Weird, does this mean that next week One Piece will have 2 new chapters?

No... it only means that they are having a one week break... it happens sometimes =(

Well, at least we know we'll have a chapter next week... unlike Hunter X Hunter fans, who never know when there might be a new chapter.

Normally he does bursts with incredible amounts of content per chapter, but that's interspersed between periods of hiatus. That by no means damages the quality of his work (except for a number of chapters when his health was horrid yet he made chapters anyway) so it's not like it's a bad idea to read it, just once you've caught up, at the moment, it's in the middle of a hiatus.

tl;dr Once a week, when the author isn't on hiatus.

I guess that isn't so bad, and from what I can tell its due for a time skip anytime now.

Yep, that guy on the right panel, i highly believe that is Rob Lucci since the figure look similar, and that wine (or whatsoever it is) i remember Lucci drinking that back the when he was talking to Kaku and Kalifa about Devil Fruit?

Oh and it was confirmed that the Shichibukai's spots are now filled once again in the latest databook. It seems that Mihawk, Kuma, Doflimango, and Hancock still have there spot, wherever there's two unknown.

Maybe since the CP9 shut down Lucci got corrupted and turned into a criminal that is now working in this newly introduced thing, the underworld. We still don't know how things work, but most probably Lucci wants to get his revenge on Luffy.

Also the guys from the picture left to Lucci show characteristics that fit in the theme of Buggy's crew. If you take a closer look, the one in the middle seems to have a clown nose.

Well actually, CP9 got shut down ane the Government Agent sent people to hunt down those guys, and they fled away, as they found themselve afterward on an island. Those guy tried to work so hard so they could manage to get enough money to pay for Lucci's medical fee. And when they finally get ze money to pay for his medical fee, it seems that a group of pirate attacked the island. The other CP9 members beat them all up good, but when Lucci arrived, he...somewhat..beaten him up..yeah you know..even though the man became unconscious, he still kicked him and stuff so they got forced to leave the town.

According to Wiki, it seems that they arrived on an island belong to the World Governement, and the island is only for training kid so that they could become a future CP agent. I don't know ze further information, forgot about it.
