History: Jace was born into a family of scholars who lived within the great library where the people there would read and learn. the library took up all the island it was on and more though it was a hard place to find because a constant watch of "librarians", those who had mastered there devil fruit and learned as much as they could, the librarians who have the wind wind fruit or the weather weather fruit are on constant watch to make a boundrie of sea a constant storm.
As jace grew he was tourght to read before he could walk and when he could read and walk but bearly talk his family wanted to teach him the ancient language only spoken within the library. when jace was 10 he could read, write and speak in normal language and ancient language because he was started to learn so early. when Jace got to the age of 12 he was told to read 13 tomes in six months he was then asked after the time a series of questions to tell what fruit would most suit him or if he was worthy of one at all. jace was given the wind wind fruit though most others in his year were given ice ice fruit or fire fire fruit the wind fruit was the rare one of the three though it wasnt as rare as some other fruits.
When jace ate the fruit in front of the council and the great librians. he was taken from his family into a special part of the library with armed guards who have seastone weapons to stop those from rebeling but some also tought the way to control fruits. jace got into fight with other students though they where broken up quickly by the guards. also during those years he found out that sometimes he would go into a subcouncious state when he was without devil fruit he did nothing but when he had devil fruit he used it with rage agaisnt anything and everything and the state got more powerful as he got more control over his devil fruit. when jace was being tought another important lesson was dont rely on the devil fruit for strength train with a weapon he choose shuko because they were small and easy to hide.
when jace was 15 he was realised back into the normal library he resume life with his family studing with his family he started to study medical science which got him money because he was employed but the training circle to help medicate those who hurt themselves or by others because he needed the money and he had no choose.
one day a company of marines came to the library looking for recruits and knowledge and when jace wanted to sign up they hit form not being respectful this enraged him because he could not get of this rock and the marines showed him no respect he entered a subcouncious state and ripped them apart the guards got no where near because he smashed them into a wall. the marines company were just torn apart. he then fell uncouscius when he awoke he was sent away from it with a message never come back and supplies and his personal belongings. he had to get back in no matter what.

Personality: dosnt anger very easily only when he is disrepected or made to think he is small. he is not very easily saddened he can only be saddened really by hatred for intelligence or the mention of family or kicking out of the library. he is very intelligence. he dosnt like to talk to others because he hasnt really like to people he likes to read instead of talk. jace likes to be useful but not to be ordered around because he will rebel agaisnt it on purpose. when he fights he gets a bit cocky.

able to enter a subcouncious state: when he get a spike in a specific emotion he will go into a state which after he will not remember what happened. he becomes mostly immune to pain and his devil fruit attacks will be stronger slightly. enters this state in pure sadness, loss or anger

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
shuko slash- jace flips around the area trying to confuse the opponent then when there guard is down he strikes
methoid of madness- jace makes himself look and act angry but when the opponent trys to attack an open he blocks and slashes the attacking limb.
suedo - wind wisp- only useable on a windy day. he acts like he is making the wind and when he finds an opening to attack he attacks very quickly .
boost the winds- jace can move towards the opponent while boosting the winds and when it is right he can keep it up with little concentration and still fight.
wind step- jace puts lots of wind behind himself making himself run faster giving him the ability to run on walls or jump higher but not fly.
Tornado step- jace does what he does for wind step but after he makes small tornadoes under his feat and around them so when he runs on wood or thin concrete it breaks after a few seconds. it can also be used to improve kicking or glide down slowly.
whip up a storm- jace makes a normal day into a day with a near tornado winds going he can make it go for 4-6 hours (2-3 pages of posts)
wind snap- jace gathers lots of air and wind around his hand and then releases them as a small cannonball or large wind wave at the opponent.
wind cutter- jace send multiple waves of wind at the opponent slowly making them sharper than katanas but when he get distracted he stops.
hurrican grasp- jace makes a hurricane in front of him 50 metres range stopping or grastlicly reducing the speed of the enermys he can then send a large wind wave to pull them towards or away from himself.
Aid of the storm lord - jace starts to attack making it look like he is attacking the air but after a short while very big versions of the attacking limbs strike the opponents or where they are . the limbs are made or tightly compact wind and air to make them almost solid.
Wraith of the storm lord- only useable in subcouncious state: jace creates a massive waves of wind able to topple ships, stun sea kings or obliterate companys(only on npcs)
sonic storm - only useable in subcouncious state and pure hate: jace make a tornado around himself not affecting himself but affecting all around himself friend or foe. destroy homes and forests and deals lots of damage (only for 2 posts)
