Description: The Solar Chains are a pair of 70cm long tough steel chains which have been layered with reflective materials. They have a small spearlike point on one end, designed for slashing attacks. When in action, the weapons often look almost like a disc of light, due to the powerful reflections
Weapon special abilities: In the hands of a skilled user, the chains may be used to reflect blinding flashes of light towards the eyes of the enemy, granting a momentary advantage.

You are not allowed to call hits and say, "And the light flashed into John's eyes and blinded him." Or some such. However, otherwise this seems perfectly fine.

I myself thought that the "no calling hits" part was quite obvious. Well, I shall make the character this was intended for.
