Race to Save Clearwater: Path to Impel Down(Open to all marines, and those who have a personal relationship with Clearwater)

Hayden then ran off back to Derge and saw knight as he ran, turning to face the man, then turning invisible thanks to his cloak. He then ran at knight and stabbed at him with his dagger, becoming visable as he did so

Derge Sr. put out his arm for the block, using his right hand he caught Ranyx's foot. The Rejection Fists were able to take in the impact from the kick, stopping it dead in the air. With the foot in hand Derge Sr. spun around and attempted to throw his foe into a building. Upon releasing the man to sending him flying, Derge Sr. used Geppou to get a little higher in the air.

"Rankyaku"

Derge Sr slashed his legs multiple times in a semi quick session to launch six airblades. Using the momentum from the attack Derge Sr. hurtled through the air with a combination of Geppou and Soru to appear in front of the chained captain yet again. With a quick hand movement Derge Sr. grabbed the woman by the seastone cuff that were locked tightly around her wrists. With that he and the woman once again vanished, only to appear 100 or so meters away going towards the ship. Pulling out the key to the cuffs Derge Sr. put it in his mouth and swallowed.

"It's time, FIRE!!" yelled the man.

From with in the ocean a large figure appeared, it made it's way into the market district. Once the giant was close enough anyone on the island could see it was a giant that had been turned into a mechanical nightmare. The giant was turned into a cyborg by the government to be used as a mindless slave. With everyone opposing the Vice Admiral targeted the living machine began to fire.

A barrage of cannonballs came from the monsters finger intended to flatter their targets. The on board computer system made the giant a no-man battle ship allowing it to fire from it's finger cannons at a rate of 30 balls per minuet.

“Ah, that’s not a good thing,” Lily muttered when she saw the result of Derge’s high speed duel with Ranyx and how it left a woman, whom Lily could only assume was Clearwater, open to be snatched away. Lily started after Derge, but that was about the point when the cyborg giant appeared, forcing Lily to flip backwards to avoid its cannon fire. “What a monstrosity,” Lily whispered, more then a little disgusted. “But he’s all mine!” Swinging her arms out to her sides, the glass orb over her head shattered. “Crystal Hail!”

The hundreds of glass shards from the orb turned and launched themselves at the giant, but this was only a distraction intended to hide the true attack. Drawing Raiken, Lily had her broadsword grow from its knife form all the way to its full size. Then she ran forward, flipping over one cannon ball and twirling to the side to avoid another. Lily spun her sword around backwards and dashed forward so quickly that for a moment she seemed to disappear.

“Lightning Javelin!”

Lily slashed with her sword in a wide arc in an attempt to cut through the giant’s right leg as she passed by it.

Alfresco then nodded "Very well my beautiful senorita, you shall follow us and we shall escape with a PASSION, i admire your crewmates PASSION as well!!! COME NOW!!!" Alfresco then saw some girl attack the cyborg and then clapped "HOW EXCELLENT SUCH PASSIONATE MOVES, WHO ARE YOU MY YOUNG SENORITA!!!"

Knight Jr adjusted his scope and was firing long range shots at the Cyborg, really trying to find a weak spot before changing to his armor piercing rounds, he the exclaimed on the Den den mushi "DONT BOTHER ALFRESCO SAN, JUST GET OUT OF THERE?!!"

Ranyx leaped into the air when Derge Sr. used his Rankyaku at him. With a twist of his body, and a well placed use of Tekkai, Ranyx began kicking the giant's cannonballs back at him. With the use of Soru, Ranyx moved quickly to kick a rain of those cannonballs back at the giant. When he ran out of cannonballs to kick back, he used Soru to appear beside Clearwater, grab her, and then use Soru to return to the Anubis Pirates. "Take her and her crewmate and go!" With another use of Soru, Ranyx performed a technique he had never used on another human in his life: he sent a Tekkai Kenpo reinforced kick to Derge Sr.'s groin. Hopefully it would stagger the bastard so Clearwater, Barius, and the division commanders could get away.

Alfresco nodded "Another passionate amigo!!! VAMOS my AMIGOS!!! LET US FLEE WITH PASSION!! Forgive me my senorita" Alfresco picks up Clearwater and runs with her on his shoulder. He keeps running and then looks to Lily Hope "COME SENORITA , yOU TOO MUST COME WITH US PASSIONATELY!!!"

Hayden turned to see Alfresco getting away "You come later, now its time to keep the prisoner from leaving" said Hayden to Knight and then he used his cloak to become invisible ran at Alfresco with his katana out, jumped behind him, and became visible as he stabbed his sword at his back.

Lily sighed, jumped over another cannonball, turned away from the cyborg, and ran after Alfresco. She really did meet some weirdos on the Grand Line. Then, as she was chasing after Alfresco, she saw a man appear behind him and stab at him with a sword. Picking up speed so that she once again was moving as a blur, Lily shot forward past Hayden and deflected his sword upwards with Raiken. Then she turned to face this new opponent, blocking his path with her weapon at the ready.

“Keep going…um…amigo!” said Lily. She really would have to figure out who they all were after the fighting was ended. As she stared defiantly into Hayden’s eyes, it never even occurred to her that she could be killed. “I’ll take out the trash.”

((OOC: Derge Sr. grabbed her...How did you get her free from his grip?))

((You implied you let go. Are you really going to force me to try to break your arms, wrench her free, and then continue to distract you? You shouldn't have been able to grab her in the first place, because if you could grab the cuffs, you could have easily slit her throat. A g'mod for a g'mod, is how I see it.))

Hayden turned to face the women, and took his sword into a attack position Shit! he thought I'm not that great at this stuff and then he ran at her and at the last second, pressed the balls of his feet down on his shoes and then the shoes shot knives out of them, then kicked at her stomach with the front edge of his shoes where the knives where.

((I didn't imply anything at all, you just assumed, and you know what they say about assuming things. In all honesty you did the same in the beginning of the thread if you want to argue that. I did no damage so I fail to see how it's "godmod"...

Lily didn’t notice the blade until it was cutting into her flesh. Instinctively she threw herself backwards and away from her opponent. Lily took a second to glance down at her wound. It hurt, but the cut only went as far as her skin. For the moment she safe, though she would need to get it looked at later.

“You’re certainly the tricky one,” Lily said casually, returning her gaze to her opponent.

Since she had put some distance in between her and Hayden, Lily slammed her sword point first into the ground and produced a glass spear in each hand before throwing them at Hayden shouting, “Crystal Spears!”

Hayden jumped into the air to avoid the glass spears "What the...How is she producing glass from he body??" he said to himself, and then he reached into his pack and grabbed something. It was 2 mini scythes attached by a chain. Hayden then through one at Lily, the chains length increasing as it went and finally reached her abdomin.

Lily whipped her sword out of the ground and deflected the scythe. She then stretched out her free hand and several glass windows close to Hayden shattered.

“Crystal Spires!”

The glass from the windows flew together and began form large spikes underneath where Hayden would fall when gravity took hold of him.

Hayden shot the chain back to its normal length and extended it down. He then spun it around and broke all the glass and covered his face with one of his arms so it wouldn't be hit with glass there. He then landed on broken glass, but since he was wearing boots he wasn't effected. He then activated his cloak and pulled out his seastone dagger, and then ran at her and slashed at her abdomin.

Lily sighed. Maybe she would have to rethink her opinion of this boy. He had good reflexes and those blade shoe things had caught her off guard, but his style of fighting was still straightforward and his attacks almost painfully obvious.

Even now that he had momentarily vanished from sight (she still didn’t have a clue how he was doing that) all he did was come right at her. Lily could tell that much from the sound of his rapidly approaching footsteps and then the dagger, which materialized seemingly out of nowhere to slash at her.

Lily had already prepared herself for an attack, holding her sword in front of her, and she batted the dagger aside with almost contemptuous ease. Then she jumped backwards several feet. A sharp pain in her stomach reminded her of her wound, but she simply shook it off and proceeded to rotate on the spot. She had wasted enough time with this duel without even doing any damage. It was time to deal a devastating, if not finishing, blow. But first, she needed to make some preparations.

“Crystal Storm!”

Glass shards poured from Lily’s free hand as every remaining window in the area shattered and shot towards the young woman. The glass from her earlier attacks flew to Lily as well and joined in the thousands of sparkling shards which now spun around Lily at high speed, protecting her for six feet on all sides.

Lily smirked slightly as she slid into back into position, once again facing in Hayden’s general direction. Just let him try to get close to her now. And even if he didn’t, well…in a few moments it wouldn’t matter anyway.

Blaze decided to ditch Derge Sr. He was not going to fight Ranyx. He was known as the partner of Gael one of the 7 warlords. Blaze knew Gael was a formindable foe. It was best not to anger him. Besides Blaze was not a marine but a bounty hunter and Ranyx was off limits so there was no bounty to collected. Blaze wanted to collect the heads of the anubis commanders.

((Ah screw it, I'm tired of waiting))

The glass shards hit the giant tearing away it's flesh, however that the most damage it did. The steel under it's flesh stopped the shards from damaging anything more. If one could get through the thick steel plating, it would leave the wiring and computer components exposed. The air blade that followed the shards however did do some what more damage. It created a large gash across the steel plating on the giants leg, but nothing all that serious. The bullets from the snipe hit the cyborg doing little to no damage, even armor piercing would have little effect. The cannonball returned by Ranyx put large dents into the giants chest plates causing the systems to shutdown momentarily.

However soon enough the massive machine was back up and running. Seeing that it's bombardment didn't do any good, the cyborg decided to attack a single target to raise it's efficiency. Another bombardment of cannon fire blasted out. All 20 balls speed towards the sniper intended to keep him from firing upon the combatants below. All of the sudden the giants arm unhinged, a massive cannonball flew from the giant sized cannon.

"Seaking Cannon"

The giant cannonball along with 20 smaller versions hurtled through the air. All of the fire power was aimed for one target and one target alone. The computers on board calculated the sniper wouldn't be able to deal with the attacks.

[Derge Sr.]

Derge Sr. was getting overly annoyed with the persistence of Ranyx, he was proving to be more than a simple annoyance. Ranyx was said to be powerful, however Derge Sr. was surprised how accurate the rumors were. At the moment something dawned on the Vice Admiral, Ranyx is was a powerful threat to the government that had knowledge of the void area. He would make a wonderful replacement for Clearwater any day, the centuries old immortal with forbidden knowledge was much more of a prize than a some hot headed girl.

"Tekkai"

Derge Sr. stood his ground, taking the hit to the groin full on in his iron like mode. Despite the tekkai the man's eyes watered and he nearly vomited from the intense sharp pain. Despite all of this Derge Sr. had taken the hit for a reason, he was going to return. Derge Sr. then attempted to grip Ranyx's leg with his thighs like a vice grip. Slamming his gauntlets together Derge Sr. built up energy in both. With Derge Sr.'s potential grip he pulled both of his arms back.

"Ultimate Six King Gun"

Derge Sr. threw his arms forward preforming his ultimate move at Ranyx's chest. He combined 10x's the energy he had gathered in his gauntlets with his ultimate attack to make it all the more effective. The energy enhanced shock waves from point blank would kill any opponents without a doubt. However Derge knew how powerful the man's mastery of the art was. With this fact Derge was positive Ranyx would be able to survive the blast, if not just only.

Ranyx was pretty damn surprised that his kick wasn't more effective... he felt cruel. "Do you do what you do FOR someone? Ever? Is it always for yourself, your own ambitions?" As Derge Sr. caught Ranyx's leg in between his thighs, Ranyx had a fairly good idea of what was coming next. Rokuogan. With one leg immobilized by Derge Sr.'s steel grip... what powerful thighs... Ranyx also physically shook himself, and kicked his other leg out from under him. He tumbled backwards, moving just under the Rokuogan blast, and as he fell, he continued. "Me? I do what I do for someone I love. Can you match up to that resolve? I highly doubt it."

Ranyx braced himself on the ground with both hands, straining himself. With a lot of effort combined and forced into a single movement, Ranyx tried to lift Derge Sr. up with his leg, and throw him either into the ground, head first, or into a building or somesuch.

"SERIOUSLY, HOW THE HELL ARE YOU DOING THAT???" yelled Hayden as she protruded glass from her body once again "ohh" he said, then remembering hearing about some kinda magic fruit, whatever, it didn't matter, he was going to win and that was that. He took his scythe by the middle of the chain and extended it in both directions, he then threw one at her and used to other as defense, swinging it before himself to hopefully deflect a good deal of the glass if she decided to shoot it at him

Lily didn’t even swing her sword to block the oncoming scythe this time. She just held it out and the scythe pinged off of the surface of the blade. She waved her other hand and the glass around her scattered once more. This time it flew around her opponent and quickly surrounded him on all sides. Literally. There was glass behind Hayden, in front of him, on either side of him, directly above him, diagonally from him in every possible direction…and it all just hovered there.

“Please don’t make this any more difficult then it has to be,” Lily said, wincing slightly at the thought of the damage this much glass could do. “I really don’t like killing people.” Then she snapped her fingers. “Crystal Hail!” Over two thousand glass shards rushed towards virtually every part of Hayden’s body all at once.

The glass hit Hayden from all sides as he fell to the floor and lost concessness

((Weeeeell, whether or not he dies is totally up to you. Here, Lily will help out a little. Though I suppose that if he survives he is going to need stitches, big time.))

Lily saw the boy fall…and she blinked in surprise. That was very sudden. Still, it made sense, she supposed. But she couldn’t just leave him there. With a flick of her wrist Lily shot out four spears from the palm of her hand for protection. The spears hovered just above her as she approached her fallen opponent. When she reached his side, Lily looked down at the boy sadly. He was so young to be fighting in battles like this. Her heart ached, but what could she do for him? If she removed the glass he would almost certainly die of blood loss. Actually, stopping his blood loss was about all she could do for him.

Lily quickly removed her jacket, which she had been wearing over her shirt, and she began tearing the jacket into pieces. She removed some of the glass from the boy’s vital points and began stemming the blood flow as best she could. Even as she worked, Lily’s examination continued. Fortunately for Hayden, the shards hadn’t been big enough to puncture his heart or either of his lungs. His brain was also safe from harm, protected as it was by his skull. In fact, none of his bones had been cut. A few had been scratched though. That could heal.

When she was finished, Lily stood back up. She reduced Raiken to its knife form and shoved it back into its sheath. The young woman started to turn away, but then she paused. She looked back at the boy and an idea began to form in the back of her mind.

“You know what?” she said to the unconscious figure. “You can help me out.”

Taking him in her arms, Lily lifted the boy off of the ground carefully so as to not cut herself on the glass. She then walked away, heading for a place where she could still hear fighting going on.

A Man with Dark red Spikey hair and Glowing Black eyes. Appesared on the Scene. "Redirecting Crimson Lazor to Leg boosters..."
"Crimson Speed!" Blastin out A Red Lazor Beam from his Feet The Cyborg Moved with incredible speeding. Weilding A Chainsaw Cleaver he charged after Alfresco.
