Appearance: PUNK is a dark-skinned dark-haired good-built man. He stands at 5 feet high and weights around 95 kilograms with all of his equipment on. He wears a set of long robes that are the classic fashion of the Alabasta desert. He is usually wearing his mask on to keep his face hidden from marines and pirates alike. He wears a cloth cover on top and over his head, covering the back of his neck and a broad hat to shade himself. All of his cloths are colored with different shades of sand and are meant to protect him from the sun in the desert or from whatever danger that lies underground.

History: Hallelujah was born in a village under the Alabasta kingdom. At his time, Hallelujah's village, Hope Village, was terrorized by a unit of Alabasta's kingdom. That unit had a leader who pretended to follow the orders of the king and at the same time demanded that the villagers would pay him so he won't destroy their village and blame it on a desert gang. He was named Hallelujah - Praise god - because of his parent's will to be saved from the unit's leader.
The first breath Hallelujah ever took was the air of the hot desert and he became adept to the life in the desert. He was given a devil at the young age of 5 by his village. The people of his village believed for some reason that he will be the one to save them from their terrible ruler. He never understood that but he loved the powers that were given to him by his devil fruit. He spent most of his life, stealing food and money for his village and defending it from the vicious animals that lurked around the desert. The rumor of Hallelujah, the savior of Hope Village, soon reached the ears of the unit's leader.
The leader tricked the king into believing that Hallelujah was dangerous to the kingdom. The king, in response, ordered a message to be sent to the village. The massage ordered Hallelujah to leave the land of Alabasta or his village will face destruction. Hallelujah, who had nothing in his head except the safety of his village had to accept and left the village to wonder the desert.
After a month of wondering, Hallelujah returned to the village to meet his parents, just for one day. When he got there he had a surprise waiting for him. The unit's leader didn't keep his promise and destroyed the village in fear that more devil fruit users are lurking in it.
Hallelujah was shocked. He couldn't believe that such a thing was possible. That an employee of the king of Alabasta would take action under the king's nose. It was simply unthinkable.
In the years that followed the destruction of his village Hallelujah prepared an army off rebels. He was prepared to take the leader head on. He marched his army into the Royal city of Alabasta and spoke directly to the king's ears. He told the king of his village's destruction and the about the king's own corrupted forces who took the law to their hands. After his speech, Hallelujah killed the unit's leader and all the unit's members who had anything to do with the village's destruction.
A year later Hallelujah left Alabasta with his rebellious army to protect the small villages from corruption. He took a vow to always protect the weak and helpless against the strong and corrupted.

Personality: PUNK hates sailing because he can barely fight while not on solid ground. His behavior is usually humorous and silly as opposed to his careful nature. He has a stupid habit of kissing the ground and crying with joy each time he safely returns from a sail. His greatest weakness, along side his inability to fight off-land is his stomach. He has a soft spot for all spicy foods and salty foods up to the point that he'll be willing to starve for days in order to save enough money for a good bowl of ramen. PUNK will try and satisfy whoever he can however he can whenever he can. Although he doesn't care for either pirates or marines, he has little to no problem cooperating with one to take don the other.

Special Abilities:
Supreme Strategic and Tactical Mind: PUNK is extremely intelligent. Using his devil fruit powers and his arsenal of weapons he is able to trick his opponents into endless traps in order to defeat them.
Sharpshooting: PUNK can use his shotgun-gunblade, Vista, to perform amazing sniper shots. The fact that he is able to wing a fly from hundreds of meters away using a powerful gun like a shotgun proves his high level of marksmanship.
Sense of Vibration: From many years of traveling underground, PUNK developed the ability to sense Vibrations. With this sense he is able to determine the location of objects and targets that are above ground by sensing the vibrations they make as they move.
