Name: Harpy Harpy no Mi (Harpy Harpy Fruit) Type: Mystical Zoan Description: Allows the user to transform into a Harpy, the arms turn into wings and the legs into talons. This enables the user to fly at high speeds and slash the opponents with the talons. However, the user will become extremely ugly in this form and very violent. The reason they can fly at extremely high speeds is because they can manipulate the wind around them, making the wind resistance less.

Why not just a bird fruit then? They could have a half form just like that.
