Serious: The Fishuman Pirates; Chapter 1: Friends (Open to the Fishuman Pirates)

After thinking of what he wanted in this world, Maletrix Steller, the flying fish fishman decided to start traveling around the world to prove his ideals in the whole world. With a small ship that he got repaired, the man was now heading to nowhere with only purpose to find people to recruit for his crew, people who shared the same ideas as he did and people on which he could rely on. He was traveling around the sea alone for around five days, only accompanied by a bunch of seagulls. He was talking to them, even if he could not understand what they were saying. He was speaking to them about his unique ideals but they probably ignored him... Seagulls were animals after all...

Some time later, the fishman had finally arrived on an island. There did not seem to be many people on the place... There was probably only a village on it... After taking a short stroll on the village, the fishman decided to take a look at the whole island. He wanted to see what kinds of animals lived on the island, as well as see what kind of trees grew.

About an hour later, the man had seen the whole island. It was very small, after all. However, he started feeling drowsy... Hopefully, there was a cave around him. He said "I guess I would better sleep before I leave..." and he headed towards the cave in order to sleep... But little did he know that there was somebody in the cave...

Shenthay had been in the cave for over a week now since he had ran away and gotten here he was still shaken and scared for his life that the marine would come after him to kill him. Shenthay had eaten fish and what else he could find that was edible and drank from a river in the cave because of this shenshay was almost starved and was never getting near enough food.when he heard someone coming through the halls he thought that the marines were coming. so he tried to crawl his way to the river as he did he crawled he didnt notice a large stone so his hands didnt fell it but it made a large slash along his tail the blood started to flow he couldnt quite make it to the river before he got to weak he thought he was screwed .he started to cry through the pain.

The flying fish fishman yawned and moved his arms behind his back as he walked. He closed his eyes in order to sleep and relax himself. However, before he sit on the ground he listened to something. It was something like a slash. He started moving towards the place where the sound came from and he was surprised to see that a merman was lying on the ground with his tail completely covered in blood because he was cut by the big rock. The fishman said "What the?!" as he looked at him. Obviously, he was surprised to see that a merman was at the small island but most importantly he was worried because of his current condition. With blood flowing out of his tail, his health could be in danger. The fishman had to do something to help him. He asked "Do you need some help, bro?"

shenshay turned his head and looked around which didnt work because he is blind he started to move his hands around and his chains court on a rock so his arm were trapped he tried to find where he was exactly and who this person was when he heard the voice he said "please help me , please dont kill me please" he said as he cried. as the blood continued to flow it caused more pain and he was in serious need of help. the blood was flowing into the river and turinging it red slowly. shenthay needed this person to help from his injuries, starvation and his arms were trapped.

"Huh? Why would I ever kill you?" were the fishman's words to the merman who was lying on the ground, tied up with all these chains and with his tail damaged. He said "I will take you to the village. There must be a doctor there. Don't worry.". Then, he quickly moved his right hand to Shensay's back and tried to take off the chains from the merman's body. Afterwards, he threw them in the river. The wonds, though probably needed to get treated. Maletrix thought "I have to hurry!". Afterwards, he moved the merman on his back. He said "Hold on tight, bro!" as he gave force to his legs and jumped upwards. As a flying fishman, he had a benefit which other people did not have. He could glide through the air like he was flying. As soon as he was on the air he opened his hands and started moving towards the village quickly. The merman seemed to be in trouble and he wanted to help him at all costs.

"what you would actually help me ?" as the chain were removed the skin was torn of and he let out a scream of agony he was then picked up and was greatful to this man he was slowly lossing conciousness and was worried about going to the town "what im going to leave my cave?" he then asked "who and what are you? he couldnt see to tell and he had almost forgot to ask

"Huh? What do you mean? You need help. A doctor has to take care of your wounds! You are very injured!" were the fishman's words to the merman. He wanted to help him. Maletrix could not stand seeing people who were in such a condition. Shensay's life was in danger and if he did not help him, he would regret it for his whole life. Then, as soon as he listened to the other questions, he said "My name is Maletrix... I am a flying fish fishman. As for leaving from your cave... It seems to be very lonely there. How did you live there?". The fishman had many questions as well. He hoped he would get an answer...

"no one has ever helped me all the people i can remember have hurt and used me" as he continued to listen as this was a fishman he said to the other question"i survived on what i could find and the river of water to drink from" he didnt say he was on the brink of starvation he then heard the lots of noises of the town and told maletrix "i was hiding because the marines are going to chase me down and kill me" he hoped he wouldnt fall unconcious.

"Now that you mention it... you look hungry!" were the first words of the fishman to the merman. The fishman was said to see that the merman was in such a bad condition. However, when he listened to the reason why he was hiding he started getting mad. He could not understand why the marines would chase the merman... Marines were supposedly working for good after all and they should not chase people to kill them. Without wanting to offend Shensay, Maletrix said before finally landing on the ground "Relax... I am here now. I will protect you from these marines if something happens. But what happened to you? Why would they want to kill you?"

before shenshay lost most counciousness he did not know how long it would untill he did though it would be a short time he said"when is was ten someone i cant remember who kidnapped me and sold me to a marine captain as a slave i worked for him for five years he tortured and caused me emmense agony a couple of years ago i fell into a barrel of gunpowder and lots got into my eyes and i went blind and my chains were used to drag me around the ship to where i needed to work.they want to kill me because i ran away from the ship and hid in that cave"

"Damn it! That merman is in trouble!" were the fishman's words as soon as he saw the merman passing out due to the blood loss. He took a deep breath and started running while carrying him on his back. He said "Please! Somebody! Help!". A couple of people who happened to be around were surprised to see the fishman with the merman. Hopefully, one of them was a doctor and he treated Shensay's wounds so that they would close and he would not be losing any more blood. The merman was now safe...

Hector had just arrived at the island in hopes of finding a blacksmith of sorts. He was ashamed, no, downright humilitated by the fact that he'd need the help of a human to fix it most likely, as this island seemed to be populated by humans.... But he had to have it fixed, how else would he kill his pray? Sure, he could always just do it the oldfashioned way and bite it to death, but the thought alone made his teeth feel dirty... And strangling was so troublesome. So, fixing the claw it was.
He had been watching the humans from a save distance, a grim expression on his face. Inferior beings! Look at how they run about to make their living! And how undeniably interesting they behaved. Just like merfolk, yet so very different. Ah, it was gr... a disgrace.
Again, Hector found himself starting arguments in his own head. He sighed. Hopefully there wouldn't be any girls on this island as well, he didn't want to go through the whole "Yeah, I don't care about you at all, lower creature." thing again. Not that it was hard for him or anything!
Thankfully, something jerked him out of his thoughts violently.
"Please! Somebody! Help!"
Someone shouted from the island. Hector found himself turning his head, something which he immeadeatly disapproved of as it was done. He didn't care about what was going on or if those humans were in trouble at all!
He felt a slight disappointment as he saw it was a fishman who had called out for help. Man. Normally it was girls who cried out for herlp in terror... Then again, a girl with that voice... most likely not. Not like he cared who he was, damn it!
Wait, was he carrying something? Hector narrowed his eyes. It looked like... a mermaid.... or man, it was hard to make out from where he was. He or she seemed to be hurt, judging from the amount of blood he or she was losing...
"Tch. Pathetic. What a joke."
He turned away from the island. He'd just have to find another one to fix his claw on. Getting help from humans... What a joke of a fishman.
That was the last heard of him before he dived headfirst into the sea. Next island it was. This thing was making him sick.

Seeing that the merman was finally okay, the fishman decided to take his leave from the island. After he bought some supplies and organized his stuff, he headed towards the ship after waving goodbye to the merman. He would continue with his journey to find some people to recruit. He waved goodbye to the merman and he finally left from the island...
