Appearance: Leroy is 8'8½” tall. He is pale skinned with lean muscles and a dancer’s body. His black hair is long and shiny and is always worn in a pony tail (Often mistaken for a woman). He is a male cross dresser. Leroy wears heavy makeup. He is unshaven and has scruffy goatee (like when it’s growing back but not quite there). His eyes are a very attractive light green. Leroy wears a short sleeved purple balera (tight v neck ballet shirt) with pink tutu, and purple/white Pointe shoes (ballet shoes). Covering is his legs pink and white tights. If he weren’t wearing tights it would show hairy legs.
History: In Kamabakka Kingdom anyone can become two of the requirements are to defeat the current one while she is her top form (not sick or dying) and to truly have the heart of a maiden. Growing up on Morimo Island Leroy greatly admired the Queen how everyone looked up to him. Be a the immature kid he was he would always break into Queens palace and sneak up on her and attack. If she was in decent mood she would pretend to be defeated or fight him on his level. If she was pissed off she udderly defeat him sending him crashing through the palace walls. When he wasn’t after the crown he and the Queen had a great relationship they would often eat dinner together where he would be privallged to great stories and shows (music, dance, ect) Wishing this is where he developed his passion for music and dance and the Queen embraced this idea letting him perform in different event although originally he was no good. The reason he spent so much time with the Queen cause unlike the rest of the Okama on the island he didn’t like men and felt uncomfortable when flirted with or around the others. The Queen noticed him this and questioned why he was after the crown. The crown was more than just a display of strength it was about being comfortable with whom you are. “IF you WANT THIS CROWN YOU HAVE THE HEART OF MAIDEN. If the candies like you use that to spread you message, use it to get them to hear you TO see the real you.” From that point on Leroy became more social, although he still wasn’t attracted to men. It wasn’t till the age of 15 when he saw his first woman who was a pirate. Since then he became infatuated by woman and long for the day where he would get to another. One day after a session with a Newkama Kenpo Grandmaster (he had given up on his childishly attacking the Queen)
“Do you know what makes the queen so strong?”
“YEAH confidence, and the heart of a maiden”
“NO! silly life experience, travel. Out there on that great ocean lies people stronger than the Queen and you don’t fight people stronger than her you will never reach her.”
With mixed emotion he began giving this some thought. While drunk at party at the Queens castle to his utter dismay he had been tricked to going to a room he had never been before. In this room on the mantle was Merodiasuna ono. While Leroy was staring in his drunkenness at the axes beauty, his friend asked if it was hot. Leroy not paying attention answered uh huh while the friend removed his shirt. Leroy not turning asked him to help him with this (referring to the taxing the axe down). The friends grabs him by waist.
“WHAT THE HELL I WAS TALKING ABOUT THE AXE”
“? ? ?? O…. What axe?”
“What Axe!! Up there! WHERES IS YOU SHIRT”
The friend grabs the axe for Leroy and he begins to play it. Sending out a wonder of sound that quiets the party and rids him of drunkenness. The Queen followed by the rest of the parties attendants comes in telling him that not everyone can play it and that he should keep it seeing how it’s been gathering dust for so long. After a few weeks with the axe Leroy is playing and feels like he can finally beat the Queen. So he officially challenges her in front of the kingdom. The Queen notices the change in him but knowing full well what the axe was capable of attributed it the music’s affect and could tell that he did not understand yet what he had. This fight was there longest but this time the Queen was set off in rage at Leroy’s stupidity saying that he had learned nothing at that he had wasted his time telling him those stories. This time ending the fight in a hug (Awaken the maiden). Leroy took this defeat and left the island more out of shame. Leroy had become pretty popular in his adult years and left to many seeing him off and heartfelt goodbyes and butt pinches. But the Queen did not attend feeling that it would help him learn but he was sadder than anyone else and snuck out to see him after him but remained hidden.
Leaving on a small ship he managed to get to Mariejois where he discarded his ship after acceptance into the weaker ocean.

Personality: Highly eccentric and often makes other people around him feel uncomfortable. He growing more comfortable with his sexuality and will flirt with men and woman. But if a man responds out of interest he will quickly exclaim that he is straight, or “I like breast”… Randomly he walks on his hands and therefore will do most things with his legs and feet. He loves to make people smile especially children, encourages them and everyone to express themselves. As he travels he converts

Prance: The user skips around the field at high level speeds. (soru lvl)
Tip-Toe Stance of Blood and Sweat and Tears: Using his leg strength, he is able to sprint up a vertical cliff wall

Eyes on the prize: While engaged in close combat the user will open his hand and move it in different direction to divert the opponents attention while attacker attacks from a different direction. For example I open my right hand and gesture up. The opponents eyes would naturally follow my hand. I would follow up with a uppercut . (Unless the opponent is blind or has fought me before this attack will deceive you.

Grand Whipping: I Reminisce of Summer Days: The user will spin very fast on their hands or legs building up massive amounts of momentum then will kick, punch, or slap opponent. (Easy to dodge. If the opponent is not ridicules stronger than the user this attack is fight finisher.)
Dance of deception: All the users’ kicks and punches are slow and weak at first. The user will gradually slip in fast and strong attack. But will quickly follow up with slow and weak attacks.

I Reminisce of Winter Nights: leaps into the air and begins to perform several somersaults in mid-air. After spinning enough times, Bon Kurei descends at a 45 degree angle and delivers a piercing kick strengthened by the momentum of the spins.

Chop Top: Spinning in ballet fashion the user will extend his arms horizontal while holding his axe he will move in the direction of his opponent with great speed. This attack will cut up the opponent(s)
Pucker up: A technique in which user can repel projectiles aimed at him with a blast of air pressure created merely by doing a kiss to the air. It is a powerful close combat attack, similar to a punch, or a long-range attack. (Instead of death wink)
Whiplashing Feet): lunges forward and does a backwards somersault in midair, to land a powerful kick on the opponent's head.

Nekama Kenpo
Dream-Strike-Condemn-Reverse Fist literally Waxing Fist: stabs his hands rapidly at his opponent with his superhuman strength.

Is it Hot in hear?: The user will either slowly or obliviously 1 or more articles of clothes. This move is designed to make the opponent distracted by making them uncomfortable or if there into guys distract them through perversion. Alternate version: Can you help me?: User will bend over and tell the opponent they need help reaching something.

Awakening of the Maiden: by starting off with a pair of feinting thrusts before grabbing opponent in an embrace before pulling him into a stance reminiscent of a waltz, and then throwing him up into the air before catching him there. All the while he debates with himself over whether or not he's actually an okama or not, User spins around twice, and the end result is that Sanji has somehow become an okama. However, just before this happens, Sanji says that he thinks he's losing himself, implying this technique is more then what it seems and is possibly a form of hypnotism
