Kiyoshi stands at 5'11", he wears a pair of loose gray pants with holsters attached to the side of each leg. Kiyoshi wears a sleeveless black shirt with a long white coat with "Justice" written on the back of it and has a white scarf wrapped around his neck that has both ends flowing behind him. Kiyoshi keeps his arms out of the sleeves of his white coat and has bandage tape wrapped from his forearms to his hands. Kiyoshi also wears a belt that goes across his waist and has two thin straps going across his chest and back diagonally, Kiyoshi uses a couple clips to keep a pouch connected to his belt.

History: Kiyoshi lived with his brother on an island in South Blue after his parents had died. Kenji kept Kiyoshi safe and they played everyday, most of the time when they played it ended up in a fight. These fights continued and they both found them fun and kept doing it along with exercises like running around the island. One day when Kiyoshi was eight he was told to hide in their favorite playing spot by his brother. Kiyoshi was worried as to why his brother told him to hide, Kiyoshi then heard screaming and the harsh laughter of blood thirsty men. Nothing but gunshots and swords clashing Kiyoshi gripped his ears trying to pretend he wasn't hearing any of this until he was grabbed from the small cave he was hiding in and threw onto the ground surrounded by pirates. The next thing he knew the large pirates had fallen over and there were three marines behind the fallen bodies with blood covered knives in their hands. At this point Kiyoshi started crawling backwards until one of the three marines, a woman, came over to him and calmed him down. As the other two marines left to help the rest of town the woman talked to Kiyoshi and Kiyoshi promised to grow strong so he could protect her next time.
Kiyoshi and Kenji kept their meetings with the separate marine employees a secret and trained harder than ever for the next 6 years. The day had come where Kenji was leaving to go to the Marines and he told Kiyoshi to become stronger and join one day as well. As promised Kiyoshi continued to train everyday for the next two years before he left as well to join the marines. He was put into training camp and on a ship pretty fast. In a year of joining the Marines he had become a two sword style Ensign. Kiyoshi left the small crew he was in to find both his brother for he knew he would be in the same crew as the woman he promised to protect.

Personality: Kiyoshi is generally a calm and collected person but like most teenagers he can get obnoxious and get overconfident in his own abilities. Kiyoshi tries to think things through when he is in battle. Kiyoshi overall is a good guy who can talk big but not always give the results he talks about.

Learned Techniques:

2 Sword Technique: Kiyoshi has mastered the ability to use two swords efficiently in battle.

Soru: The principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least ten (10) times in a blink of an eye. Kiyoshi has just recently mastered this to where he can also make zigzagging motions in midair.

Scissor Slice: Kiyoshi slashes his swords horizontally from different sides to either cut an opponent in between his blades or send a wave of compressed sharp air at his opponent.

Speed Slash: Kiyoshi uses Soru to go as fast as he can and uses both sword going in the same direction to cut at the vulnerable spots on his opponents body.

Speed Stab: Kiyoshi while using Soru runs up to his opponents being front or back and stabs his swords straight into his opponents body as fast as he can continuing this treatment until his opponent is on the ground or has stopped Kiyoshi.
