All of the moves are canon moves in the op verse known as rokushiki.

He is the leader of cp8, he needs those moves to save people.

He basically has a hero complex. He has a saving people thing. Whenever someone doesnt want their character to die but cannot think of a way to get out of their predicament, he uses his speed to come to their rescue. Like Superman.

dartz is bogus, man. So what if rokushiki are canon moves, you've got 18 ridiculus ones and never want to die.
Let your characters die, man. It's not a big deal. Just make new ones.

The thing about making new characters, they wont get approved. My applications with Taishi proved that.

I did let characters die: I had a guy called Cain D. Marko and he was killed by Pirate Jackson.

But that is unfair. He has been approved a long time ago. It's like being punished from a crime that did not exist when it was made. It wasn't illegal when the crime was made, therefore it wasn't a crime. It is unconstitutional. I worked really hard on this guy. Look into your heart.

I do not contrull hawk's actions, but Irrational and I simply wanted to revise this guy so he would be on everyone elses level, HAWK DO NOT DELETE! but I will send you a copy of the sheet in a=case he dose anyway

I do believe Hawk took it too far. With the change in the rules, only an edit is needed. He need not recreate the entire character.

BTW keymaster the Cain D. Marko fight (and eventual death) was in the beginning of the untouchable pirates RP by irrational if u still wanted to see it, and it was pretty epic. i have to say that although gohan does make cheap characters he leaves room for less powerful chars to outmaneuver him and therefore make the battle more exciting because you get to root for the underdog.

Thank you for pointing that out. I am usually quite fair to my opponent even though their weaker. My Vice-Admiral Red Beard who was incredibly powerful tied with Sano who possessed nowhere near the same level of strength. Roger had lost to the Father of this site, Captain something. Roger had incredible speed and lightning-based abilities who could run circles around his opponent but ended up losing to a guy who has no devil fruit.
Cero had ALOT of trouble with Ryu's Commanders or w/e they were, and almost got killed. Minato has had his own struggles and he got his ass kicked by Red Beard, who also was almost killed by Ryu in addition to Sano.
Dartz almost lost to Ryu's Xark Character. An Epic Battle. etc..

Basically, all My characters get is a power advantage which doesn't really mean anything. Cause they still can lose just like any other character. Like in pro wrestling, the buffer character does not always win. Pro Wrestling is a good example of how regardless of how powerful a wrestler is, they can struggle against someone sometimes.
