History: Tillik were born into a rich family, Tilliks dad Kerald was working in the marines as a vice admiral, his mom were originally poor but got married with Kerald. Tillik was born and both raised as an warrior and a noble learning good manners and different fighthing techniques. at the age of 9 his dad were killed by pirates, after the message spread, enraged pirates whom Kerald had defeated came to their house taking they're food, burning theyre house and taking they're money. The enraged Tillik swore to get revenge on all pirates, and travelled out to find a way to get stronger.
When Tillik reached 15 he had finally found a place to work, the World Government. He entered the marines and started training hard, so that he could be spotted by the WG. He climbed the ranks and were soon spotted by the WG, that hired him.
At the WG he learned a new way of figthing called Rokushiki, it interested him and he soon mastered the basics. With that knowledge he set out protecting the world from pirates and other scum as the Revolutionaries. after a year or so he were offered a position in Impel down
and as a bonus, one of the famous Devil fruits,
At impel down he learn various forms of torture and how to command mercilessly for hours. But one day he were called home by the WG to do ordinary missions
But soon he began to get bored asking for a dangerous mission, he were sent out to hunt a pirate called Morik.
After 4 months of searching he finally found the pirate called Morik, it were a long fight but at last he killed Morik off. the scar on his back is a reminder of that battle.
Personality: Tillik is a man who likes good behavior and manners. He is appalled by things like
bad table manners and rudeness. He usually maintains a reserved and calm demeanor. He see's
his crew as expendable if he can kill pirates or injure them, He gladly enters battle's with pirates and bandits
He likes to bluff and thinks things over before he does them. He likes: Manners, Marine's, WG, Order. He dislikes:

effect:Allows the user to ingest anything, and then breath it out at their opponents. Example, you eat fire, and then can breath out the amount you ate later on.
Note: While swallowing, the user's throat/mouth does not get injured if the user is eating something abnormal like nails or fire
Another Note: Unlike the baku baku no mi (munch munch fruit), the user's teeth cannot bite through things like cannons and ships. The user can only swallow things that regular humans can swallow (but they'd probably need a stomach pump or some medical help)

The Geppou (月歩 Geppō?, literally meaning "Moon Step") allows the users to actually
jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual
The Rankyaku (嵐脚 Rankyaku?, literally meaning "Storm Leg") is a powerful projectile technique,
in which the users start by kicking at very high speeds and strength, sending out
a sharp compressed air blade that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body.
The Soru (剃 Soru?, literally meaning "Shave") allows the users to move at extremely high speeds
in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds and with greater power, as being
faster than the speed of lightning. It was revealed that the principle
of this move was to kick off the ground at least ten (10) times in a blink of an eye.
The Tekkai (鉄塊 Tekkai?, literally meaning "Iron Mass") hardens
the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks
Eat combine: Combines the stuff tillik have eaten and spews it as one, for an example. Tillik swallows nails and fire = Burnig nails
or if he has eaten a gun and 2 bullets he got a gun loaded with two bullets
