History: Ruth was raised as a slave. Her father and mother were broke and owned depts to a lot of people. The only way they could pay before the loan sharks came is they sold their daughter at the auction house. A noble was there and brought her for nearly 50,000,000 beli. Ruth's parents had more than enough money to settle their depts, but they lost their daughter forever. Ruth grew up as Saint Nicholas's slave cleaning and cooking around the household. When she was sixteen Ruth was then forced to marry Saint Nicholas as his sixth wife. Ruth grew up hating the world government and all that is stood for. She swore that if she ever escaped from her prison that she get her revenge from the world government. Ruth began by sneaking into the libary and educating herself. She wasn't going to make it far without knowledge. Ruth especially paid attention to books of chemistry and biology. Ruth became smart gaining the intelligence of a scholar, despite being a slave. She soon began thinking of plan to escape. After fourteen years, Ruth was finally able to make dreams come true. She first created an acid that ate away her collar the restricted her movements. Then Ruth killed Saint Nicholas stuff the vile of acid down his throat. She urged the other slaves to escape with her. The marines that guarded Nicholas's estate soon were ambushed by the hundreds of freed slaves. Ruth secretly escaped past the riot and ran toward freedom. She stole a marine sailing away. At first Ruth wanted a normal life with a family, but the muder of a world noble had caused her to have a high bounty. No one wanted to take her in or help her. Those that did only wanted to gain her trust long enough to turn her in to the marines. Ruth then deciated the rest of her life destorying the marines. She would mix explosive powders making her own brand of fireworks based weapons. Ruth was also skilled of making bombs and explosives. Ruth would blow up marine bases from the inside disguised as marine officers, assassinate kings who had allied their countries with the world government, and anything that would otherwise hurt the world government. Now the world government sees her as a threat that needs to be eliminate. They had sent admirals and cp agents to kill her. The only way she had mangaged to stay alive is that she always was two steps ahead of her enemies.
Personality: Ruth is a smart manipulative woman. She spent years using people to gain her own goals to the point where it became part of her personality. She has a seducing firting attitude to men with power much a like a gold digger. This love for power has made her go through men like a mermaid in water. She never says with one mate for long. Ruth is also very resouceful.
