day moon pirates chapter 1 : As the blazing sun rises (open to sun moon pirates if want to join pm me)

Kianothalion ran and apeared next to shenshe and said "ive seen he has joined you" as he held erique before shenshe and said "he will be free and not dead if you will just come with me" this took Kianothalion at lot of control not to kill shenshe but he had been paid not to kill shenshe simply bring him in.

shenshe took erique and said "give me a minute?". shenshe was not able to fully walk yet so he had to pull something over to him for him to walk with then said "you will have to help me walk though" then he turned to erique and scribled a note then said "get back to your hiding space and when pathea comes for you give her this note try and pretend this didnt happen pathea has enough on her mind as it is unless she points it out herself" he then watched the little boy walk his way slowly to his hiding spot taking a napkine trying to wipe his cheek of blood also he was going back to his hiding space he then tried not to be noticed again.

Upon seeing the marines, Eyrot Rushed towards the one with the chain, getting ready to slice the chain and the marine in half, but upon noticing Eyrot, the marine pulled out a pistol from his side and aimed it towards Eyrot, while managing to keep his balance from the chain.
upon seeing the gun pointed at him, Eyrot cut hit finger on his axe, just enough to make a drop of blood apear on the axe, and prepared to be shot at. upon seeing the flash from the barrel of the gun, Eyrot Imidiatly used his axe's "shockwave" technique to send the bullet flying towards the chain with enough force to weaken it greatly.
seeing such a thing happen, the marine was shocked, and tryed firing again, but after "shockwave" repelled the bullet to the other marines leg, Eyrot ran towards the marine who shot at him, cut off the a small part of the barrel of the pistol with Nightmare's blade ,which was being held by his shadow hand, and then was about to push the button on the handle of the blade to release a halusionogenic gas into the marines face, but before he could, he heard the woman with the chain around her neck say "No! He's mine to fight!" which upon hearing that, Eyrot stoped in his tracks, sheathed his weapons and walked away. heading towards the entrance of the inn, hands still on his weapons incase he is attacked on the way back.

- Since Eyrot fixed the post now, let's carry on. After mine and Genshi's post, please await for Pathea, Nik and Vala, lets keep it organized.

Then, as Eyrot turns to leave, a man shots 2 rounds at him at incredible speed. "You are mine pirate .. going against my superior, FOOL !!" - Lietenaut, "Pirate Killer" Marcous Sommer.
Some marines go towards the fight going towards Shadow, Pathea, X-skull and Byakou but are ordered by X-Skull to back away "We will handle those rookies !" he yells.

Genshi gripped his swords.

"Oi, i'm your opponent, leave him be." he said, leaping towards Kiano. He prepared to slice him. Bu he slowed down a bit, worried about the captain.

Kianothalion finished cuffing shenshe up as genshi darted towards him and said "why i will just kill you then since im not allowed to kill shenshe" he then dodged genshi flipping over him then grabbed him around the throat with a claw at his neck and then whispered "too slow" Kianothalion then punched , elbowed then jump spin kicked genshi hoping his last strike would connect.

Genshi fell back, feeling the impact. He knew what he had to do. His chest, behind his shirt and his neck was being covered in a gray substance. Most of his face sans his right eye.

"I wanted to keep this a secret, but you pushed it out of me." he said.

He held both swords in his hands and clashed with Kianothalions blades. He Refuses to lose, after all that training. And if these were the people he was going out to sea with, he had to show his strength.

Grace was still watching wondering what to do exactly. Then she watched the marines then attacked the Eyrot guy. Grace dashed forward out of instinct and aimed a punch with her brass knuckles at the marine called the pirate killer guy. She shouted "I wont let you blindside a pirate you asshole!!! HAMMER!!!!!"

Shadow grins, seeing that Pathea managed to evade being injured "Heh, I guess she's pretty strong, and can take care of herself .. now, I better focus on .. uhh.." Shadow grabs his side. It was really foolish of him to let his guard down and focus on someone else's battle, but since it happened, he at least used that injury to get an idea on how X-Skull's attacks work. He turns to him and puts his swords at their sheaths. "You landed a good one on me but .. now I know about your trick, it wont work .. this was your only .. " Shadow's eyes go shadowly (in the cool, epic way lol) "chance to wound me .. !!!"

Byakou appears above the smoke of the explosion, with a few cuts and bruises. He only knew 2 moves of the rokushiki thus far, and those where Geppou and Shigan. He was still training, and that was the sole reason he was "still" a Commodore. "Your ability is really annoying .. Geppou !" he kicks the air to propel himself towards Pathea, at the same time he extents his hand "Shigan; Cannon !" a stronger version of Shigan that causes damage on a wider radius, and he's heading towards Pathea.

three marines approached behind shenshe and picked him up off his chair giving him support as they were going to take him to the prison to be executed as shenshe stood up he shouted "Pathea, Please stop fighting get out of here im being lead to my prison cell and being executed tomorrow" as the marines pushed a gun barrels into shenshe's back he finished by say "read the note that i have given to your brother" as he got up he saluted his crew.as he did he thought (he he he i will not be executed)

Kianothalion laughed as he had caught shenshe by simply useing a weakness of his , a hostage. he then saw that genshi was being covered a strange material then said "an armour devil fruit how quaint" he then ran towards him lunging with his claws this was a feignt at the last second he changed to do a kick to the solar plexus (weakest point of the chest)

Shadow sees Shenshe and hears what he says "That freaking idiot !" he yells, then X-Skull moves towards him "Letting your guard down once again arent you ? What kind of a weakling does that twice ?!!"
Shadow closes his eyes for a moment, and evaluates the situation. That other marine with the chain, he was very strong, it wasnt sure that Shenshe's subordinate would beat him in time. While he really didnt had any reason to help any of them, something inside of him was kicking in. He couldnt understand why, but he was feeling an urge to save those people. Maybe they reminded him of his old crewmates. Maybe something else. Not that it would matter now, things had to end on the next blow if he wanted to reach that Kianothalion, and take out that hostage that was apparently Shenshe's weakness.
"Weakling .. ?" he says and grabs his katana's handles, just when X-Skull fired another twin blast at a distance of around 10 feet. "..After all, you will land one more blow .. in exhange of .. " Shadow spins towards X-Skull "Chimera Eye.. !" he yells, and extents his katana with extreme might, breaking apart the main blast. As he moves, the second, smaller one slashes him on the abdomen *When he does that twin blow, there's a small invernal where he cant move to the sides, possibly cause that attack is still imperfect .. who is the weakling now ?!* He thinks as he spins and passes next to him. "Side-cutter !" he has succesfully managed to slash him on the waist area, severely wounding him.
"Kuuuuh, why you .. ?!!" X-Skull says as he stumbles forward.
Shadow immediately dashes towards Genshi and Kianothalion *Eh, another fruit user ?* he thinks as he looks at Genshi and then yells "Oi fruit user, dive now !" as he prepares to use another "Side-cutter" to Kianothalion.

Genshi was surprised, he tricked him. The kick hit his armor, thought it did hurt a bit.

"Man this thing is heavy." Genshi thought to himself, thinking of a strategy.

He heard the warning from Shadow, he immediately fell to the ground. If he was going to help him, it would help the situation a lot better.

kianthalion was caught by the sidecutter as it made a large gash on his side but he wasnt gone so he threw knives at genshi and dived at shadow with his claws making sure he was streamlined to get maximum speed.

shenshe was being being held up by the marines escorting him because they held up his shoulders to let him keep moving he was trying to get something out of his pocket a pin, a nail , anything to lock pick with but then he did find a pin. he told the marines "let me free and i will spare you" the marines retorted "you are in shackles , you are apart from your crew and you are injured what are you going to do to us" . shenshe knew that the night was just about here.

"BRING IT ON !" Shadow yells and looks at Genshi "Jump away and then finish him off ! Now was that even sane ? It would seem Shadow simply concluded that Kianthalion is pretty tough, to manage and attack after such a horrid wound. So he realized that in order to take him out for sure, he'd have to take yet another blow. He spins his swords around Kianthalion, trying to evade the claw, but not go away, which results in them slashing him on the abdomen yet again "Kuuuh .." he uses his katanas and holds Kianthalion as "hostage" by having one of the katana's below his neck *Shit .. those claws went .. very deep* he thinks, coughing up blood. The second katana was used in order to prevent Kianthalion from clawing him with both hands, as a results its thrown some meters away. "Dont you move now .. or else.." he says to Kianthalion. He then turns to Genshi "Dont kill him .. we need him .. if you get what I mean .. !!" he says and smiles, while some blood drips from his mouth.

((Vala, the concept here is to use Kianthalion as a trade for that Enrique kiddo, ok ? Just in case you think I lost it lol ))

Genshi plucked the knives from his armor, he saw Kiano was attacking the other swordsman. Genshi got angry, he was the opponent. He sheated one of his swords and covered one of his fists in clay. He didn't want to kill him...just yet. He put one of the swords on Kianos back and his clay fist on his leg.The clay traveled down his fist onto Kianos leg. He shouldn't be able to run.

kianothalion said "what do you want?" he said this because he would be useful by them appanrently. kianothalion then thought im not going to stick around for this so he tried to run as the clay got to his legs stopping him from running away so when he did he tripped saying"what the hell?" as this was happening shenshe told his marine escorts "I can give you 5 minutes to let me free" shenshe started to get his pin to work

Since seeing that Kianothalion tries to escape, Shadow moves and makes his katana touch his neck "Thats it .. dont you dare to move again." he pants a bit and then carries on "I eyesdropped some information about a hostage kid .. where is he ?" he asks Kianothalion and makes the katana press on his neck, just a bit more and the katana's blade wound sink into the flesh.

Genshi had completely forgotten about the hostage kid. He didn't want to let go of kianothalion, seeing what he did to Shadow. He did his best to look around with his one exposed eye.

"Where would I hide if I where a hostage?" He asked himself,

He had no idea. Genshi hoped he was okay at least.

Shadow
While Shadow and Genshi are holding Kianothalion, marines surround them.
"Let him go and put your hands in the air .. pirates !" they all aim at them.
Shadow seems annoyed "Great .. this is quite a pain, huh, pal ?" he asks Genshi and then carries on, after he pants a bit "And it seems, Panther girl and that other marine have left the battlefield .. this is not good .."

Byakou
"Oi you .. running away, not paying any attention to me, do you ? Who the hell do you think you are, you little brat ?" Byakou seems angered, really angered. He is standing behind Pathea a few feet, he reached her using Geppou. He cracks his fists "No one else is around here, now be prepare cause .. I will .. destroy you !

Grace had been beating up marines before walking forth panting "For gods sake!!! They ditched me again!!!! Well... maybe... ohh there she is!!" She sees Pathea and then also sees the marine behind her. She then dashed across out of instinct "OII dont bully people, KORAAAAAAAA, HAMMEEERRRRRR"She slams her fist against the marines face with her steel knuckles.

Byakou
*I will beat her up, tie her .. but before I give her to the others, first I will .. mufufufufu, I mean, look at her, she is so pretty, GAHAHAHAHAHA !* while Byakou was slightly off guard having some impure thoughts, in contrast to his serious appearance, something not very good for his rank and status, he suddenly feels a fist connecting to his face "UUUUUUUUHHHHHH ?!" he is smacked away and falls down a few feet away. *What the hell was that ?* he thinks, while his face has taken a pretty comical, "K.O'ed" expression.

Kianothalion did not show any signs that he was in pain but instead laughed and said "the little boy uhh he's fine but that is not what i could say about your captain." kianothanlion then watched as the battle died down so he would be the only enermy. he was not going to tell where shenshe was going unless they actually put and effort in it.

shenshe unlocked one arm of the shackles as the day turned to night and he started to draw the light from around him self as he changed his clothing changed and his sword floated for a second infront of himself as if split into two before he picklocked the other shackle he said "i warned you"
night is the time for change

erique heard pathea coming he kept his hands over his cheeks to hide the slits on his cheeks. he walked over to pathea and said "hey" he tried not to show pathea his cheeks and tried not to get any more attention he then said "here this is for you from shenshe" as he handed the note he was given to pathea. It read *Pathea im going to be executed tomorrow so see you tommorow hopefully i shall be on top of the execution platform waiting to be kill.* on the back it said *meet me at three bones in a bar at 9 am tommorow*.

Byakou
Byakou gets up and rubs his cheek with the back of his hand "Thats it .. now I really am angry." he looks at Grace, then at Pathea "You think you can beat me, only the two of you ?!!! BRING IT ON !!!"

Shadow
Silently, Shadow lowers the katana, as if he is gonna let Kianothalion let go, but then slashes him "SIDE-CUTTER !" severely wounding the man, also well aware that Genshi is still holding him therefore he cant escape. "NOW, you marines, fire and he dies, then you all die BY ME !!! Also, you tell me now, everything .. or else, next slash goes to your neck ... got it ?!!" Shadow's pissed !!
