History:
Rain was born in a underwater palace in south blue. There she was reined as a princess, seeing as her parents were royalty. She had everything, loving sisters, loving parents, the top quality items and food. Everything was handed to her on a golden platter. But soon that was all ruined. Pirates invaded their home land and island were they made all their money. Her father was killed and they were about to kill her mother and the rest of the people, when she agreed to work for them. The deal was that she would bring 10000 pirate slaves and their ships, and with them all the gold and treasure. She agreed to it for the sake of her people. Over time she came to give the typical meaning of mermaids we know today. The ones that sing and draw in horny pirates who want some mermaid body. She hower put them in a trance with her beauty and voice. When they got in the water she would stab them and use them as a tool hide her presence on their ship. But soon enough her slave driver just wanted the gold and changed the deal. So from then on she murdered each and ever last of them with her skillful knives and such. Her voice and body put men into a frenzy that allowed her to do what she pleased with them.
She put many men in trances for many years and had been betrayed thousands of times. After her 30th birthday her fish tail split into legs. She could also go back into mermaid form. She managed to walk around on land and also seduce men to follow her out to sea were she would later kill them. She walked through islands killing every rich man she could find to get the money she needed. But during that time she learned a forbidden language. Her forbbiden language gave her control over a wide varity of things as long as she read up on the symbol and spell.
Personality:
Rain loves to sing for people. She takes pride in her voice and her dancing skills in both land and water. She uses her body to her advantage a lot. Shell attract wondering men or women to her and seduce them, but steals anything of value on them. She has an undying love for jewels and gold. She doesn’t give a danm about the stupid paper money, what use is that under water? Although she is nothing you can just harass around and play with to your heart’s content. Shes the one that will kill you if you eve so lay a finger on her. But other than her slight bitchiness she is really nice and mature. Shell save anyone she can as she doesn’t like murdering people.

Mermaid: Unlike other Mermaid and Mermen, she can turn her fish bottom into two beautiful legs that work perfectly on land. And when she is on land her scales turn into a beautiful dress, that is very thin and almost transparent. Her voice is also very hypnotic. When she decicds to fight for real she has insane speed and layers of razor sharp teeth that actually move like a chain saw. Her nails grow long and sharp able to fight against swords. Her tail/legs are strong enough to smash someone through a cement.
Sirène Dague Style: This is a very rare form of style amongst mermaids and usually only used by dark ones who seek revenge on their human husbands. This style is rather dark. It involves some kind of undersea dagger and a lot of stabbing and slicing in a dark manner. Its usually meant to rip out the heart of the man then cut open the gut letting everything free. But with enough skill it can be used in a more dark evil manner to make a kill quick and silent and often painless no matter how deep they cut you. This is allows her to create water blades basicly no matter were she is by taking the water from the and pulling it closer to her with her gills. When its all close enough and is seen as water she can launch it in a blade type manner.
Language Mastery: She his mastered and learned every language out there. If she doesnt know one she will quickly pick up on it. Her mind basicly switches it to her native tongue. She also master a lost mermaid language that allows her to talk to any sea creature and have them basicly obey her. She can do up to the smaller sea kings but can only control one at a time currently. She prefers the giant squid.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
sirènes danse: This attack is basicly only useful when she is underwater. She circles something at high speeds and causes a whirlpool to happen. She can stop then shot herself up and out of the water at a dangerous speed being able to pierce right through a large battle ship no problem. She can repeat that several times in a elegant manner until she feels like stopping, or until the whirlpool wears off which is about 10-20 min.
Concasseur queue: Rain slams her tail or legs into something with great for and with that much force she could send small people flying and make seakings whine in pain. This can be used on both land and sea.
Lance à eau: Rain holds her dagger like a javalin and throws it. Water wraps around the front of the blade acting like a sharper blade than the dagger. It can pass through a tree and even stone no probleme. Underwater its much more deadly as the water basicly swirls around the whole thing pulling anything around it closer.
Maiden détresse: Rain starts to sing and sea creatures answer her call. Usualy only sharks and the more poisonous fish answer he call. But squids, jellyfish and seakings are known to come to help her two as they know their princess needs them. They will attack anyone that she says and defend who ever she says, this works with most aquatic life.
Jab eau: Rain thrusts her dagger in a jab like motion sending large, thin spike of water that act like normal spikes and are sent at a large force. They are larger underwater. And if shot out of water its seen more or less like a giant pillar at first but its about the size of an average sized pirate ship, underwater.
Eau moulinet: She spins one of her dagger and water gathers around it before she flings it. It acts like a saw and and a bomberang. It can simply cut a tree but can also easly go around a bladed weapon such a sword thanks to spinning momentum.
Forage: Rain spins her entire body at a his speed while launching herself down into the water. Her sharp teeth and claws as forward ready to slice anything in her way. She has control of were she goes but the higher she is from her dive the stronger and faster she is. She can also leap out of the water and grab a seagull thats high in the air with enough speed.
Weapons/Items: Ningyo Songu (will gain way later so will make later), 2 normal daggers
