at the moment we have way to many devil fruit users so untill we get another non fruit user we cant have him on but once we do get one then shure! (rules say you need a bare min of 1/3 of your crew to be non-devil fruit users adn at the moment we have six crew members and four have devil fruits)

its hard to say, its smoething like the thriller bark and the filler ark before it put together, its called the Fumaohtaru Order ark, Fumaohtaru is a floating island made from captured pirate ships and it is inhabited by a crew of hundreds cand captaned by 8 seprate people, why they are there and what they do there and the nature/reason the isladers actins and motives have been writen but wont be relesed yet, why? because I'm to lazy to type all that now

Appearance: Tall (6'), Has spiked up blonde Hair and and a orange gi and a dark blue undershirt and orange pants, very athletic and agile-looking and carries a sheath on his belt which contains his katana.

History: Minato lost both his parents to murder by agents of the world government. At age seven, his parents saw a slave being tortured by World Government Nobles and they tried to help him, and in doing so injured a Noble. A Marine Admiral hunted down Minato's parents and killed them, and nearly killed Minato. He was saved by the worlds greatest swordsman at the time, who defeated the Marine Admiral. After a few years under the Master Swordsman's guidance, Minato wished to avenge his parent's demise and to stop the Corrupted Navy to do this to anyone else results in his abandonment of both his master and his training. Minato, in his mission to take down the World Government and the Navy, killed over 10,000 marines in the first six months after leaving his master, and eventually became known as a Legendary swordsman and given the nickname "Demon Slayer" because of his unrivaled speed and skill. One day he met up with the Zone Pirates who were fighting against a Marine Vice-Admiral and his 1,000 Soldiers. Seeing as he despised the navy, Battousai joined in on the fight against Eventually joining up with the Zone Pirates. The fight was going in the Zone Pirates favor until a dozen Marine Sharpshooters fired their rifles aimed for the middle of Dean D. Iron's eyes just below his steel headband with bullets made of SEASTONE, while he was fighting with the Vice-Admiral. Dean's crew were too busy with the 1,000 Marines they had to deal with and Dead was to busy with the Vice-Admiral to notice until after they had already fired. Minato used his Superior Soru Speed to cut through the bullets and effectively stopped the assassination attempt. Shortly after, The Zone pirates had defeated the Marines. Dean D. Iron thanked Minato, complimented his talent, and offered him a position in his crew. Minato had earned their trust. Minato realized that strong as he is, he might need help to achieve his goals and accepted the invite. From that day on, he was a Zone Pirate as well.

Personality: Minato is usually peaceful and kind unless the World Government or Navy is involved. Also if someone else messes with him or a close friend of his, his personality changes to match his nickname and takes extreme measures in order to defeat his opponent and save others(if innocents are involved), caring little for the well-being of his opponents.

Special Abilities: Minato has Superhuman speed and reflexes, He is very very strong and can move his sword so fast and effortlessly its as if it is lighter than air.

SuperHuman Reflexes: Minato has superhuman reflexes.

Spirit Energy Glare - A powerful glare that is very effective against opponents considerably weaker than themselves. It causes the opponents to be enveloped with fear and force them to retreat, and if the gap in power is large enough..it can even make the opponent pass out. The user can choose which targets to use the glare on. Strong opponents will not be affected by the glare if they are close in Strength/Equal/Stronger than the User.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): Minato is a master of the Shinsoku Style. A Style that heavily focuses on moving at rediculously insane speed. Minato can utilize Shinsoku which allows him to quickly overpower and dispatch opponents with his sword before they have time to react.
1)Do Ryu San(Ground Dragon Flash) = Giant blow against the ground, causing massive airwaves/rocks to strike enemies.
2)Ryu Tsui Sen(Dragon Mallot Flash) = Jumps up in the air really high and then strikes down hard from above.
3)Ryu Kan Sen(Dragon Wind Up Flash) = Lunges toward enemy using a very powerful twist of the body doing a sideways slash.
4)Ryu Sou Sen(Double Dragon Flash) = Multiple Slashes against enemy.
5)Ryu Kan Sen Tsumuji(Dragon Wind Up Flash Hair Spin)= Tsumuji(gyrate) involves higher speed than Ryu Kan Sen. Basically same attack but more powerful.
6)Ryu Sho Sen(Dragon Rising Flash) = Rises up from ground, using all force in an uppercut, hitting vital points
7)Ryu Tsui San Zan = Same as Ryu Tsui Sen except sword is pointed down to pierce.
8)Hi-Ryu Sen(Flying Dragon Slash) = Performed by left hand only, attack uses centrifugal force to create a powerful blow with the hilt in a persons weakness, like in between the eyes.
9)Sou Ryu Sen(Paired Dragon Flash) = Paired attack with sword and sheath. If sword is blocked, sheath comes in and hits enemy.
10)Ryu Kan Sen Arashi(Dragon Wind Up Flash Storm) = More powerful version of Ryu Kan Sen Tsumuji
Tsumuji + more damaging.
11)Zantetsu = Iron/Steel cutting technique. Can use it anywhere except underwater.
12)Shihara Dori = Defensive technique in which user grabs enemies sword.
13)Ryu Mei San = User quickly sheathes sword, causing a sound that distorts the hearing of those with enhanced senses.
14)Modoshi Giri = User can cut something in half and then rejoin it together and make it seem as if there was no cut whatsoever.
15)Ryu Tsui Sho Sen(Dragon Mallot Rising Flash) = Combo of Ryu Tsui Sen and Ryu Shou Sen. Performed when opponent is coming down from above, Ryu Tsui Sen first, then Ryu Shou Sen, causing double damage.
16)Kogarashi Tsumuji Arashi = First he starts off turning around and doing one hit, then jumps and hits again, then uses the turning momentum to go into a spin and slicing again. Spin goes vertically, not horizontally.
17)Ku Zu Ryu Sen(Nine Headed Dragon Flash) = Strikes with the sword nine times on the 9 vital points at such insane speed that it appears to the opponent that your attacking with 9 swords at the same time. User targets head, right leg, left leg, right arm, left arm, between the legs, the chest, right shoulder, and left shoulder, making this move virtually impossible to block.
18)Ouki Ama Kakeru Ryu No Hirameki(Heaven's Soaring Dragon Flash): Minato's most powerfu move! Normally when using the Batto Jutsu, the right leg is placed in front of the left leg so as not to cut your leg off when drawing your sword from the left, but with this you put your left leg in front giving your attack the most power it can get, and must twist your body at the right time so as not to cut your leg off. In order to do this he must have a strong will to live. Blocking and Dodging is a very difficult feat at this speed but if the move is somehow blocked or dodged, the user quickly makes a gigantic cross-shaped shockwave with his sword, and fires it at the opponent dealing twice the damage of Shockwave Burst. at theThe user moves significantly faster with this technique that with any of the others, making this technique easily the most devastating.

19)Instant Kill: Sword must be in sheath, then user draws the sword at an unbelievable speed, and uses his momentum to swing in full-circle to strike the opponent, a swing of this magnitude is impossible to block without taking considerable damage. If opponent dodges the initial sword strike, which is very difficult considering the level of speed this move is done at. But if somehow the opponent manages to dodge, he gets hit unexpectedly with the Sheath! Even though the Sheath is not sharp, the magnitude of the momentum from the impact is still very very strong and will hurt the opponent.

20)Shockwave Burst: By swinging his sword or slicing into empty air or if an intended attack misses, the force of the attack can send shockwaves into some target or just randomly scattered about for destructive purposes. This is a medium to long range attack that Battousai can use.

21)Soru: the ability to dash very fast

Weapons/Items: A Supreme-Grade Katana - A Katana given to Minato by the World's Greatest Swordsman at the time. It is extremely light and durable.
