Crew History: Division 14 is one of the newly founded crew in the marines, most of the crew consists of newbies fresh from the academies and barracks. Division 14 is also part of the new modern tactical warfare that the World Government has deployed - Wandering Divisions. The so-called Wandering Divisions do not have any situated place where they attend and fight pirates and criminals but travel from every corner of the world to another in order to maintain control. This new warfare of course is divided into categories depending on the power of a crew. Appointed to this crew was Captain Richard Clancy who previously served for five years in another crew in East Blue, due to him being tactical genius he was employed this dangerous job and also with the intent the Navy to unlock and develop more the potential that Clancy has to a new degree and make him able to fight on any front.

- Proper grammar and spelling. ( Not being a nazi here but if you are making mistakes please keep them to a minimum, I myself have hard time writing sometime too)
- Your char should not be uber powerful though he can have great potential and develop but I can accept a few stronger chars as long as they are not uber New World powers.

Edit: I need ONE "Right-hand man/woman" I would suggest if he's lower than commander either but if you want to go with commander, it's totally okay!
But that spot is only one and since Hysteria's char is not going to be one (Not saying why, though she knows why xD) and I think it won't be Gore though it's very likely for her to have that rank since she got great connections in the navy but I would like the right hand to be someone strong and awesome =D

But that connection thing is ture... in marine and world government. BTW, she works for the government, actually. she's an government agent who help the marine out, mostly out of her own will. So she doesn't have a rank.

Ahaha, might you be referring to my character who won't have any offensive use whatsoever, and isn't strong/awesome in the least?

I'm nearly done with the guy, I only need to find the time/motivation to type it all up and get it approved. I've just been working on a research paper for class the last few days, and haven't had a chance to do much else. I haven't forgotten about this though.
