History: He grew up somewhere in Jaya. He made weapons and armor for pirates. He also fixed and modified boats and ships. He says there is nothing he can't fix. He left on his own little motorboat and met up with the Demon Eye Pirates. He was so amazed by them he decided to join their crew. The reason he wants to accomplish his goal is because he has grown very poor and couldn't travel that much. James dad is a pirate. His mom was not employed. He made most of the money for his mom and him.

Personality: Nice and calm, he is always curious and is never negative. They call him Old Rusty because hes always in pain from his work. He is addicted to smoking. He is very confident in his work and loves to do it. When, he uses drill savage. He goes crazy and his personality changes from nice guy to you die now!!!!! He likes the crew, but dislikes the fact that they're taking down the government. He'll do it anyway.
