure , but that is more of a pastime to him. He has no tendency to pay attention to others around him. instead he keeps to himself or the books he has in his possession. He does not trust people easily, especially after the hostility he got for even being alive and also due to his bounty. Not to mention the number of WG agents and marines who had been hunting him since he was a child because of the fact he could read poneglyphs. But even then Nicholas is a thrill seeker and has been known to head into libraries just to steal rare books. He sees no qualms with killing others, especially pirates, but he doesn't like killing marines no matter how much hunt him down, because to him, their existence is a necessary one to protect the masses who can defend themselves. He has respect for marines especially since his father was one. He will easily kill world government agents and doesn't like the World Government at all for that matter. Nicholas doesn't sympathize with revolutionaries and people who claim war against the World Government cause he believes that it ruins the necessary balance of this world and causes hardship for many people elsewhere. He is also a firm believer in retreating when the time calls for it. He very rarely helps people unless his conscience can convince him to.

Special Abilities:Nimble, quick, agile. He has reasonable strength, at least enough to counter other attacks from enemies. He is also very accurate with his cross bow and very fast with his sword. He is also intelligent and catches on to facts and cultures rather quickly due to his studies previously.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
Crossbow
1. Spike shots= a)Fires long spikes from the crossbow aiming at enemies. This is only one at a time
b) changes to barrel mode, and this would be like a machine gun of spikes , there would be many spikes of that sort aimed and fired at the enemy.
2. Dynamite shot = a) Fires a stick of dynamite which lights and explodes on instant contact this is after fired from the crossbow.
b) Uses barrel mode to fire rounds of dynamite sticks causing a higher radius of explosions, however, this would mean accuracy and collateral damage would increase.

3. Glue shot= fires a few capsules of a sort of super glue , cement like liquid which spreads across a small radius or individually. This will make the enemy sticky and unable to move freely and even in some cases unable to move at all if enough glue is on them.

Rapier sword style:
1.La Roulette de diamants= Counter attack where once the enemy charges at you , the user will sidestep, pull his sword upwards , slide it across the breadth of the enemies swords or weapons and slice at the enemies chest. Allowing the user to slip past.

2.As d'or: This is a singular vertical stab aimed at impaling the enemy from close range.

3.ruby implacable : its high speeds counters all at once, the user will slide and cross , with his blade countering like a matador with a bull, but not cutting until the opponent is tired, which is when the user will strike
