Crew Goals: It follows all government orders and cleanses whatever area that gets too infested with filth of pirate , rebel or historian scum.
Crew History:This group was created in accordance with Grey Code and Black Code. The government had an idea of governance using this three codes, completely separate from the normal list of agents. The Grey code, is the code in between. They are not secret and are sent on missions to inspire the people and show that the government is doing things. The black code job is to protect their allies and especially the world nobles and the Gorosei. And then there is the White code. The White code members have their names, lives and everything else erased from the registry of humanoids. They really do not exist. They are sent in when ever there is a problem or a place in need of cleansing. Membership is selective for this group and only a very elite few are picked. The perks are access to marineford, the Gorosei and the many government buildings. Some say being a leader of the White code is equal to being a vice admiral rank. It is one of the most prestigious secret positions within the government that is unknown to any one person.
Expeting new members:Yes of course, but the important thing is
1. Must know rokushiki, and specialise in one particular aspect
2.Must include in history that the character has been a part of White Code since 10 years of age
3. If you are a df user, no overly powerful Logia or overly powerful Paramecia, make it reasonable for gods sakes
4. Have an occupation, because this group is a lot like a pirate crew, so have at least an occupation
