Appearance: marcelo has brown hair that(most of the time) stands in all ways.his air (can,when it is not standing all ways) reach till his ears and a little bit over it.his eyes are cobalt blue and looks very tense.his eyebrow's are a little bit frowned.he also has a little scar under his left eye(caused by an accident).his face is smooth and his nose and mouth have a regular size.marcelo is build big for his age since he stands 1.80m.he is semi muscled .marcelo wears a black mafioso suit and wears a brown jacked .
History: marcelo lived with his sitter sister till hi sister was transferred to an marine base.marcelo always was the ace of school and finished high school on his 12th.his father always pushed him,thanks to that he always wanted to become better.he did everything from learning 20 ours a day till training non stop for weeks.marcelo become muscled and intelligent,but he wanted more.he began creating war machines...till one went wrong..his left arm was blown of my an exploding machines.as he lived 2 months without an arm he decided to continue making machines till he made a replacement arm.he created a special technology he made an arm with an self made muscle(or at-least it worked the same)and cloning his skin.after 1 year his arm was complete, although he never used it(NOTE:his arm has no other combat specialty so it should not be placed in the weapon area).
while taking a stroll in the forest(one of the only free time he ever had)he met a penguin.it seemed the penguin had eaten a the karada karada no mi.as marcelo saw the ability he found a good way to use it.marcelo's only friend was the penguin. marcelo also learned him the names and appearances of weapons,so he only needs to say the weapon name and he transforms into it.
after his 14th birthday marcelo was promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade.now he is sailing the seas searching for a marine division(or another marine crew)to join.
Personality: always busy with something.cannot stand quietness.rather protective towards friends(on the moment he has none except his penguin).almost never sleeps so is touchy most of the time.hates being commanded.marcelo likes quite places and dislikes hot places.he also hates big crowds(walking in big crowds).cannot stand it when someone is smarter then him and can stay 3 nights non stop studying because of that.always wants to do something better,so most of the time he says he failed something while he did something good.marcelo believes in negative thinking so he will express himself negative most of the time.
