Appearance: Long Grey Hair with blue eyes,wears exactly Cloud's most rescent clothes except white with gold vine patterns on the shoulder plate,he is muscular but not tall. His physique is like Zolo's and he has his arms crossed or fists clenched a lot of the time. He weighs 225 lbs. and can lift 350lbs.his clothes get teared, but seem to go back to the way they are all the time.
History: He grew up wealthy, but then his parents were killed by a pissed-off pirate in a bar. That is when he started killing some people he gets mad at. He worked as a shipwright to get money for five years. He became very strong because of that. He used that money to buy a sword and a devil fruit (Shine Shine fruit.) He found the man locked up in Impel Down. He killed him and escaped the prison. He earned a 250,000 beris bounty from that. He earned the rest of his bounty for every live he has taken. He has gotten bored with life and travels around. He will do anything or join anyone for anyhting if they have a good reason. He had his ship made by a man named James "Old Rusty" Hardlock. He joined the steel village pirates, and hopes to be a division leader.
Sosutei recently joined Steel Village on breaking Kenjiro Nakamura free from a prison camp. He fought a powerful devil fruit user. He goes by Ben (teehee.) The navy man ate the paw paw fruit. He was a commodore. Sosutei defeated him and hurried to find Ken. He found Ken and got him medial help. Iken the captain of steel village let Sosutei start his own 6th division. He got a chore boy named Annachie Dawn to join. They are in Water 7 on a vacation. They are setting sail to Scarp island hoping to recruit new people.
Personality: He is short tempered. He is also very stubborn and hates losing. He will accept he is wrong if it is obvious. He finds himself often bored with anyhting. He won't make any friends only "allies" unless he really cares for them. He kills people he is mad at, but doesn't regret or like it. His part-time job of a shipwright made him mad at whoever wastes or destroys ships. He is compassionate for his captain. Kills at want. He recently created a hate for The Navy. His crewmate Dawn is a chore boy. He chose to be it. That made Sosutei sad to see a child voluntarily do labor.
