Appearance: Leon have a straight black hair, he has a slender average body build and average height. Underneath his white marine coat, Leon wears a black jacket with white fur around the hood. He wears a white t-shirt and black pants. He is often seen wearing a necklace with a black circle at the end. Leon has an upright stature and holds himself with confidence. He usually has a serious face on, but he is easy to laugh and smile. Leon has a single scar across his back going diagonal from his lower back to his mid back. He had gotten the scar from a sword fight. Leon's hair barely covers parts of his eyes. He is also seen at times simply tugging lightly on his necklace. He always carried his sword over his shoulder, he never carried it in his waist or back like any other swordsman.

History: Leon was born in Sabaody Archipelago Grove 3. He lived there with basically no home. He left his home to live on the streets because his parents were heartless and did not care for Leon. Around his teen years, Leon learned to wield a sword in order to protect himself. Ironically, Leon wanted to be the exact opposite of the people around him in Grove 3. He did not like the lawless area and wanted to be able to stop them. He went around the lawless areas of the Groves protecting innocent people. This is when he had the great idea to become a marine. He believed if one day he could become the Fleet Admiral, then changing the lawless Groves.

Before actually joining the Marine force, Leon worked as a blacksmith. He learned to forge swords and other weaponry. The blacksmith who took him in as the only employee there, was actually a swordsman. The blacksmith taught him much about swords and what not, but never taught him how to fight with it. Leon had to keep learning on his own. This father-figure to him believed that weapons were made for protection and didn't think it was right to teach such a young kid how to fight with a sword. One day, he left the old man to become a marine. Leon told the blacksmith that he would return one day as a successful marine and move him out of the lawless zone. Before Leon left, his father-figure gave him his old sword. It wasn't the best sword, but it was still in a very well condition.

Leon went to go train to become a marine and succeeded to become enlisted. He performed various tasks and constantly moved up to the ladder. Finally becoming a regular marine and able to assist the high-ups in controlling the lawless criminals and pirates. He found a devil fruit when he is given task to chased down some lowly pirates in an island in Grand Line. At first he was hesitated to eat the fruit, but with some consult from his superior he eat the fruit in order to make him stronger and reaching his dream.

Personality: Leon is a very big hearted man. He is one that truly understands the meaning of justice and he is willing to put his life on line for this 'justice'. He keeps his own set of morals and follows them no matter what. He is not intrigued by the World Government and he feels at times there are ruthless and unfair. Leon is cheerful and friendly. Leon would go out of his own way on duty, to help out a pirate in need if necessary. But once betrayed there is no forgiveness for him. He will deliver his "justice" no matter what. Leon feels every deed is forgivable except betrayal. Leon stays away from alcohol for it makes him a very rude person and he believes that alcohol will only destroy his body. He is very optimistic about the future and believes that everything in the end will turn out well. Leon is very persistent and will not give up.

Effect: The user can create and Manipulate 4 different types of bubbles, the user can pop the bubbles when ever they want.
Red Bubble: When it pops it is a explosion that is 3 times the size of the original bubble
Blue Bubble: The Bubble cant be popped by physical means only energy will pop it
Green Bubble: This bubble is acidic. the acid cant burn through human flesh only greatly irritate it (vary distracting pain) Cant burn through any thing sronger then copper.
Yellow Bubble: These bubbles are just normal bubbles

- Crimson Firefly: He creates many small red bubbles around his enemy, then explodes them all at once.
- Shield of The Sea: He creates two blue bubble around his person to warded enemy attacks.
- Acid Sword: He creates a green bubble around his sword then slashing at his enemy, sends the green bubble at them.
- Aqua Cage: He trap his enemy in his blue bubble to capture them.
- Rain of Pain: He creates many green bubbles above his enemy then pop them all at once to make an acid rain.
- Justice Wrath: He trap his enemy inside his red bubble, then pop the bubble to explode the enemy inside it.
