History: Nero was born of in the North Blue. he grew up in a small village surrounded by friendly neighbours. Nero ahd always been a strange child. he was smart and athletic applying himself everyday for his mothers sake. His father had left when his mother was pregnant leaving them forcing his mother to race Nero. But she was struggling so nero helped taking care of things. he grew up loving science everything about it.
nero was an eager young mind learning everything soaking it up like a sponge every science medical science, agriculture science, biology, chemisty, physics and more everything he could get his hands on. he was always bright called a genus and he was. He was a hard working genus. He knew more than most adults in science even some professors.
he was always bright. But in his spare time he enjoys learning martial arts from books. he studied everyday and p[ractice day in day out. He practiced at his villages Dojo under the master. he learnt to use a flying chain and claw as his main weapon becoming skilled in. He was there every day and at night studying like a good boy.
On weekeneds he worked to help support his mother whom was working three jobs. The village pitched in when they could to make life easier for them. But one day a crooked Marine came to down. he made things difficult becomign a tyrant over the vilalge forcing many into serving him including Nero's mother. She was forced to do many things.
Nero began to suspect things when his mother would come home later covered in bruises and strange bite marks all over her body. he followed her one day and discovered what she was being forced to do. Out of pure rage he struck out slaughtering the mans crew. he went to kill the man but his mother was being held by him.
The man shot Nero's mother furthering his anger. Nero lashed out killing them man without any remorse. When he got to his mother she had died. From that day Nero swore to extract revenge on the Marines., To gain power and kill them! He was 12 when this all happened. from that age he gained himself his first bounty and it continues to rise with every Marine he kills for vengence. Nero has trained himself in the art of assassination to help him take down the marines and the world government. He will kill them without remorse.
personality: Is cold and ruthless. he sticks to himself. he never shows his emotions always keeping the firmly locked away. He dislikes others and will try to stay away making sure none can get into his heart. he makes know friends. Nero stays by himself even if he joins a crew he will make sure to never open up to them.
