History: fysel was as a young kid a genius as tactician.when he became 13 his village got pillaged by some pirates and while pillaging the pirates killed his mother.fysel got a darker look at the world and he began hating pirates.he asked his father to train him(his father was marine).he trained day and night till he became 20 and mastered rokushiki.as he was hired as a world government agent the world government tol him about cp9 and enies lobby.as he heard that he wanted to join cp9 but before he wanted to go to enies lobby he learned some sword fighting and learned some more about pirate behavior.

Personality: a calm man that has a sense for justice.he has a long temper and likes to be in quite areas.he would do much to keep places quite and peaceful.likes fighting but rather avoids fighting head on and rather fight people or by mentally break them or attack from the back.he likes to command people.is gentle toward anyone but pirates.thinks of people who are stupid as inferior(he thinks all pirates are stupid)

1 Geppo (月歩 Geppō?, literally meaning "Moon Step") allows the users to actually jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual.

3 ankyaku "Sen" (嵐脚「線」 Rankyaku "Sen"?, literally meaning "Storm Leg: 'Line'"): Used by Kaku and Nero in a stomping action. The air is blasted straight ahead in a line towards the opponent like a bullet, instead of in a curve as witnessed in the normal version.


5 Tekkai (鉄塊 Tekkai?, literally meaning "Iron Mass") hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks. However, it can be broken by strong enough forces

6 Soru (剃 Soru?, literally meaning "Shave") allows the users to move at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds and with greater power, as being faster than the speed of lightning. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least ten (10) times in a blink of an eye
