roel was a dropout from school.In the free time he had on hands he always played with his slingshot sharpening his skills.
On the island roel lived on where much riots against the WG and marines.Most of the time civilians where caught between
crossfire.As child roel once participated in a riot by throwing stones at the marines.He was taken in prison even though he
was still a kid.This create some hatred toward the WG and marines.

Roel was released on his 16th.He returned to what was supposed to be his home,but all he found was a smothering pile of ash.It seemed that during the riots his home was burned.Raged with anger he trained his sharpshooting skills for another 3 years.And after the training he went to see,seeking for revenge on the WG.


Personality: Roel is an rather blunt person.He never really listen's to what other's have to say.
dislikes leader types and always stays in the back.
Roel often jumps quickly to a negative conclusion ignoring any other fact concerning the subject.
He hates slacking and is always trying to be busy with something.
He also hates quite rooms/persons.
He often get's mad for no reason,especially when it concerns the WG.
