Suzume Suzume no Mii Techniques (WIP)

Technique list name: Suzume Suzume no Mii Techniques
Overview: These techniques are all extensions of the Suzume Suzume no Mii's basic abilities, which mostly involves

Techniques:

Name: "Swarm"
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: Gustav gestures in a general direction with his hand in a lazy manner, while stating the command 'Swarm'. All available hornets will then swarm anything in that area until it's dead. Or until they die, whichever comes first.
Effect: Usually used to scare the living daylights out of people. The hornets can, if enough manage to do so, sting the target to death. This is obviously made easier if the target is allergic to hornets.
Level learned: Zero
Stat Requirements: 10%

Name: "Scout"
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: Gustav designates a general direction for his hornets to scout, and about ten are sent in that direction. He has to say 'Scout' or else they will not move.
Effect: The hornets sent out return in about ten minutes, and if they found something dangerous, they alight on his hand. If not, they simply return to the hive located on his face.
Level learned: Zero
Stat Requirements: 10%

Name: "Return to Me!"
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: Gustav puts both arms forward, as if he was about to hug someone, and yells in a clear voice, 'Return to me!'
Effect: All hornets Gustav possesses fly back to him, ignoring all previous commands he had ever given them. This allows him to prepare for another attack if possible.
Level learned: Zero
Stat Requirements: 10%

Name: "Scatter"
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: Gustav simply yells 'Scatter', and his hornets will spread out into the area around him, almost completely evenly spaced.
Effect: Gustav's hornets become separated and much harder to kill.

Stat Requirements: 10%

Name: "Informant"
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: Gustav will move a hornet onto his finger, and move it close to his face. He whispers 'Informant' at the hornet, and then gives a number of instructions to the hornet, which it follows very well.
Effect: Gustav is able to use his hornets as extremely good scouting and surveillance devices, virtually undetectable and easily replaceable.
Level learned: One
Stat Requirements: 20%

Name: "Come to the Hive!"
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: Gustav throws his arms wide open, and bellows 'Come to the hive' at the top of his lungs.
Effect: Every hornet colony living in the area swarms to meet him, becoming easily available to him to use. If any survive any ensuing battle, they will take up residence in Gustav's body-hive, essentially becoming one with the previous colony.
Level learned: Two
Stat Requirements: 30%

Name: "Fist"
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: Gustav points his arm at a target, and simply mutters 'Fist'.
Effect: A densely packed clump of hornets launches itself out of Gustav's sleeve. The hornets will then, obviously, try to sting their target to death.

Stat Requirements: 20%

Name: Factory of Hornets
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: Inside Gustav's body, he converts nutrients and food into hornets to use for other techniques.
Effect: Gustav can replace hornets with hornets produced by his body.
Level learned: Four
Stat Requirements: 50%

Name: "Blinder"
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: Gustav points at a target, muttering 'Blind them.' A number of Asian giant hornets will try to spray their acid in the target's eyes to blind them almost permanently.
Effect: Distracts opponents or could even blind them permanently.
Level learned: Six
Stat Requirements: 60%

Name: "Small Scouts"
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: Gustav snaps his fingers, and several small hornets appear. He then tells them where to scout out, and he sends them out, and they go there.
Effect: Being extremely tiny, the new hornets are nearly undetectable, allowing them to come and go to nearly anywhere whenever they please.
