weapon name: Dahlia
description: A sword that was clearly not made for show, but for battle, it lacks decorations, has a simple handle and is made out of hard steel. It's easy to take care of and is very, very sharp and easy to handle.
Hybrid form: The sword was embedded with the Hebi hebi no mi: Anaconda and can stretch up to six meters, bend and wind around things or people. It has a very tight grasp, but much more importantly, it's still very sharp and hard. It's scales are still harder than any snakes scales should ever be, and can take hits from blades, fists, and even bullets as long as they're not seastone. it will, of course, take damage at some point, and if it's too much, it wil become a normal sword again.
Another danger is that its tip becomes the snakes head, and though, being an anaconda, it isn't poisonous, it can still bite very hard if it has to. It prefers suffocationg enemies or cutting them to pieces though. Going back to the handle, it becomes more and more like a sword and the last inches are a full blade again.
weapon special abilities:
Dahlia has an insane reach and an even more insane strenght when it comes to pressing the life out of someone it has in its grasp. Though befere the victims get a chance to suffocate, they'll most likely be cut into pieces since it's sides are still sharp in snake form. The back and belly are relatively harmless, but the sides are like razor blades.
history: The blade was originally used by a noble, who, in fear of being the next victim in his familys intrigues, had become extremely paranoid and was desperately looking for something to defend himself should the day come. A weaponsmith promised him to make him a weapon unlike anything he had ever seen, if he could get his hands on a zoan type devilfruit. the noble kept his side of the deal, and so did the weaponsmith, against a large sum of money, of course. The noble could now sleep pecefully again, knowing he was protected by the blade. This was his downfall. Not his family, but his chaperone and personal servant, Carmen Esperansa was the cause for his death. She hired the assassin taking his life, and she took the blade. It was the first time she had ever done something that thoughtless, driven by the sheer desire for its power. It didn't get her far, to be exact, it got her straight to Impel Down, waiting for her execution, just like the assassin. It's where the sword is now carefully guarded until the government decides what to do with it.
