Appearance: keel stands a tall 7 ft and wears a long black robe with a hood, matching black sweatpants, dark sandals, and a skeltal mask that covers the top have of his face. though it is not seen he has blue eyes and flat brown hair. his trademark item witch never gets very far from is his scyth deaths blood. on accasions he will often stab a wall with his scyth to create a makeshift seat.

History: as a child he never had many freinds. this was becuase he favored leaving others in the dirt and take advantage of them. when he was six the marines had come to his village and protected it from a pirate attack. around his tenth birthday keel's father had decided to go out as archeologist and on ocasions took his son out with him on expoditions. a few of these expoditions included exploring some newfound ruins in arabasta, discovering more about the void century, and once even , though failing, trying to find one piece.

years later when keel was 15 his father had died on his last trip and his mother, though he didnt discover this, was killed by a bounty hunter beliving she was working with a infomus pirate captin. after being escorted home from the trip his father had died on by his familys closest friend and discovering his mothers death he swore to become strong. amazed by boys will to avenge his parents the bounty hunter (while not telling him who killed his mother) took keel in and trained him in the ways of rokushiki. for the next 6 years of his life keel trained to avenge his parents and kill all the pirates in the world in the name of the world goverment. when he was 21 James had learned 4 of the rokushiki and was able to kill a hevaly armed man faster then his teacher could.

that year he went on his first hunt to shocking results being able to bring back the mans head before the week was out. still being a rookie keel had ease taking out many of the pirates that were assigned to him. for another 3 years a cycle had had appeared, he would train every other week, spend 1-2 weeks hunting a rookie pirate, then repeating the process. the ease of his life had givin him an almost permenent smile and had taken any and all doubt from his mind. then, during his first serious run to take out a man with over a 1,000,000 bounty. the man he killed that day had carried the vicious scyth "Deaths blood". taking it as a trophy keel proceeded to use it in all hunts he went on since.

on a recent hunt for a man named vlad he was led to the island of turfnus. upon seeing the island overrun with zombies instead of vlad he effortlessly took out a small quantity of them and a few leaders. upon finishing two zombie children he made an assationation attempt on one of the pirates in the fray veronica, only to be foiled by her brother dart D. black. changing his target to dart and an undead vice-admiral muziki. this 3 way quickly turned into a 1-1 when dart fled the scene to protect innocents from remaining zombies.

in his furious battle with muziki keel was put through the 6 trails of the kings. used first by muziki to dodge a hit from keels scyth (trail1, object replacement) then using the second trial (hells fury) to fire a birrage of shockwaves at keel. surviving this by using tekkai keel retaliated with arashi yaiba, storm. the third trial (crabman) allowed his enemy muziki to dodge and attack keel, who dodged and retaliated yet again. pushing on to the fourth trial (blade dance) to swarm keel with attacks similar to rankyaku. strugiling on muziki pulled out an amazing blast of power (trail 5 demi god blast) that obliterated the city. keel barly dodged this by copying the crabman technuiqe and using tekkai. as both fighters on the brink the final trial (OMEGA STYLE) increased muziki's muscle mass to the limit. but in the end keel walked away, bruised bloodied up and on the verge of death.

in the salamanthia war keel joined the giant unholy and betrayed the goverment. indstead going into work with the unholy pirates. with them keel sailed to an island full of casinos. easily taking out most of the guards and owners keel set off yet again insearch of challanges and killing.

later he went to war with the rest of the unholy kingdom against the steel village. though he made many death threats he did little more than slaugther people of the island and set the city on fire. though he got a chance to fight with steel pirate member myra he waisted it to his own dismay for a chance to kill unholy. unable to make it on time he missed his chance and unholy (who had switched bodys with his son) was dispelled form holys body. unhgappy for his lack of (GOOD)fighting he joined derge when he was told that he would be able to kill in the name of the government.


personality: keel takes great joy in killing or inflicting pain on any other living thing. whenever he is given a job he will often accept the job unless he maynot kill the target. keel will often kills innocents during his free time if bored. keel most hated quality is he never takes any fight seriously and always has a smile on his face. becuase of being orfened he has a sour approach to even the word parents

Learned Techniques
rokushiki: shigan, soru, tekkai, and geppou.
Death's grasp: keel attempts to grab and tear an opponents arm from thier body.
arashi yaiba (tempest blade): keel uses his scyths ability to create blades of air like a rankyaku as a replacement for the actual ability.
arashi yaiba, storm: a large amount of repeated arashi yaiba.
arashi yaiba, wind tunnel: keel uses arashi yaiba multiple times to create a "tunnel" in an attempt to force his opponent into a the center of the attack to dodge so he can easily attack while leaving little chance for them to dodge.
arashi yaiba, hammer: the attack starts with keel swining his scyth for an arashi yaiba, but stops while the scyth is lined up with his opponent to send a line of compressed air rocketing towards his opponent. (the name comes from how using the attack makes him look like hes using a hammer to smash the air towards his oponent.)
arashi hoi-ru (tempest wheel): keel begins the attack by holding "death's blood" up. then by bringing it down he does a midair virtical turn until the scyth is again directly in the air. by repeating this at increasing speeds he is able to create a wheel affect.
bloody circle: holding his scyth in front of keel begins spinning it rapidly, this gives off an illusion that there is a red circle around keel's hands. then he uses soru in combination to attack anyone who is directly infront of him.
oni Gufuu (demon tornado) by using soru keel circles his opponent while delivering slashes from all directions. when he stops the victim recieves every attack at once.
phoenix rise: he simply uses the side of the scyth without the blade to luanch the opponent into the air
meteor crash: after using phoenix rise keel jumps into the air past the flying opponent and uses the sycths blade to bring the victim to the ground.
blood red fury: he quickly slashes "Death's blood" in every direction while using arashi yaiba at the same time to create a ranged, all direction attack.

I realized that the kill streak was a little much so i took that out, and played with some diffrent names.
