Appearance:
- Silvia has a slender yet sturdy frame, accentuated by her long limbs. She is slightly taller than most females, but not overly so. Her facial features are sharp, and dark brown eyes piercing. Rarely does her face change expression, remaining locked in a stern appearance. Stick straight, dark violet hair is commonly kept up in a tight, orderly bun on the back of her head. When not put up, it's of mid-length and reaches her shoulders.
- Most often, she is seen wearing business attire when on duty. Her blouse and jacket are free of wrinkles and neat, while her skirt reaches halfway down her thighs. Tall boots with a slight heel to them cover most of her calves. On the battlefield, she may discard the relatively formal wear for something less constricting and more casual.

History:
Silvia began life as an only child, quiet and minding her own business. Rarely would she cry for her mother or father, and many people would wonder if she even had the powers of speech for a time. She found little reason to talk or cry even at a young age, as she quickly found interest in other things. Reading became a constant pastime for her, and Silvia began to develop an incredible intellect for her age.

Some considered her to be a budding intellectual, while others found it rather disturbing. Both views were correct in some fashion. The rapid rate at which she could learn was highly promising, but socially she was troubling. Other youngsters were frightened by Silvia's callousness, since she simply could not understand why they would be outside playing useless games while she was studying indoors in solitary. It became painfully apparent that Silvia was different from the others, and simply would not be able to get along with them.

Around the time she became eight, a few of the authorities heard about her queer tendencies. Although Silvia cared little, the town in which she lived buzzed with excitement when government officials visited the town to see her. They were quite impressed, seeing substantial potential in her abilities. Each man shook her hand in turn as they left, telling her that they'd be getting into contact again very soon. This result only made the usually uneventful town even more excited, until tragedy struck. Silvia, only weeks after meeting the officials, was proclaimed dead in a tragic accident.

Of course, this news made rumors of its own for time. Eventually, though, the town began to forget about the strange girl that interested the government officials so. The entire death was a farce, and it served its purpose. In actuality, Silvia was not dead but training to become an agent for the World Government that showed such interest in her.

Personality:
- She is incredibly blunt, and will often come off as rude to most people. Her personality can be considered to be primarily abrasive and not all that friendly. Distrusting and critical of others, Silvia doesn't have a particularly magnetic personality.
- Silvia believes in following her superiors' orders to a T, as long as she finds them to be a suitable person for the job.
- She has little patience for those she deems useless. Her standards are set incredibly high, including for herself, and Silvia is nearly impossible to impress. There is always room for improvement in her eyes. Not surprisingly, she's a perfectionist.

Special Abilities:
- Silvia is primarily skilled in hand-to-hand combat. She can take out an enemy larger than she is without much problem, and is moderately stronger than she appears.
- She has proven herself to capable in the area of rokushiki, and it supplements her weaponless abilities quite well.
- Her intellect is difficult to match, with the area of medicine being her expertise. Rarely does she come upon an ailment she hasn't at least heard of, and when she does, you can bet she'll attempt to learn everything about it.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
Soru: allows the users to moves at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds.
Rankyaku: a powerful projectile technique, in which the users starts by kicking at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp air blade that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body.
Tekkai: hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks.
Tekkai "Utsugi": this form of Tekkai is used entirely as a counter, where the purpose isn't to absorb damage from the attack, but to transfer the shock of the attack back to the attacker, which can lead to broken bones in a normal human body.

Weapons/Items:
- Nagendra, a bullwhip infused with the Hebi Hebi no Mi, Model: King Cobra. This is commonly kept hanging around a belt loop on her hip.
- A long, steel knife. While it's rarely lethal, she occasionally coats it with the poison from her snake to make it more useful.
- Vials, each containing either venom from Nagendra or an antidote to cure its side effects.
