Appearance: He wears the standard clothing of a navy man, but has a greyish fedora hat, and always carries a backpack around with him, which holds his umbrella, and weapons. He has short black hair, and brown eyes. He also is a tanned man, who has a scar running down his cheek, that he got from the final beating, he got from his father, before he left home. He also wears black steel toed boots.
History: Aust Williams was picked on alot, during his childhood, and his family wasn't much better, as his older siblings annoyed him, and his father constantly beat Aust, every time Aust got home from a friend's place. So Aust decided that when he had read in the newspaper, about the new pirate that was calling himself Mirage, that had lived in the East Blue like him, that he would become a member of the WG, and leave his family, So once Aust turned 18, he left home, but while traveling on a ship, he 'borrowed' from his father, he found a strange looking fruit locked in a chest on the ship. Aust decided that he might as well eat it, as he guessed that nobody else would. Aust would later regret this as, this fruit happened to be a DF.
Aust was shocked at first, and was about to turn around, and head home, when he figured out, that the DF he had consumed was known as the Kaze-Kaze Fruit, which stood for Wind-Wind Fruit. Aust after finding this out, quickly began to master his skills with the DF. He was so experienced with it, that when the Admirals wanted their toughest Navy grunts to take Aust out, he took care of every single one of them.
After being accepted as a vice-admiral when he turned 20, Aust saw that his hero Richard J.Summers who he had seen as a idol, when he found out that Richard was brave enough to fight Mirage, when famed swordsman Vensi Vundar had to resort scaring Mirage to beat him, were Richard just beat him with his bare hands. So Aust decided that he would help Richard find Mirage, no matter what it took.
Personality: Aust is very serious, and won't show any sort of remorse towards pirates, and dislikes the Schibukai, as he thinks of them that Pirates that don't deserve all the perks the Government gives them. But Aust can be laid back, if he uses his wind to calm his mind, which he will do often, as he can be easily angered. But Aust is very perverted, and can be distracted by a beautiful girl. Also, I don't know if this goes here but Aust has a Australian Accent.
Ship: Normally shares the same ship as Richard, but still has his own ship, which is powered by Aust's wind powers, which run propellers, which of course propel the ship trough the ocean. Aust calls it the Wind Sailer.
Ship Flag: It is a Skull and Crossbones, and the skull is wearing Aust's hat.
Devil Fruit :Kaze-Kaze- No Mi

Effect: Aust can control Wind, but as it is a Paramecia, he can not turn into it.

Wind Fist: Can cover his fist in a ball of wind, so when he punches, the opponent is hit with a a gust of wind, that has the same force as the punch Aust just threw.
Wind Cannon: Aust puts his hands together, and after thrusting his hands together, he shoots a very powerful ball of wind at the enemy.
Wind dome: Aust can make a dome made out of wind to protect himself. He can also make it small enough to be used as a shield.
Wind Kick: Same thing as Wind Fist, only with his feet.
Oner: Aust can make a tornado about as strong as a F1 tornado.
Twoer: Aust can increase Oner into a Twoer which is about as strong as a F2 tornado
Threer: Its a tornado Aust can make, that is strong as a F3 tornado
Fourer: An tornado, that can be made by Aust, that is about as strong as a F4 tornado.
Fiver!: The strongest attack Aust has, it is about as strong as a F5 tornado
Hurie: Aust can make a hurricane by 'throwing' the wind forward as hard as he can. About as strong and fast as a real Hurricane, only lasts until the wind flies away, so it would probably last around a minute.
Wind blade: Aust can make a blade of wind that he can hold as a real sword, but the wind that makes the sword up, can be scattered, if another blade clashes asgaint it hard enough.
Oh and Aust can propel himself through the air, with just a umbrella, by controlling which way, the umbrella goes, and he can protect the umbrella by covering it with a mini wind dome.

Goals: To help Richard find Mirage, and bring him to justice, also become an admiral as well.
