The room was quiet overlooking the entire island in the Holy Land. In this place where the Gorosei met. The governments top heads were now sitting in this room. One spoke first "So Unholy has been killed? This is confirmed?" The other member of the Gorosei then spoke "Yes... it is strange.. Unholy who was essentially leading the race for Yonkou , is now dead, while that is a good thing, the balance of power has yet again driven in the favor of pirates.." The other member who was standing by the window then said "You mean Namikaze? Iken was it? He has made bold statements time and time again, he is dangerous , perhaps we should keep a more wary eye on him..." The talk continued as the next man spoke "That might be so, but we are forgetting, Anubis has been moving strangely recently. Ever since taking over Jaya a few days ago, his crew has been moving and restless. Its no small deal that he was Unholy's ally in many ways, they served on the same crew together after all..." The other old man then spoke "You mean Anubis would be taking revenge? Would he risk the balance of the world over something so trivial? It is possible..... he might attack Iken..." The other voice spoke again " At least we caught Maximillion Maimou, that one is another dangerous one, he has peaked all of a sudden, and has connections with Iken and the Yonkou Roberto D Wally..."
"Yes, good thing is, Lucifer is at least healthy enough to return to his post at Impel Down as head warden... the plans are still in place of replacing all bases of importance to the New World, from now onwards, the New World will require alot of attention..... but still in the Grandline, there will be people to watch that are dangerous........"
The other voice which spoke earlier spoke again "At least we have good news , the selection of Namor as shichibukai came at a heavy price, but at least the nobles dont know much about him...." "They have pardoned him for now, Nishki had done some great work at Shabondy, that man is still a loose canon, we will need to keep him in check.... we need him as a admiral, he holds a charismatic role in the current marines system." "This is all fine, but Gael is another one we need to keep track of, his link with Ranyx worries me, i know we have questioned whether the man is still alive, but he knows way too much.... we must make sure he will not do anything that will disturb the balance of this world....." "We havent finished addressing the serious issue yet!! Unholys islands are still there, 8 of them, the taskforce we sent has not responded!!"

A marine officer ran in panting and fell to his knee "GOROSEI!!! GOROSEI !!!, SOMETHING UNPREDICTABLE HAS HAPPENED, WE HAVE REPORTS THAT ANUBIS AND HIS CREW HAVE SPLIT IN TWO, AND ONE HALF HAS SANK THE TASKFORCE WE SENT EARLIER!!!!!"

One of the Gorosei was then gritting his teeth "I knew it, he was going to take the islands.... DAMN HIM!!!" The other Gorosei then commented "We must keep wary, get all survivors to come back, we dont need them all to die, it would be pointless at this point....."

Mustang sat in a marine base, in his quarters reading when he heard a knock at his door. He got up to answer it and saw a lesser marine who handed him a piece of parchment and left. Opening the parchment, he found detailed accounts of the Water 7 war between Unholy and Iken. He read for awhile and then grinned, the evil bastard had finally died. He then kept reading,m but more like skimming little quotes
"managed to find a sacrifice"
"Holy L Black returned to his body"
"Thor Adams sunk a naval ship with"
"War was ended when Nishki stopped a fatal blow to..."
He smiled, knowing his superior had done the job and went back to reading

A world government ship had just pulled up to the holy land of Mariejois. A complete row of knights stood on each side of the docks as extra security measure. Namor appeared out of the ship escorted by several vice admirals unto the docks. Namor was in fact annoyed that he was dragged here. Even more angry that they had all of this security like this could stop him. Namor only wished to get in and get out. He didn't like it here. This was the capital of the world government which he hated beyond alll reason, but this title of shichibukai would prove well for his goals. He walked past the docks in order toward the Gorosei meeting room to accept their offer. "Annocncing the arrival of Namor Oceanus. I repeat Namor Oceanus is now in the harbor!"

A few minutes later...

Namor arrived in the meeting room to see five old geezers sitting in chairs. These five were the Gorosei, rulers of the world!

Chichi was slowly strolling in the docks. The old woman already heard all of the stories about the Unholy war and already managed to forget some of them. She watched as a WG ship brought the newest candidate for the Shichibukai position, Namor Oceanus. 'I can't believe it...' Chichi thought to herself. In her old days, the marines were a force strong enough to stop most pirates if not all of them, but the modern marines seemed to be weak. They needed the help of pirates to do their job for them. 'Pathetic...' She thought.
This thought reminded Chichi of her true reason to arrive at Mariejois, she was about to get transfered. Her days with the pathetic CP9 agents, who didn't even knew basic marine codes, were over before they even begun. With the rushing of forces to the New World, chichi was summoned to Mariejois to make her transfer official. And so, she was waiting for one of the directors to arrive and release her from her current duties. Her back was hurting as she leaned on her old walking stick and her eyes had trouble with the bright sun.

Payne ship pulled up to the docks of Marineford. Thousands of his own division marines where lined up accordingly saluting there returning Captain. Payne flew off the ship and landed on the dock as he began walking down the long wooden dock. Many ships where pulled up to the dock. But not as large as Payne's was. Payne made his way through the town and into Marineford HQ.

"...Hmmm..this sure is boring.."

Soon after his arrival at the meeting room, Namor was blindsided by a tackling hug from the side. "Oooh, oooh! Another Shichibukai! Hi, hi!" The perpetrator of the hug was the other Shichibukai, Gael Iura. Behind him stood two men, Yusuke Rikudou and Micael Gutohan. "Oh, it's such a honor to finally meet you!" He stepped back, before looking Namor up and down. "You really are a fishman! I've never met one before! This is great!" His enthusiasm was wearing Micael's thin patience thinner. "Shut up, Iura. We don't need you making such a fuss right now."

The Gorosei looked to Namor "We are glad you have accepted our offer, but i must ask, WHY ARE THE REST OF YOU HERE??" The Gorosei asked in response to Gael and his groups presence at the meeting hall itself which was sacred to only a few people. The other Gorosei sighed and then turned to Namor "We have called you cause we recognise your potential and your ability.... not to mention your group mates .... however, we must ask you stay out of trouble that might damage our name Mr Namor....."

[[Marineford]]

A blue blaze landed at the top of Marineford. The main Marine HQ. He was greeted by a few officers, but he headed straight for where talitha was.

Namor was completely caught off guard by attack hug by Gael which was a pretty amazing feat because of his shark senses. He felt kinda awkward having another Shichibukai hugging him. Usually they are known to be respect and feared, but to have one embrace him was kinda weird. After Gael revealed that he actually liked fishman, Namor thought that this guy wasn't too bad. He decided to introduce himself "Nice to meet you to. Maybe this meeting won't be so boring after all with another shichibukai here. My name is Namor Oceanus. Give me reguards to Ti'ar. He still owe me a rematch from the calm belt."

Namor then turned toward the Gorosei "If that's the way you feel about it then I want protection for my nakama. I want their bounties rescinded, and I want Bruce's slavery status erased so he can be a free. I will not offer open opposition to the rule of the World Government if you guys given your word that my nakama will be safe even after I'm gone."

Gael grinned and pointed at the floor by the door. A small, tiny vine had creeped its way into the room. "It's kind of hard to make a place I can't get into, sirs." He snapped his fingers, and his two 'bodyguards' crumbled to dust. "I was simply... over enthusiastic to meet someone like Namor." He had never had the chance to meet a fishman on friendly terms before, and it was an honor, in his opinion. He then caught Namor's comment on Ti'ar. "Ahaha, you and I need to have a discussion about him... after the Gorosei finish with you, of course." He touched the vine with his toe, and was sucked into it, moving out of earshot of the Gorosei's meeting room.

The Gorosei grumbled a bit as Gael left the room. One muttering about something. But they returned their attention to Namor solely again. The gorosei pondered "You must realise the seriousness of what you ask us..... this is no small crime your crew mates have committed, however, if you shall remain loyal to the government and instill fear into the pirates of the world and become a weapon for us, we can certainly arrange something like this..... however, beware Namor, should you cross us, we will hunt you to the ends of the earth, and i promise you, it wont be as easy to get away as the last time..... if you understand that, we are willing to meet your demands...."

[[Marineford upon Phoenix squad ship]]
MAry knocked on Talithas door, "REar admiral!! Its me MAry, we have a news update !!!"

Close to a faraway, "wild", island, Grand Line
"Lots of crap seemed to have happened lately ! Unholy's dead, and some other big-time names are around the empty Yonkou spot, "Maximillion" is captured .. still no sight of the Black Cross too. Nishki's getting really busy and epic too, hahahaha !!!" a man's holding the newspaper with his only arm and, after he reads about all that, he tosses it into the sea, and grabs a bottle of sake a marine soldier brought to him. He then looks at the ship's frond "So this was your plan ? Are you sure it will be enough ?" he asks to the man sitting there, who calmly responds "Will be for me, dont care if it will be for you too old man, you just have to try that out."

"Two months should be fine thought .. hopefully it will work just fine. Hm ?" another man is there with them.

What's going on, and what will happen in two months, well, we are to find out when the right time comes.

Talitha groaned in response to the loud knocking. Her hearing was already horribly good as it was, and now she felt like she was hangover as well. Why? She didn't have the time to get drunk yesterday. So unfair. It was like.... like she only got the bad side of this.
Still, and she had to say, this was just so.... so responisible and grown up of her, she opened the door and did not rip Mary's head off right away, but instead asked her what the matter was in a friendly and leader-ish way.
"Mary, what the f*ck? stop shouting, I heard you...."
Had she been shouting? Maybe she hadn't, but Talitha's head hurt so badly every sound turned into a hassle to her. Like throwing matches at a bomb.... Burning ones, of course. Who'd throw non burning matches at a bomb? That'd be freaking stupid.
Talitha leaned against the doorframe. She was fully aware her hair was still a mess, she had been sleeping up until two minutes ago, and did not have the time to groom herself yet.
"Anyway, what do you want?"

Namor just ingored their threat. Wally was also a former Shichibukai, and he managed to become a yonkou. If wally could make so could he. Namor also disliked the way they spoke to him, but this position could greatly assist his crew on their adventures. Namor swallowed his pride and said "Its a deal fine. I'll do whatever you ask."

In Impel Down...

A man with strange yellow and black hair walks at the fourth floor. The man is wearing a pair of glasses and has a long coat, similar to that of the higher ups in the prison. As he walks, he slowly heads towards the office of Lucifer, in order to report to him. As soon as he enters, he says with a normal face "Head-Warden, I have come to report to you... I have been informed that the prisoner we had been waiting for has arrived. Maximillion Maimou is here. Also, I have been called by Mariejois by some Government Agents. They all say that they and the Gorousei are more than happy to see that you are back at your position.". Then, the man raised his glasses to his eyes as they seemed to be falling and they shined for a while, hiding his eyes while he started speaking. He said "Also, I have to report that a number of prisoners has disappeared from all the levels during your absence. Many level one and level two prisoners have disappeared, as well as a few level three, level four and level five. Level six is fine, though. I have started an investigation in order to find out what is going on. Everything will be clear soon. Shall I continue with the investigation?"

"Mary, you have awoken my sleeping beauty, GEHAHAHAHAHAH" It was Nishki standing behind Mary and waving playfully at Talitha as he opened the door. He was back on the ship but he hadn't told anyone yet. Mary was shocked "Admiral!!! you shocked me!!!, ehem.... well i have the papers, i have several things to report. Firstly the Unholy battle in Water 7 has ended, in fact by Admiral Nishki...... Unholy is dead, Maximillion "Mastermind" has been arrested and is en route to Impel Down as we speak. Not to mention there is a new shichibukai named Namor... someone who was thought to be killed at Shabondy by Admiral Nishki himself..... other than that, there is a rumor that Iken is considered strong enough to be a Yonkou..... this would mean his crew is the 3rd yonkou crew on this seas.... that is the report." Nishki wandered into the room and sat on Talithas bed "Hmmmmm, this is a dilemma... anything else Mary?" Mary then cleared her throat and sighed "Martello has destroyed the Great Wall of Terygon and is slaughtering pirates there......" Nishki sighed as he lied down on the bed "Ahhh.. is that so..... oh well..... where is Vincent? Being busy im guessing?" Mary shrugged and then grinned "Ill leave you two for a bit, im off to go inspect the weapon hold" Mary left, closing the door, and Nishki grinned "Hey baby, did you miss me?"

The old Gorosei men the nodded and clapped " We welcome you Captain Namor as the new shichibukai of these seas, you may go along your business as usual, until you are summoned for a meeting or anything along that line, thank you very much, im sure we will become fast allies" The Gorosei had mixed feelings, some smiled , some showed caution and others didnt care.

Level 4 was boiling to most of the prisoners. But on this floor was also the warden of the famed prison Impel Down. In the office of the Head Warden sat the big man who was warden of this prison. But he looked pale and was coughing rapidly. A young man who was wearing tuxedo and a cape which read "Vice Warden" looked slightly alarmed "Sorry Lecter, the old man isnt feeling well.... hes been like this for 2 months... it doesnt look good.... still ill look into the missing prisoners"

"NONSENSE!!!!!" The earth began to shake , as Jack tried to hold on. The big man spoke while coughing "GAh GAH..... YOU THINK I CANT RUN THIS PRISON!!!!?? YOU ARE TWO MILLION YEARS TOO EARLY!!! GURGHHH.... Either way, look into the missing prisoners, and Lecter, take Maximillion whats his name to his cell and i can care less what the GOROSEI have to say , those morons have nothing better to do than sit up there..... Now both of you out of my office, i have to work on these stupid papers....Morons...."

Jack sighed as he walked away "Yes father.... we will do it...." Jack saluted and walked out, he turned to Lecter "Lets go eh? Lots of things to do and what not....."

"We should go, indeed." Lecter said while he moved his glasses to his eyes again with his middle finger and the glasses shined, hiding his eyes once again. Then, he turned his back at Lucifer and said "I guess I will accompany Maimou to his cell... Level 5 is waiting for him..." while walking out of the office. Then, he turned towards Jack and said "Indeed, we have to work. So much work in Impel Down... I can barely take it. It is making me tired. I wish I was as old as Head Warden so that I would retire and live a peaceful life without any of these scums around me. However, there are so many things that need to be done first, that I am forced to stay here... Ah...". Afterwards, he started walking away. He completed while slowly walking "I will be investigating level 5 while I will be brining Maimou there... If that makes you feel any better." and he slowly left away...

[Marineford]

Tero stood on the deck of the Phoenix Squad’s ship, facing the sea. A lot had happened in the world during the past few days and he had been stuck here. At least it hadn’t been entirely boring. He had been trying to learn Rankyaku, but was still unable to do much more then fire off blasts of air. Oh well, at least it proved that he had the strength to do it. He just needed to adjust the way he kicked to make it become a blade.

The large man took a couple of steps back and then jumped forward and kicked, his leg becoming a blur. A blast of wind erupted from around his leg and shot off into the distance. Tero landed lightly on the deck of the ship, panting lightly. That was completely understandable, though. He had been at this for at least the last hour. Mary had been right. It was putting a great strain on his body. Why, in another hour, he might not even be able to stand straight! Shaking his head gravely at the worrisome thought, Tero moved back into his previous stance and prepared himself for his next attempt.

[Undisclosed Location]

”Do you understand, Lily?”

“Yes. I do.”

Lily Hope sat in a darkened room. She held the receiver of a portable Den Den Mushi in one hand. She was dressed in fairly ordinary clothing: a simple t-shirt and some jeans. Her feet were bare and her hair hung loosely behind her. She was sitting on a bed with her legs crossed in front of her.

“We cannot allow the World Government to continue like this,” said the voice of the one on the other end of the phone. “You have to work with Anubis and try and get him to help us. He’s our only safe option. Unholy is dead, Maximillion is in jail, and we can’t be certain that Iken isn’t just some punk kid with a lot of power.”

“I will try, but…” Lily hesitated, biting her lip. “…Jason, I’m scared. You can’t-”

“Don’t call me that,” the voice hissed. “I gave up that name as soon as I took up our boss’s sword, remember? I’m the Black Wolf now!”

“No,” Lily argued. “You might think you are the Black Wolf, but nothing has changed. You are still Jason and you always will be. Don’t try to pretend to be something you are not. And Jason, please…don’t lose yourself in your hatred. I know you are angry, we all are, but the man who killed the Black Wolf was just doing his job! We can’t place blame on anyone except…” There was a click and the line went dead.

Lily sighed and set the receiver back on its snail body. She looked out her only window at the stars in the sky and her eyes began to fill with tears. Why couldn’t things ever be simple? Why couldn’t people just be left alone to live their lives? All these wars, they were just products of greed and stupidity. So many lives lost, and for what?

Namor walked away from the old geezers extremely annoyed. This place represented everything he hated, but it would all be worth it because of his new status. The marines couldn't touch him anymore which means the path toward fishman island would be clear for him. He left out the meeting room and saw Gael waiting for him "You know as a shichibukai you scare me Gael. Its to figure out what are after. I mean what do you get out of this? There must be some reason why you took this position."

Namor kept walking hoping that Gael would follow.

Gael laughed at Namor's comment, before growing some grapes off the side of the castle's wall. "Care for some grapes? They're fresh. They're the seedless kind." He picked a grape and popped it into his mouth, chewing it and swallowing before replying properly to Namor's question. He ran to keep up with Namor, and he smiled. "To be honest, I don't like the World Government that much... I became a Shichibukai to help two friends of mine: Ranyx, so that I could extend crew based protections over him if he ever needed it. The second was... Ti'ar, really. This way, he's not obligated to catch and kill me. Not that he would, or would even be able to, but it's nice that he won't be forced to. Which reminds me." He hurried to stand in front of Namor. "Two things. One, don't be frightened of me. I don't like it. Treat me like a normal person. Everyone should be treated the same, none over the other. Second, I must tell you about Ti'ar: he won't attempt to murder you while you're a Shichibukai, but if you happen to leave the World Government's service, you'll need to be careful. Ti'ar isn't like most people: others would just let the grudge slowly fade: his grudges fester and grow worse. I can't stop him once he's got a grudge, kay? If you happen across Ranyx sometime, then he might be able to stop Ti'ar, but... I can't just say for him to 'forget about it'. Sorry 'bout that, Namor."

When she saw Nishki, a smile automatically appeared on her face. When she listened to the actual report, it darkened her suddenly bright mood again a little and she was reminded that just because nishki had stepped into the room that did not mean everything was suddenly all right. The world was still filled with scum begging to be tidied, they still had the proble of growing piracy on their hands, she still hadn't gotten her hands on Steel Village. The good news was that she could barely feel her head hurt anyore over the pain in her stomach. What the hell?!
She stroleld over to the bed as casually as possible and elt herself fall down on it, sitting beside Nishki. For a moment, she just looked at him, then she punched hi in the shoulder. Why? She didn't know... aybe it was for him suddenly going off like that to defend, oh, her home without her helping, or even asking if she wanted to come? Or maybe it was just a sall punch as a greeting.
"Don't you dare be so smug. Do you have the slightest idea how much I wanted to go with you? You know my family lives on Shabondy Archipelago! I bet you didn't even take the time to visit them!"
When she was done with that little hissing, which had been necessary, she bowed down and kissed hi on the cheek.
"What if something had happened to you? I wouldn't have been there to watch your back..."
She knew how ridiculous that was. She knew how much stronger Nishki most likely was compared to her, and how much higher in rank. But the thought still unsettled her.

Mustang sighed, throwing his book down. He had read this eight fucking times. He decided to get some fresh air, and walked out of his quarters and began ascending the stairs to the deck. As he reached the top, he saw Tero, doing something with kicks, then he remembered

A large man stood next to a child version of Mustang "Do what I told you" the man shouted, slapping Mustang in the face, sending him barreling back. Mustang grimaced, removing himself from a dented wall, wiping blood out of his face. He then got into a stance, and kicked. A blue blast of energy went flying at the man, nearly hitting him. "Haha, you've got it" the man smiled

Of course, he was trying to learn that. Mustang just sat there and watched, slightly wrinkling his nose when the man got anything wrong. His, of course, were powered by wind therefore not technically being "Rankyaku" but he still used the same techniques and movements, just had a helpful power to make leg blades more powerful

[[Marineford, Talithas room]]

Nishki grinned as Talitha hit him. But something was off about Talitha. It seemed like she was glowing. It didnt stop Nishki from enjoying this new glow to her. He dropped to the bed pulling Talitha down. He held her in his arms and whispered in her ears. "I would have taken you with me you know? But... i was called suddenly.. no i didnt visit your family yet, mainly cause you never introduced me.... but now that im admiral, my job comes with perks...... we can play hookie, and go see your family, cause i have been dying to do so........." Nishki was cuddling with Talitha, he loved her so much. Nothing was ever going to change that feeling he had when he was with her. He kissed her softly.

Namor laughed "What kind of relationship do you guys have. A famed pirate, a decorated marine, and a Shichibukai? I'm sorry for treating u different I just can't be too careful. As for Ti'ar let him come. I'm not worried about him. Ti'ar and I got a score to settle."

Namor was outside walking on the docks "Nice to finally met you Gael. I hope that we can team up one day."

Tero didn’t have as much of a ‘sixth sense’ as some people he knew, but he still could figure out when he was being watched. He turned with a sigh and dropped down onto the deck in a sitting position. He may as well take a few moments to rest if he wasn’t going to train.

“So are you going to hide in the shadows all day, or are you going to come out and talk?” Tero asked his silent observer.
